Cycle 17 - Dual Meetings
[X] [Cadyl] The Rescue of Seryn II: Cadyl Edition. Send everything just as you did last time. You got three spirits, a Goddess of War, several hundred Cath Wyrs and a few hundred iron spears. The Sangerish may outnumber you, but you will crush them.

***

When it comes to the option of what to do, it is a trivial decision for you. Just as you did when Seryn was captured by a spirit of another village, you will rally everything that you can and go to rescue to Cadyl along with the other prisoners.

But for all of the similarities, this time is also very different. You have fought the Sangerish for three cycles now and have an idea of what their warriors are capable of. You have a powerful force of warriors led by the Goddess of War. You have hundreds of iron spears, easily superior to the stone spears and clubs, you have dozens of Lyltymar and you have a strong logistics network and no small amount of surplus food to feed your armies.

The only concern is that by sending all of your warriors down south, you will have issues with the rebels and the shadow monsters. However, Seryn decides to solve that issue by simply sticking the cursed rebels in Bedygan where they will need to stay under the protection of Seryn's shrine to stay safe from the shadow monsters due to being too weak to defend themselves.

It takes two weeks for the supplies to be shipped and the army to be gathered in Bedywn, but when it is done, it is an impressive sight. Eight hundred warriors, close to four hundred iron spears, almost two hundred Lyltymar led by two spirits and commanded by the Goddess of War, the Mighty One herself.

You struggle to believe that anything in the world can stand before this force.

With a grim determination that you share with Evatine and Seryn, your army crosses the South River and marches towards Sangere.

***

It is the morning of the second day that Evatine and Seryn feel Wyrn calling upon their power via her connection to each of them. Quickly sending you a spiritual message to inform you of the situation, they grant Wyrn as much power as she needs.

It leaves Evatine tired and exhausts Seryn even more, but neither of them are slowed down even if they will not be in top state for any battles today.

While neither you or they are entirely sure of what Wyrn is doing, your brother and daughter are able to tell you which direction Wyrn is.

It is noon that your army comes to a halt as you find Cadyl, Wyrn and the others you set out to rescue.

The half a dozen women are running across the grasslands with the inhuman speed and stamina that only the power of Seryn could offer. Wearing ragged clothes, they are unarmed apart from Cadyl and Wyrn, the former wielding his iron sword while Wyrn has acquired another iron sword as she also has one despite hers being broken when she was captured.

As Cadyl reaches you, you rush up to your son, scooping him off his feet. You ignore his girlish yelp as you hug him close to your chest. As you hold your child close to you, you do not care if Cadyl is a boy or a girl even as you distinctly know which one he currently is with his body so close to yours.

In the corner of your eye, you notice Wyrn make her way up to Evatine, a happy grin on her face as she approaches your brother, while the Cath Wyrs with them are welcomed back by their fellows and Seryn.

"I knew you would come Dad," says Cadyl as he hugs you back, "But Wyrn did not wish to wait around so she broke free and rescued the rest of us using the powers of Uncle Evatine and Seryn."

"And the Sangerish?" you ask.

"Pursuing us," answers Cadyl, "There are thousands of them and they are led by multiple Spirit-Chosen. I am not talking about the village, but the army they have pursuing us. Their Spirit-Chosen were going to take us as their personal wives with Wyrn and I going to their top chief."

You let out a low growl at that, your anger rising at the Sangerish. But at the same time, you have to restraint it. Thousands of warriors coming to recapture Cadyl and the others with multiple Spirit-Chosen leading them.

You have hundreds of Cath Wyrs, a Goddess of War, dozens of Lyltymar and so many iron spears, but thousands of enemies?

Even the lower estimate of thousands such as only two or three would prove troublesome. Oh, you could beat them, but you would pay a price in life and limb. With Cadyl and the others back, you came for what you set out for, but the Sangerish have gotten away with what they did unpunished.

Looking up, you spot movement in the distance. Sharpening your eyesight, your eyes widen slightly as you realise that you are looking at the army that Cadyl was talking about. Your son was right when he said there was thousands chasing him as you can easily guess that there is at least four thousand warriors marching towards you under the midday sun.

Glancing at Seryn and Evatine with both of them spotting the Sangerish horde was well, you do not have long to decide on what to do next.

A Sangerish army numbering in the thousands is coming for you.
[] [Choice] Retreat. You got what you came for and there is no reason for you to fight such as a massive army, especially when the costs will without a doubt be high for you even if you do win. Withdraw to Bedywn while you still can. This army will either withdraw or you can fight it from the safety of Bedywn's walls.
[] [Choice] Fight. They took your son and their leader tried to claim Cadyl as his wife. Make them pay.

If you chose to fight, please vote on the below choices, picking one from each.
[] [Leader] Gwarlon the Great One. You are the Chief and the top leader of this army. You will personally command the army in the upcoming battle.
-[] [Leader] Write-in. Decide how you will fight this battle.
[] [Leader] Seryn the Mighty One. The Goddess of War, your daughter has plenty of experience in the art of war and warfare is a major part of who she is a spirit. She will be more than capable of commanding the battle against the Sangerish horde.
[] [Leader] Evatine the Noble One. Clever and wise, your brother is a capable leader of warriors and men. Responsible for directing your army against Cynfanor, he can direct it again here today.

[] [Battle] Lead from the front. As a spirit, you shall fight the enemy up close, crushing these mortal men with your supernatural strength.
[] [Battle] Heal the injured. Cath Wyrs or not, your warriors will quickly begin to suffer wounds in the battle today. With Evatine and Seryn being more potent warriors, you shall stay back and use your spiritual powers to heal your injured warriors, saving lives and keeping more in the fight.
[] [Battle] Write-in.

[X] [Choice] Retreat. You got what you came for and there is no reason for you to fight such as a massive army, especially when the costs will without a doubt be high for you even if you do win. Withdraw to Bedywn while you still can. This army will either withdraw or you can fight it from the safety of Bedywn's walls.

Cadyl glances over at Wyrn, the white haired girl who has been his companion for the last two cycles. The Harvest Season has begun and after retreating from the Sangerish army, Dad decided to take him and at his request, Wyrn back to Avawyr with him, unwilling to risk him getting into possible harm for the near future.

