It is a beautiful summer day in the year 1982, and the International Industrial Shipworkers Alliance Union is in a vicious shouting match with the naval arm of the Guangchou Armed Forces. The reason is that not one, not two, not even
three, but FIVE new ship designs have been ordered from their design bureaus, and all are set to enter construction the second their designs are finished. Suffice to say, the Union Representatives are not happy about the short notice, and the heap of work heaved upon them.
Too bad for them, then, that the most horrible of things happened; instead of the usual Inter-Working Group Civil War, a truce and peace deal was established. And with it, the forces of chaos were unleashed...
