Raising the Bastion is a good fit I think. We're going to focus on FSS a lot this turn, and at its core that art was the resulting enviromental effect of a spirit's domain given form. Understanding why spirits can affect things around them as they do would likely help with shaping what we want FSS+ to be like. Soul of Ice is perhaps better left for the next turn when there isn't as much controversy. (This way we also guarantee that the order will be FSS+ first -> SOI second.) The alternative would be doing both and delaying LFWT… but we really shouldn't. At some point the delay in progressing our arguably strongest art gets criminal.