The retreat itself when well with Dad throwing up a wall of earth to block off the Sangerish and then the spirits and Cath Wyrs ran back to Bedywn, leaving the confused Sangerish warriors in the dust. Dad carried Cadyl back to Bedywn personally, refusing to let him go until they were in the safety of Seryn's shrine.

The former record-keeper of Evatine and now Chosen of both the Mighty One and the Noble One, when the Sangerish captured him, it was Wyrn who tried to rescue him. When they both ended up captured, it was Wyrn who freed both of them and others.

Cautious and wary of others, Wyrn is a loyal and cheerful ally to those who earn her trust and friendship as Uncle Evatine or Cadyl himself. On the battlefield, Wyrn is a monster. Not only does she had the strongest blessing that Seryn has to offer, but Wyrn is one of those people to whom violence comes both naturally and easily. She will fight any foes without hesitation and crush them without regret, something which she has proven with over thirty Sangerish warriors having died in battle to her.

And then there is how she led their escape from Sangere. Breaking her restraints with a forceful flex of her wrists, punching through the walls of the hut and killing both of her guards with causal ease, Wyrn then retrieved Cadyl's iron sword before using it to break out Cadyl and the others using both iron, strength and Lightning Magic. She even used Metal Magic to grown another iron sword to replace the one she lost when captured.

Oh, what a wonderful woman that Wyrn is. Loyal and strong, she is exactly the kind of woman that Cadyl will want to warm his bed at night.

The only question on Cadyl's mind would be if Wyrn would be willing to feel the same way about him. Looking over at Wyrn, Cadyl takes a longer look this time, fully taking in the greatness of Wyrn.

Silky locks of white hair fall down to the middle of her back while her Cadyl can glimpse her beautiful violet eyes, the only ones in the world. Her lean, muscular body can be directly seen as Wyrn's woollen shirt does not cover the skin of her arms. And then you have her divine curves with a big rump, a slender waist and a busty bosom on part with the females of your family with her snug clothing showing all of that off.

Looking upon the beauty of the woman he has fallen in love with, Cadyl can feel himself getting warm at the prolonged gaze upon Wyrn.

The only question is when does Cadyl admit his feelings to the woman in question. Reluctantly tearing his gaze away from Wyrn's beauty, Cadyl muses on whether or not Wyrn will return his feelings. The Evalonish girl does genuinely like him and the two of them have a strong friendship with them regularly performing helpful tasks for the other without requiring reward or thanks.

With how Wyrn has been treating him recently, perhaps she does have similar feelings towards him. Or maybe Cadyl is just projecting his own emotions onto the behaviour of his friend.

Glancing down at his feet, Cadyl can see one of obstacles to winning Wyrn's heart. One thing that Cadyl knows from being Wyrn's friend for two cycles is that the she is not into women like Cadyl is. While Cadyl desires Wyrn's body, Wyrn will not desire Cadyl's body, not while he has the one that Seryn blessed him with at least.

Thankfully, that is an easy problem for Cadyl to solve as the son of the Great One and the Beautiful pokes one of his breasts. He can do what he had planned to do when he originally set out and make a decision to live as a male instead of a female.

Cadyl lets out a mild sigh. While he always planned to make a choice between being male or being female, Cadyl thought it would be him deciding which he prefers to live as. Instead, he is basing his choice on which one Wyrn would want to fornicate with.

Look away from his breasts, Cadyl cannot help, but feel a bit mournful at his choice. While he has no regrets about it, if it was purely based on which gender he would prefer to live as, he would probably choose female over male, especially if he spent another cycle or two as one. While he has no problems with being male again, his experiences over the last two cycles have given a fondness for being female.

For the third time in the last few moments, Cadyl turns his gaze back to Wyrn, running his eyes over her curves, particularly her chest for while Cadyl is embarrassed to admit, like most men, he finds a tall height and large chest to be the most attractive thing about women. And then there is the fact that the son of the Great One and the Mighty One is certain that Wyrn's chest is definitely larger. Not by much, but having gotten a good look, Cadyl is sure that there is a difference.

It takes a moment for Cadyl to realise that Wyrn has spotted him and is down coming his way. Beating back an embarrassed blush, Cadyl changes the focus of his gaze from the curves of the violet-eyed girl to the violet eyes themselves.

"You were looking at me rather intently," says Wyrn and Cadyl winces internally, "Is there something you want from me?"

"Ah, no-" starts Cadyl before he decides to bite the bullet.

If he can face down Sangerish raiders, why should he be afraid of confessing love to someone closed and trusted by him?

"Actually, yes there is," says Cadyl, "I wish to inform you that I have fallen in love with you."

Wyrn's eyes widen in surprise at the declaration and Cadyl fears the worst for a moment before a massive grin breaks out on Wyrn's face and she begins to purr.

"What was it?" asks Wyrn out the blue, catching Cadyl off-guard with her verbal response, "I have been trying to get you to do that for seasons now. Was the bigger breasts? I know you like them a lot like most men do so I got Seryn to increase their size. Well, technically she did not, but she did show me how to change my appearance using her blessing. You were staring at them for a bit so you must like them. I can make them even bigger if you want. But they are already really big. Any bigger and they will start to get in the away, but I would be willing to do that for you."

"So you return my feelings," says Cadyl, slightly bemused by Wyrn's words.

"Yes!" exclaims Wyrn, "I was worried that you would not return my feelings. That I was not good enough for you."

"You are the epitome of what a proper woman should be," replies Cadyl, a smile forming on his face, "Honestly, I was mostly worried that you would not even look at me as a potential lover due to me being a woman at the moment and you not being into women."

"That is something of a problem," admits Wyrn, "I spoke with the Mighty One about it and she said that she was going to look into a way to solve that issue for me. I am not sure how, but she is the Goddess not I."

"I was planning the resolve the issue by returning to my male body," says Cadyl, "A bit earlier than I originally planned mind you."

"So you prefer being male to female?" asks Wyrn.

"Actually, I do not mind which I am," answers Cadyl, "Though if I was forced to choose, I have a slight preference for female. However, I would much rather be with you than either male or female so if I need to be male to make a relationship between us work, it is an easy choice for me."

"I see," says Wyrn as she gives Cadyl a look that he can not recognise, "I appreciate that. I could make my breasts bigger for you like a suggested earlier in return?"

"No, keep them as how you prefer them," replies Cadyl with a shake of his head, "It is your body not mine."

