I'm a fan of this platform, but can I suggest a more formal and general basis for plank 3? Russia is a good first target, but while we're flush with diplomatic opportunity, I'd like a broader base.

--[] Using the Alpine Academy as a basis, create a government commission to support revolutionary movements abroad through training, arming, and information-sharing. This commission will be subordinate to the Landwehr in organization and explicitly forbidden from conducting non-training operations within the borders of Germany.

I'd rather have an organization we can leash properly if we're going to build an intelligence service.

So we already have a basis to work on training and supporting foreign revolutionaries, it seems redundant to keep at that rather than move to practical application. And I want to specifically focus on Poland since they are a large group on our borders, making them easier to support, and unlike a proletariat revolution intervening to support them won't ensure Britain and France will club us as a dangerous threat to them. Supporting multiple groups would dilute the effect as well.

Also the Second Republic must atone for the failure of the First. Poland must not be abandoned a second time.

I'm mainly concerned with this being as ad hoc as it is, but you have a point that the base is there already and might not be worth its own plank.

Poland will be invaluable, but we should also focus on other groups, like the working class in Bohemia and Austria proper and Hungarians.

More or less.Most of my knowledge comes from the Tattered Eagle planques on SB was that around this time the Prussian colonization project managed to make the Prussian population be around 20-60% mainly due to the the fact that due to the events in the SB quest we killed Prussia before theyy could fully settler colonize it (The border gore was the stuff of nightmares.Like would probably be similar in fuckups to USSR collapse and India-Pakistan border).I'm gonaa guess that with Germany being republican the population will be in flux similar to the SB quest.

Given the implementation of ranked-preference manifesto planks, I've added a request to the election post that everyone ensure their plans are distinctively labeled and that they don't incorporate another plan's name, even if it's an iteration of that plan. This will reduce confusion on my end and on the voters' end.
 
@Traveller76 have you thought of recruiting talented students from Allied nations of Asia and Europe? We can provide them with citizenship and use their talents. Even if most of them go to their home they will be well desposed towards us and in case they join Germany we can use their talents directly.
 
Do we have some kind of counter-intelligence force, in order to keep the Okhrana and their likes at bay? There's talk about promoting underground/revolutionary activity in capitalist/imperial powers, but maybe they're already trying to do that to us...

Oh they definitely are, and afaik we do not. On the other hand we have done a double civil war in the past half century so there are very few monarchists/conservative liberals for them to support against us.
 
The Okhrana agents will be very confused when they try to agitate for more aggressive and violent actions as a means of trying to cause division through extreme actions and find out they're too moderate for the body politic.
 
I think we can merge the vangaurd plans tbh, cultural revolution and feminism are two things that go very well together considering the society we'd be cultural revolitioning

Things are going pretty well in the German Republic now... which might actually mean, the other shoe is about to drop. Better be prepared, just in case.
