Actually, Terminators do have a Plasma weapon! Specifically, they get the Plasma Blaster, which is a Plasma Storm Bolter - two plasma guns integrated together!

.... Which were lost by the time of 40k. But who knows? You might still have them!

Well, Ravenwing still uses Plasma Talons that seem to be similar to plasma blasters, although they do not put those on terminators

I will once again say that really don't think we need an extra equipment slot considering we already have plenty of equipment thanks to having Plasma gear and free Terminator armor. Think our chapter would benefit a lot more with trying to get all the synergetic skills we can get over heavy weaponry. Especially considering how powerful Plasma and Terminator armor are already.