"But you like them at their current size," muses Wyrn as she gives Cadyl a wry smile.

Cadyl debates on whether or not to give an honest answer before deciding on telling Wyrn the truth with a simple nod of his head.

"Well, I do not mind which size they are," says Wyrn, "But if I was forced to choose, I have a slight preference for them being their old size. Yet since you like them bigger, I will keep them at their current size."

"Ur, thank you I guess," replies Cadyl, unsure of how to properly respond to that.

"So what now?" inquires Wyrn.

"Let us go and tell my parents the good news?" suggests Cadyl.

"Excellent idea," purrs Wyrn.

The cycle has a good start to it. Of your daughters, all, but Morwyn are now spirits like you. Terwyn is continuing to the lead your village while Eulyn looks after villagers who are in need of aid. Arwyn decides to take her explorers to the east, in order to see what has happened to Caradawg and the other Cynfanor loyalists. Gwyn continues to produce the arts and crafts that Avawyr has become known for.

While Evalon provides wood, odd trinkets and iron items and Prylake provides fish and other lakefood, Avawyr offers stone, ore, pottery and stone crafts. Bronwyn helps Gwyn with the creation of the crafts as usual, but she also overseas the trade with Prylake and Evalon, in particular, your wife has been trying to get the Evalonish to part with their much treasured tools.

As for you, you continue work on the stone wall. You make a decent amount of progress on it, but with your time and attention focused elsewhere, you do not get quite enough done to call it finished.

You attempt your own exploration trip into the eastern mountains, to seek hidden treasures or riches with the land you have only briefly been through. You find something you did not expect.

A baby. Lying out there in the middle of the mountains is a baby. You looked around for parents or any other family, but you could find no signs of human life. Just a baby with no clue as to how she got there.

There did not seem to be anything wrong with the child or anything dangerous so you called your trip short and headed back to the village with your new child, where you and Bronwyn could raise her as your own.

You make a visit to Evatine in Evalon to catch up with your brother. Evatine has switched back to his old regular routine with his Myrymar making iron spears while Evatine himself makes iron tools. When asked about this, he shrugs and just says that things are easier this way as he can focus fully on making a set of items and not two.

While the two of you chat, Evatine expresses his intention to make sure that each Cath Wyr has an iron spear to call her own. He says that between the two, your fighting forces will be unmatched in the region by any mortal force with only the supernatural being able to propose a serious threat. And even then, Evatine tells you, his blessing upon the iron spears will give the human Cath Wyrs the advantage against those inhuman, supernatural foes.

Your brother also mentions that his Aspect of Civilisation has grown stronger, stating it has become something more.

In turn, you tell him of your adventures, how the stone wall is almost finished and how you found a baby in the woods. In regards to the later, Evatine inquires if you would be willingly to let him raise the child as he will not have a wife to bear him children.

As for your requests, Evatine has no problem sending back a few Myrymar volunteers as while you only three dozen Prydymar, he has only a hundred Myrymar. Your brother also gives you the iron tools that you request with a reminder regarding the iron spears that he gave you many cycles ago.

When you return to Avawyr, Arwyn has always returned with both good and sort of bad news. Adventuring through the Bydi Forest, your daughter eventually reached some grasslands where she found a village near the point where the South River met the East River.

Ruled by two spirits like Bedygan once was, a brother and a sister, Belarsa is split between those who make their living in the forest under the leadership of the brother spirit Nascien and those who make their living on the river under the leadership of the sister spirit Astorine.

While there is no conflict of opposites like in Bedygan, Belarsa is not free of trouble as when Caradawg fled east with the Cynfanor loyalists, he also pillaged and ransacked Belarsa just he did with Bedynn.

While they have recovered in the many cycles since, the Belsarish have grown wary, hostile and, from what Arwyn can tell, afraid of outsiders. While they did not actively attack Arwyn and her explorers, your daughter feels that is only because she is a spirit now and if she had not been a spirit or had tried to go closer, the Belsarish would have attacked her.

A shame that your old foe of Cynfanor poisoned that well before you even discovered it existed just as he did with Morcaviana at Bedynn.

Another thing you do in this cycle is learn from Myrlin about how to more efficiently use your spiritual power when casting Earth Magic. Just as he has been teaching the other Prydymar, he shows you how to the same. By the start of the Harvest Season, you are able to tap into less of your spiritual power at once and how to direct it more precisely. You also give permission to Myrlin to travel to Evalon and then to Bedywn in order to let the lad learn more about how magic in general works as he desires.

You also hear from other news aboard. First of all is troubling news from up north as while Prylake continues to be peaceful as it has always been, there is trouble in the Eastern Hills. The situation regarding the shadow monsters has changed as the Leader Cerwyn of the Cath Wyrs reports the presence of a shadow monster spirit. More powerful than any ordinary shadow monster, the shadow monster spirit seems more akin to an animal spirit than a human spirit as it lacks proper intelligence whilst retaining a certain degree of awareness and cunning that an animal should not have.

With the shadow monster spirit driving back the Cath Wyrs this cycle, Seryn will probably be personally dealing with the shadow monster spirit.

Speaking of Seryn, your daughter arrived with news of a Sangerish diplomatic expedition. Led by one of their spirit-chosen, the southerners are seeking to speak with you as they accurately identified as the leader of your group.

The Sangerish do not seem to want anything right now and seem to be trying to see if you are open to their diplomatic overtures at all. Are you?

You have no idea about how to feel about this cycle. By all rights, it should be a good one, but certain events leave a bad taste in your mouth.

It started off okay with you reluctantly accepting the Sangerish diplomatic overtures. While you really did not like the southerners, you could not deny that they had the power to match your own forces. If you want to preserve your own people, peace was the best option.

You also give the baby girl you found to Evatine and your brother has decided to call his new daughter Ymaryn.

The Sangerish diplomat sent is one of their spirit-chosen, an older man with plenty of grey amongst his brown hair by the name Gryff the Safeguard. He offered a stop to the raids between Sangere and your people and carries an offer from Edryd the Master to open talks.

From what Gryff tells you, Esclalf does not directly run Sangere unlike every other village in the region. Instead, he provides healings and various blessings to the Sangerish villagers and lets his mortal followers rule themselves with minimal input.

