Ladies and gentlemen, comrades and fellow revolutionaries,

Today, we gather here as passionate believers in the cause of permanent revolution. We stand united, ready to embrace the transformative power of chaos, destruction, and the ultimate reordering of society. Our hearts beat with anticipation for the Great War, for we see it not merely as a conflict but as an opportunity to reshape the world according to our ideals.

In this moment of fervor, we acknowledge the necessity of building up our forces, of acquiring the means to achieve our vision. We understand that the capitalist system, which we seek to dismantle, can ironically serve as a temporary tool to advance our cause. We will seize their money, their wealth, and put it to good use. With the funds we accumulate, we shall invest in the prosperity of our comrades, the workers and peasants of Germany.

Indeed, we shall not only focus on the essentials of life, but also on the advancements that modernity has to offer. Automobiles, iceboxes, and better housing shall find their way into the lives of our fellow Germans. We believe that an improved standard of living is not a privilege for the few but a right for all. As we forge ahead, we will not forget the importance of providing for our people's immediate needs.

However, comrades, let us not be blinded by the allure of comfort and luxury. In our pursuit of progress, we will not shy away from acquiring the resources necessary for building a formidable war machine. We understand that the path to liberation is fraught with struggle and sacrifice. Our sweat shall be transformed into weapons, our determination into planes, our resolve into ships. The sweat of our labor will be the foundation upon which our future is built.

And so, my comrades, I implore you to envision a nation consumed by fanaticism, fueled by an unwavering desire for revolution. Let us embrace the fires of change that burn within us. Together, we will confront the world with unyielding determination, reshaping it to reflect our ideals of justice, equality, and liberation.

In this Great War that lies ahead, let our actions speak louder than words. Let our unity be unbreakable, our resolve unshakable. The chaos we unleash shall pave the way for a new order, a society free from the chains of oppression. It is through struggle and conflict that we will bring about true transformation.

Honestly even assuming we want to encourage the use of the internal combustion engine in transport, we should be prioritising busses and goods vehicles, not private cars.

    Universal busing to keep the countryside integrated seems doable. Even if it's just one bus in the morning and evening, that's still great for integration. Cars would be a disaster. Emergency vehicles would be another big help though.

    And of course it would be a big upgrade to agricultural vehicles.

    Internal combustion engines are for planes only. We will power trains with coal, ships with coal, and by god, we will power buses with coal if we absolutely must.

    I suspect that most of our rural areas can be pretty well served by trains, honestly? Most of the population is going to live in like, villages and shit rather than the American (settler colonialist) phenomenon of having a bunch of houses in the middle of nowhere.
     
    Yeah, even our "Yeoman farmers" are in single family land-reformed plots, which means they're still probably centered around a commons, either a historical one or one that developed post-Junker purge.
