@HeroCooky does our transgender doctor from Murica have a name? I've got an omake lined up. If it's alright with you, I'll make his (he's Female to Male, yeah?) backstory as coming from a family running a successful pharmaceuticals biz in the US mainland. Depending on how the next main threadmark goes, I'll have something appropriate with what's currently happening.

Gonna be slightly dark since I wanna reference the Tuskegee Syphilis Study that happened in the US.

Lars', (Deadname Anna) family came from denmark, and his brother is currently on the carrier. They'll bump into each other while the brother is away from the ship to uphold the political fiction y'all are brewing up.

Oh, and you may wanna ratchet up the TSS a notch, as america is... not in a good place regarding civil and political rights for minorities. Even worse than OTL.

I'm planning on an interaction between father and child via phone, so him meeting the brother would define how most of the omake will play out, so I'll wait for that to happen first. Unless you're not gonna include it in a threadmark? Because depending on how they interact, I might have the bro be the one to help him reach Guangchou. If the relationship is antagonistic, or not very supportive at least, I'll use a new character.

Edit: actually i might just use a new chara anyways. maybe include a little something about Operation Paperclip.

...So, did they learn about them. Or are they starting to get a bit paranoid at the sheer dearth of the standard saber rattling ever since we took over?

Blue is ocean, Yellow star tying us into the Sino Sphere, and a Red Sky ascendant.

I don't know enough about Guangchou as a country in universe to do anything more specific than this, and to be honest most Asian communist countries had pretty boring flags imo, if anyone has any better Idea's let me know and I can throw something together if you don't know how to, I like making flags for stuff.

Keep in mind that whatever design we choose could easily alter our rep. So if you guys wanna go all-out balls-to-the-walls rainbows, you need to be prepared for the reactions from both the west AND east. China especially.

Is it wrong I want china to be disgusted by our paint job, and insulted by some of the... Dandy art we use as decal, but smile and wave anyway because it just happened to be one of the newest war machines ever created, and they have a front-row seat to it, and can maybe get it if they play their cards right?

Cause that is just hilarious to think about.