While Gryff is reluctant to part with the details, he provides enough information to paint a picture that you do not like. Seven Chiefs rule over Sangere with warrior-farmers supporting them. The Chiefs themselves are chosen from the ranks of the warrior-farmers and all warrior-farmers are male. Below the warrior-farmers, you have their child sons and then even lower than the male offspring of the warrior-farmers, you have slaves, men forced into servitude to perform non-war or non-farming tasks such as making stone tools or cooking. Then you have the women, who the Sangere use only for children, both making them and rearing them into adulthood. To your outrage, Sangerish warrior-farmers would collect women like a shiny prizes with a major source of prestige within the village being collecting an additional wives.

The Sangere also have a pattern that they follow each cycle, integrating it into what they call a cycle. During the Growth Season, the warrior-farmers plant their harvest and then they raid and fight each other for prestige and challenge their old Chiefs and wives in the Sun Season. In the Harvest Season, they collect their harvest and then in the Cold Season, they make babies.

It turns out that Esclalf is not just a farming spirit, but he also has an Aspect of Fertility. Not only Esclalf provide a perfect harvest each cycle, but he also provides a blessing to make each woman fertile enough to get pregnant each year.

As much as it disgusts you, you start to get an inking of how much manpower Sangere could throw around if shove comes to push in the long run and how dangerous the southern-most village could be in the future.

Just as you develop a strong distaste for the Sangerish culture, Gryff is shocked at how your people operate with women being treated as equals and all of your warriors are now females. He is also surprised at your reveal that you have five villages answering to you and a sixth allied through you decide to not mention how Bedygan is empty and how Prylake is incredibly peaceful.

Despite how horrible you find the Sangerish to be, you do resolve to visit their leader Edryd to try and achieve a lasting peace if the price is not too much to stomach.

When you leave Avawyr, the village is in good hands. Terwyn is formalising the unofficial leadership positions within the village while Gwyn crafts and Eulyn helps out where Avawyrish are in need of aid. Arwyn sets out on another expedition to the Bydi Forest to map it out more and Bronwyn states her intention to bring Seryn's villages into the trade between Avawyr, Evalon and Prylake.

While you have plans to head north to deal with the new shadow monster spirit, you first head south to meet with Edryd to hopefully hammer out a lasting peace before the Harvest Season ends and the Sun Season begins.

The initial negotiations go poorly. While Edryd strikes you as progressive and open minded for a Sangerish, he is still Sangerish. As of such, while he is smooth and confident talker, Edryd also steps on several sore points.

For example, he offer you some wives and slaves as a show of goodwill. Edryd also suggests that to strengthen ties between your peoples, you and him should marry one of the other's daughters.

In the end, you and him are both left annoyed by the talks and it is Seryn who steps in to resolve things.

Your daughter decides to explain how things work within her domain and offers potential service to the Sangerish which Edryd is swift to take advantage of. Apparently, Seryn has the potential to deal with many of the Sangerish problems.

For starters, it turns out that the reason why the Sangerish have been attacking you is because Edryd has mentioned to use his fighting skills and sharp tongue to unite the other Sangerish Chiefs under his leadership. However, that left him with the problem that if the Sangerish were united, who would the warrior-farmers fight to prove their worth and earn wives?

So when the tensions over this matter were rising, Bronwyn and her explorers revealed to the Sangerish that there were other people up north and Edryd rallied the Sangerish under the ground that they could prove their worth against the northerners.

Of course, between losing close to a thousand warrior-farmers and gaining a grand total of zero wives whilst getting beaten back by female warriors with supernatural prowess, the Sangerish have mostly lost their appetite for fighting with the north.

With her position as the Goddess of Femininity, Seryn is ideally placed to solve Edryd's problem of the Sangerish having too many men and not enough women.

When she has gotten the direct attention of the Sangerish leader despite being female, your daughter decides to push the idea of her blessing the Sangerish warrior-farmers. Having faced the Cath Wyrs in battle, Edryd, along with most of Sangerish, is more than willingly to acknowledge the martial prowess of the warrior-women from the north despite how they treat their own women.

Seryn's plan is to have it so the greatest of the Sangerish warriors will seek to accept her blessing to become even greater and stronger warriors. Even though that would require becoming a woman, Edryd feels that the power offered in gaining such a blessing would easily overcome that, especially since it goes directly against the Sangerish idea of women being weak.

After Seryn had salvaged things, the only problem was that Edryd started to flirt with Seryn using his charming wits and sharp tongue and then to make things even worse, Seryn return his seductions with genuine interest.

As the father of Seryn, you could not approve of a pairing between your daughter and someone like Edryd even if Seryn herself seems to be pleased with Edryd's advances.

In the end you came to a conclusion with Edryd in the negotiations with Seryn's aid before heading back north to deal with the shadow monster spirit.

A Gift of Goodwill
Edryd wishes to gift you with half a dozen wives and a trio of slaves.
[] [Sangere 1] Accept the 'gift'.

-[] [Sangere 2] Actually marry her.
-[] [Sangere 2] Just let her live in the village.

[] [Sangere 3] Accept the request

The Tribute
With no desire to cause trouble with someone who has the might of a half a dozen villages, Edryd is willing to offer you a tribute each cycle. While you have no need for food, Sangere has no shortage of spare bodies. You pick any mixture of wives, slaves and young children.

You accept most of Edryd's deals, if only to get as many people as you can out of the horror that is Sangere. Oh, it is naught, but a drop in the bucket when you consider how many people there in Sangere, but every little helps.

So when you head back north, you take with you three craftsman, six women in their twenties and a girl who only eight cycles old for Edryd is only two dozen cycles old.

When you reach Bedygan, you have some Cath Wyrs escort them to Avawyr where they may begin their new free lives while you and Seryn continue north to Bedygan. While various Bedynnish and Bedywnish Cath Wyrs hold Bedygan against the shadow monster spirit and its minions, Evatine has sent a hundred of his Cath Wyrs to eastern coast of the Eastern Hills and they have seen noteworthy success in clearing out the shadow monsters.

Your brother has also decided to start supplying the Cath Wyrs of your other villages with iron spears where possible. He has already supplied Seryn's villages with over three hundred iron spears and he estimates that within another three to four cycles, he will be able to supply every Cath Wyr with their own personal iron spear.

To your surprise, your brother has not been forging more iron tools or iron spears this cycle. Instead, he has split his attentions between Ymaryn, forging a pair of iron swords and working on Myrlin on some magical experiment.

Seryn has been up to her usual duties, but has added blessing women in their coming of age ceremony as part of them. She has also continued to make more of her Cath Wyrs as Lyltymar.

Bronwyn has made limited efforts to focus on encouraging trade with Prylake and Evalon and has made good on her intentions to bring Seryn's villages into the trade network by beginning construction of Lake Eva Boat Pens for both Bedywn and Bedynn.

Terwyn continues to rule Avawyr with her husband taking a more subordinate position as her main assistant just as Terwyn once assisted her mother. Gwyn continues to lead the crafters while Eulyn helps around the village and is charge of the efforts to integrate the folks you got from Sangere. Arwyn lead another expedition into the Bydi Forest, this time to explore known lands that have not been properly looked through.

The shadow monster spirit is easy enough to find as it has been making no attempts to hide itself as it repeatedly attacks Bedygan, keeping the Cath Wyrs within pinned down until you and Seryn can arrive with reinforcements.

The fight itself is brutal. The shadow monster has raw, inhuman power, but Seryn is the Goddess of War and that is nothing to scoff at. While the Cath Wyrs engage the shadow monsters, their respective spirits battle it at the centre of the battle.

Over a hundred Cath Wyrs with archers and iron spearwomen, constantly healed by Seryn, are slugging it out with at least a few hundred shadow monsters whilst the shadow monster spirit is actually able to match Seryn in close combat.

In the end, the battle is not decided by raw power, but by superior skill and experience as most of the Cath Wyrs are veteran warriors by now while the shadow monsters are nothing more than mindless beasts. As for battle between the two spirits, it is ended by Seryn using her previous experience at taking out spirits to subdue the shadow monster spirit for a brief period.

Normally Seryn would devour the shadow monster spirit for raw power, but at your request, she lets you attempt to assert dominance over it in order to try and tame it.

To your delight, the attempt is a complete success. Oh, it was not easy as the shadow monsters reject your attempts and its monstrous, inhuman nature meant you struggled to get a firm grip while that your spiritual leadership was mostly ineffective.

But you do get a firm grip and you are able to assert control over the shadow spirit, gaining a strong hold over the shadow monster spirit, getting it unwillingly force the ordinary shadow monsters in its aura back.

Now you just to decide on what to do with the shadow spirit and if keeping such a hostile and dangerous spirit is worth the risk of what would happen if it slips your control.

Cycle 19 - Cadyl
Cadyl grumbles under his breath as he paces back and forth after receiving the news from the south.

"There you are," says Wyrn as the white-haired women strides up to him, "Judging from how you look, I take it you heard the news as well?"

"Eulyn told me," answers Cadyl, "I cannot believe that Dad would make peace with those southern savages. Especially not with those terms!"

"How much did you hear about it?" inquires Wyrn.

"Enough," grunts Cadyl, "Seven wives and three slaves this cycle and twenty children each cycle. How could Dad ever agree to those terms? Surely he does desire peace enough to go along with such evil!"

"I have spoken to Terwyn about it," replies Wyrn, "Dad is planning to let them go free and live proper lives once they are in the village. He is just accepting the deal for two reasons, the first being that it allows him to get ten people out of Sangere and the second is that this deal allows for good relationships to be established with Sangere which will allow for us to influence their culture into something better."

"And the children?" asks Cadyl as he stops pacing, calming down as he gets some proper reasoning for what has happened.

"So that they can live with our people and under our rules instead of living in Sangere," answers Wyrn, "The Great One and the Mighty One are planning to let the Cath Wyrs raise them and their double female couples have a chance at raising kids which they cannot have naturally."

"That makes sense, but I still do not like it," says Cadyl with a sigh and he sits down on a stone bench.

"Neither do I," agrees Wyrn as she sits herself down next to Cadyl.

"I still think it would be best to just march over and kill them until they submit," says Cadyl and Wyrn decides to hug him.

Cadyl blushes as he feels his lover's breasts press against his body. The brown haired lad glances at Wyrn, who grins back at him shamelessly.

"Have you made them bigger?" asks Cadyl as his lover has gotten into the habit of subtly changing her appearance with her powers.

"I have now," replies Wyrn as Cadyl feels the amount of breast against his body increase slightly.

"I still have not changed my mind," Cadyl tells her, "We going to be like Dad and Mum and not do it until we have gotten married. It is family tradition. Terwyn and Vardyn did the same."

"I am still willing to wait," says Wyrn, resting her head on Cady's shoulder, "Just as long as we keep to other agreement."

"Bedding each other every night after the marriage until you are pregnant," mutters Cadyl as he enjoys having Wyrn up against him, "It might be a difficult to keep if it goes on too many nights, but I will do my best. We both know you will not have any trouble. Is there any particular reason that you are acting like this and bring up this subject?"

"I want you thinking with your groin not your head," answers Wyrn, "Easy way to do that is to put my breasts as the foremost thought on your mind."

"I will not deny that it is working," Cadyl admit though he fails to mention that it is less effective now that he knows what Wyrn is up to.

Still Cadyl does enjoy thinking about the beautiful body of his lover over hating those southern savages. He cannot help, but feels immensely pleased at having a woman like Wyrn as his future wife.

"Is there any particular reason that you want to have kids as much as you do," inquires Cadyl, "You seem quite eager for it."

"I want to start a new family," answers Wyrn, "Being married with kids will make that desire come true."

"You do miss your old family at old then?" asks Cadyl, broaching a subject that they rarely talk about and earning an annoyed glare from Wyrn as a result.

"No," the white-haired girl tells him firmly, "Mother and Father wanted nothing to do with me and kept trying to blame the other for me. My Gwyn treated me somewhat decently, but only did so she would not look bad in the eyes of the rest of the village. Tarwyn was one of those who actively mistreated me. I am happy to be rid of them."

"They might accept you now," points out Cadyl.

"I know they would," agrees Wyrn as she flattens her ears and flicks her tail back and forth, "It is because of that I want nothing to do with them. I am no longer the crippled girl, but a mighty and famed warrior, champion of multiple spirits. Of course, they want me now, but not because of who I am as a person. You do so I will make a new family with you."

"I see," says Cadyl before hugging Wyrn, "I will be happy to be part of your new family. But do you ever wonder what has become of your old family?"

"Father and Tarwyn took the Gift of the Mighty Body," replies Wyrn, "That ruined the marriage as Mother is old enough to start getting grandchildren and did not desire to be married to a girl young enough to be her daughter. Neither her or Father are doing well. Father is a Silver Tip now, but he is a poor one and his fellows remember protecting me at the Noble One's command. Mother's trade has failed due to her developing a bad reputation amongst the Avawyrish.

Gwyn is doing well. She has gained the popularity that she desired and her false act seems to have become real due to how much she kept it up. I would not mind meeting her again, but it is also something I do not long for either. Tarwyn moved to your sister's villages. She has been serving the Mighty One in Bedygan and has made a name amongst the Cath Wyrs for herself. I do not begrudge her for glory and Cerwyn seems to have been a good influence on her from what I have heard, but I still remember how she treated me in Evalon as sisters. Even if she has changed for the better, I would still have nothing to do with her if I can help it."

Cadyl is silent, holding Wyrn against him in an embrace as he politely ignores the tears welling up in the violet eyes of his lover.

"Is there anything I can do to help you out?" asks Cadyl, letting the companionable silence continue until Wyrn has gotten her emotions back under control.

"Yes, there is," answers Wyrn, "We can go down to the stream and you can wash me."

Even through that they already did that this morning, Cadyl refrains from pointing that out. He already knows that Wyrn enjoys having someone else care for her. While many prefer to do things on their own as a sign of independence, Wyrn likes to have Cadyl undress her, scrub and clean her skin and hair and then dress her again. The Evalonish girl seems to consider such deeds to be replacements for lack of love that her family showed her a child and Cadyl has no problem indulging her. Even if he did not enjoy being able to see his lover naked, Cadyl would still care for Wyrn anyway in order to make her happy.

"Alright," says Cadyl as he gives Wyrn a smile, "Let go."

You had a good cycle, building on the good deeds of last year. Your sisters do their things in Avawyr while Arwyn makes enough expedition into your forest despite her failure last cycle. You give her greetings and wish her good lick as you finish the wooden wall around Bedynn, something you wish you had so many years ago.

You miss Aeryn.

Nonetheless, with the completion of the Bedynn wooden wall, all three of your villages now have walls and since Dad finally finishes the stone wall around Avawyr, it means that all of the villages are walled.

Good for any future attacks even if you do not have to worry about any of those right now after the previous cycle.

Speaking of last cycle, Dad decided to deal with that accursed shadow monster spirit by trapping it with fire. From what you heard, it was unsuccessful as Dad lacked the ability to keep the fires going. Nothing bad happened as Dad was able to maintain his hold over the shadow spirit monster, but the experiment was a failure.

Still the shadow monster spirit under control and safely away from any of your villages on the north-east coast of Lake Eva where the closest accessible village is Blawain. With that thing out of the way, you, Dad and Uncle Evatine decided to strike the shadow monsters before their spirit could brake free or another one was formed.

While Uncle Evatine attacked them along the eastern side of the hills with six scores of the Evalonish Cath Wyrs, you and Dad operated out of Bedygan with three hundred of your Cath Wyrs, most of them Lyltymar as over half of your Cath Wyrs can wield lightning magic these days.

The fighting is glorious! You always love to slay shadow monsters, the most hated of your foes, even more so than that old dumbass Cynfanor. Throughout the late Growth Season and the early Sun Season, you hunt down and kill close to couple hundred shadow monsters personally while Dad and your Cath Wyrs severely thin their numbers, the latter wielding lightning magic and iron spears on top of their own skill and might. Meanwhile Uncle Evatine and his force of Cath Wyrs systemically hunt down the shadow monsters along the east coast.

Oh, more will slip in by the end of the cycle, but for the time being, the east of the Bedygan is clear of shadow monsters. Speaking of that, you notice in general that the ranks of the shadow monsters are thinning. You bet if you keep this up for another handful of cycles, you will be able to hunt down and purge the shadow monsters for good.

A shame that Cadyl and his girl cannot come. You are sure that they would appreciate the opportunity to hunt shadow monsters, Wyrn especially. But Dad is keeping Cadyl safely at home in Avawyr something you cannot hold against him and Wyrn is insistent on staying at Cadyl's side with the exception of a trip to Evalon to make a wedding gift for him and you cannot fault her for that either.

Speaking of the wedding and gifts for Cadyl and Wyrn, you made some of your own. As your brother, Cadyl is definitely getting one and as your chosen and soon to be your marriage-sister, Wyrn is also going to receive a gift from you.

Cadyl's Wedding Gift - Do not plan vote.
[] A tamed wildcat blessed by you.
[] A blessed bracelet which lets him accept and reserve your blessing at while, linked to his own magic reserves.
[] A blessed bracelet which lets him communicate to cats.
[] Write-in.

Wyrn's Wedding Gift - Do not plan vote.
[] A tamed wildcat blessed by you.
[] An idol of her in each of your shrines.
[] A cloak made from a wolf's pelt.
[] Write-in.

You know that Cadyl attempts at jewellery have failed miserably, but Wyrn has informed you of her gift, an iron diadem with gemstones of various colours and engraved with patterns that are blessing to the human eye. Your chosen is getting both Dad and Uncle Evatine to bless her gift and has sought one of your own blessings, a weaker one that would only include Vigour.

You happily granted it to her.

***

The trip to Sangere has taken interesting turn. You and Dad went down with two score of your Cath Wyrs to collect the first year of children in the tribute and to help establish your presence in that horrid village.

It goes interestingly for a certain usage of the word. You and Edryd try to prop yourself, introducing you as the Goddess of War and Women and introducing your feared Cath Wyrs, warrior-women who should not exist according to the current Sangerish beliefs.

Edryd attempted to use his position and reputation to leverage the existence of yourself and your followers that Sangerish beliefs are wrong and their culture needs to change accordingly as a result of this new information. He even used the idea of following false ideas being the reason why they have suffered overwhelming failure against the northerners.

The Sangerish warrior-farmers were split in half by Edryd's words as slightly over half of them, including the spirit-chosen Gryff, sided with Edryd while another of the spirit-chosen, a young man called Porwyll the Champion, who was backed by the rest of the Sangerish including the last spirit-chosen of Sangere, Warcyn the Slayer.

You do not know if Porwyll generally believed that the old way was better or just cared about his own power, either trying to keep the old system which gave him more power or just using the opportunity to get rid of Edryd and rule Sangere for himself.

You did not know which and frankly, you did not care.

Porwyll challenged Edryd to a duel and the Sangerish reformer accepted as he could not refuse without his reputation collapsing beyond repair.

The duel went poorly. You watched from the side like everyone else as Porwyll battered Edryd's first attack aside before swiftly jabbing his own spear into Edryd's throat before he could react. Not content with that fatal blow, Porwyll ram his spear twice into Edryd's chest.

As Edryd began to fall to the ground, the last of his life leaving his body, you decided that this was so not happened. Reaching out with your divine power, you stuff Edryd full of it. The Sangerish man swiftly became a woman as a tail and set of car ears pop out of his body whilst his wounds fully recovered.

Recovering quickly as Porwyll and the rest of the warrior-farmers looked on, Edryd kick Porwyll's spear, snapping it in two and sending the blade half flying away. As couple of punches and Porwyll falling to his knees, his chest a mangled mess as Edryd did not hold back with her new superhuman strength.

Unwillingly to just let her foe be slain, Edryd decided to humiliate Porwyll by using your curse that you told her about. As much as you had the unnatural nature of a woman being weak, you already stomached the idea that using such a punishment to threaten the warrior-farmers of Sangere with would be needed to change the culture of Sangere.

Having snatched victory twice from the jaws of death and defeat by using your power, Edryd declare that she would reshape Sangere into something better, ripping away by the false truths and beliefs that were holding it back. Using herself and Porwyll as examples, she declared that women had the potential to be strong warriors or weak servants and which they ended up depended on whether or not they followed you.

You almost fully approved of this as you promised yourself that you would stamp out the idea of women being weak within the next generation or two at most. Because that idea was unnatural nonsense as everybody knew women should be strong and beautiful.

Dad was pleased with the results and remained mostly content to stay involved, letting things play out as long as they were acceptable to him.

Between you decided to deal with Esclalf as Edryd became to reshape Sangere to suit her beliefs. With him making every woman pregnant each Cold Season, you could not allow the farming-spirit to continue as he was, not if you were to get the Sangerish to stop treating women as breeding tools and symbols of prestige and worth.

The only question was with how to deal with Esclalf so you could get back in time for the wedding.

How to deal with Esclalf? - Do not plan vote.
[] [Esclalf] Devour his energy and claim his power as your own, making him no more.

Cycle 20 - Cadyl
"We should do something together," declares Wyrn as she rests her head on Cadyl's lap, gazing upwards at him.

"Like what?" asks Cadyl, not glancing down at his lover as he continues to look at the pearl that he acquired from a Prylakish trader.

"Something fun," says Wyrn, "We cannot go on any raids or fights because the Great One is being protective of you and the measures he is taking to ensure that means we cannot go exploring or adventuring either. The work on the stone wall is do so we cannot help your father with that anymore. With the shadow monster spirit captured and everyone else clearing out the remaining shadow monsters, that will not be an option in the future. Gah! We should be totally be joining on that, but we cannot because we caught by Sangerish."

"Please do not bring up the southerners," mutters Cadyl, frowning at the mention of his old foes, "I rather not think about them."

"You do get rather grouchy whenever they get brought up," agrees Wyrn, "And I just realised that we are not going to be able to fight them either. Ugh, it is so unfair that we do not get to fight the shadow monsters now. With the peace with the Sangerish and the shadow monsters soon to be wiped out, who can we fight? We will not be able to fight anyone in the future and we are missing out right now on what few foes there are left to fight."

"Want to talk to the Dad?" inquires Cadyl.

"Maybe," replies Wyrn thoughtfully, "He did let me go back home to Evalon to make your wedding present. Maybe he would let me go and help hunt down the last shadow monsters. I would probably have to leave you hear and go on my own. You would not mind that you would?"

"No, I got my share of fighting done," answers Cadyl, "I do not enjoy as much as you do anyway so while you will regret missing out, I will not. I will find other ways to spend my time."

"Like getting to know everybody?" inquires Wyrn, "Why are you doing that anyway?"

"I want people to respect me," replies Cadyl, "Sure, I get respected by default due to being the son of the Great One and the Beautiful One, but I want them to personally respect me for who I am, not who I born to. While I earned respect from the Cath Wyrs and the Bedywnish during the fighting against the Sangerish, I am going to earn respect by befriending the people of Avawyr and I will spread a good, respectable reputation to Evalon and Prylake via their traders."

"I can see that," muses Wyrn, "I already got my reputation as the trusted record-keeper of the Noble One and the second greatest warrior after the Mighty One herself. I am content with the reputation and I do not need to prove myself further."

"I do not need to prove myself, but I just do want to," agrees Cadyl, "Speaking of record keeping, thank you for teaching that to Terwyn and myself. It will be very useful in the long run, especially since we are using the same system as Evalon."

"It makes sense to you the same symbols for thing," replies Wyrn with a shrug, "I am just glad that Worwyn is using my old system in Evalon instead of coming up with her own."

"Well, the old records are only useful if she continues to use the old system," points out Cadyl, "If every record-keeper used a different system, then nobody would know what the different records mean."

"True, true," mutters Wyrn as she sits up.

"Speaking of your visit to Evalon, did your crafting of my marriage gift go well?" inquires Cadyl as he watches Wyrn get to her feet.

"It went splendidly," answers as the white-haired girl stretches, "I am certain that you will be greatly pleased by it. Unlike a certain someone who I will not name, I need not mess it up so badly that the entire village and beyond finds out about it. Twice."

"I will get you a proper gift ready," Cadyl reassures her, but he can tell from the wide grin on Wyrn's face that she is not worried or upset, "One of the good things about taking so long to get the marriage done is that we can properly prepared for it and have enough time to overcome any mistake which happen."

"I am not worried," replies Wyrn as she leans forward, deliberately putting her bosom in level with Cadyl's vision, "But we still need to do something fun together."

"Do you want to go swimming?" inquires Cadyl, "Or do you want me to wash you again?"

"I was thinking of a magic duel," says the busty girl, "Only magic. No blessing. No healings until it is over. We will only use our own reserves of spiritual powers."

"That sounds like fun," agrees Cadyl as while he would stand no chance against his lover in a physical fight, they are evenly matched when it comes to the usage of magic.

"We should make bets," says Wyrn as she stand up straight, "When I win, you will give massage me until I tell you to stop."

"And if I win?" asks Cadyl with a wry smile.

"If you somehow win," replies Wyrn before looking thoughtfully, "I will...hmm, we another dozen days until the Harvest Season. If you win, I will keep my breasts at size of my head and half that again."

"Are you sure that you want to agree to that?" asks Cadyl with a frown, "That is pretty big and you would find having them at that size to be awkward at the very least."

"As if I would lose," retorts Wyrn confidently, "I might not be as good at magic as I am in a proper fighting, but I can still kick your butt."

"As much as I would enjoy that result, please consider that suggestion seriously," insists Cadyl, "You will be complaining about them nonstop within three days at most, possible even one."

"Oh yeah," says Wyrn, "How about we double down on the stakes?"

"That is a terrible idea," states Cadyl.

"If I win, you will give me massages on demand," declares Wyrn, ignoring Cadyl's reply, "If you win, I shall keep my bosom at that size until the wedding is over."

"Again, that is a terrible idea," says Cadyl, "You do realise that I stand a chance at beating you in a magical duel right? It will not be a guaranteed win for you like in a normal duel."

"I am confident that I can kick your butt in any kind of duel," replies Wyrn, "In fact, I am so confident, I will extend the terms of my lose agreement until you successful impregnate me."

At that Cadyl just groans.

"Are you sure that Seryn's personality is not bleeding into you via your connection with her?" asks Cadyl, "This is the sort of behaviour that I would expect from her, not you."

"Do you think that is a possibility?" asks Wyrn, suddenly turning serious.

"No," answers Cadyl, "If something like that was possible, it would have been noticed before now. More likely that you have just gained a lot of confidence and that confidence is making you less cautious and careful. Probably due to how strong and powerful you are."

"Okay, nothing to worry about then," replies Wyrn, "Now, do you agree to the bet?"

"Which conditions?" asks Cadyl, hoping that Wyrn will go for the most sensible ones.

"If I win, you will give me massages on demand," answers Wyrn, dashing Cadyl's hopes with her words, "If you win, I shall keep my bosom at the size of my head and half that again until you have successfully impregnated me. After the wedding."

Cadyl feels a flicker of annoyance at his lover getting rid of that loophole. Knowing Wyrn, she will both hate having her chest at that size before long and she will stick to the agreed terms of the bet out of an unshakable sense of duty so that loophole would have been useful in getting the inevitable complaining to stop early. Still, if Wyrn is going to offer those terms, he will not be at fault for her giving herself the short end of the stick. As if he does not massage whenever she asks anyway.

"It is your folly, but I agree," says Cadyl as he gets to his feet.

This cycle was an interesting one and thankfully, none of it bad.

The wedding between Cadyl and Wyrn went well with your new daughter giving your son a most magnificent diadem with blessings from you, your brother and Seryn while Cadyl got his lover a shirt of solid iron, having found ore and then shaping into the iron item it is now using a mixture of Earth and Metal Magic. While not an exact fit for Wyrn, her blessing from Seryn allowed it to reshape itself to make itself look beautiful on her.

It also gave Evalon some ideas. Speaking of your brother, he and Myrlin were able to figure out how to make additional shrines. For each of your more powerful Aspects, you could have a shrine while a Goddess like Seryn can place shrines anywhere within a region. The end result of this being Evalon adding his new shrine to the family collection in Avawyr.

You are mainly visiting others this cycle, leaving your kids to handle the running of Avawyr while Bronwyn handles trade and assisting Seryn with the construction of the Bedynn boat pens. The girls and Vardyn are proving quite adapt at handling Avawyr, allowing you focus on the wider state of affairs.

In this case, you have spent the cycle either making more Prydymar or formally bring the various friendly villages together from your core set of villages to Isorine and Prylake in the north to Edryd, Esclalf and Sangere in the south.

It went well with both villages and their spirits agreeing to join your authority. No longer the Four Villages and now the Six Villages. Seven if you counted the empty village of Bedygan.

Speaking of Sangere, the southern village has been undergoing radical reform under the gaze of Seryn and Edryd. Even brought Esclalf to heel under her dominance, your daughter has been using Edryd to crush the old Sangerish culture and replace it with something like what exists in Bedywn and Bedynn.

The slaves and wives have been freed while the arts of war and farming are no longer inherently intertwined with the warrior-farmers who would rather remain warriors becoming Cath Wyrs while those who would prefer to remain reject war in favour of farming.

Within a few cycles, the whole situation should stabilised and a new and sustainable status quo should have formed.

The new relationships down in Sangere are somewhat annoying to you, but nothing you cannot bear. Seryn accidentally impose an Aspect of Femininity on Esclalf when dominating him, but he-she is now dancing to the tune of your daughter. The relationship between Edryd and Seryn is somewhat more troublesome as your daughter has taken her latest Chosen as her lover. While you still do not particularly like Edryd, she has earned your respected and impressed you somewhat. Plus her feelings for Seryn are genuine and vice versa.

The only problem is that Cadyl has retained a distaste for the Sangerish, but while that has faded as their old culture is dismantled, your son has retained a hatred for Edryd. You cannot fault him for that as Edryd did once attempt to make Cadyl and Wyrn his baby-producing wives, something you also retain an unhappiness over.

Nonetheless, you ought to try and resolve that situation before it grows out of hand into something actually troublesome.

Speaking of Cadyl and Wyrn and baby-making, Wyrn got her wish and after being impregnated by Cadyl not long after the wedding, she has now popped a set of twins, a boy called Dyrfyn and a girl by the name of Arthyn.

Dyrfyn is pretty normal for baby boy, but Arthyn has clear supernatural aspects like all of your family, including the eyes, tail and ears of her mother and you can feel more varied influence in her spiritual aura than you do with Dyrfyn, whose is normal for a mortal.

While she found her 'bloated gut' to be very annoying despite how her blessings allowed her to do things a normal expecting mother could not, Wyrn remains eager for more kids and mostly metaphorically dragged a resigned Cadyl back to bed for more. A smile forces on your face as you remember how Wyrn was already showing signs of another pregnancy by the start of the Cold Season.

Speaking of oversized body parts, Seryn took some inspiration from the results of Wyrn's bet. While not replicating what Wyrn inflicted upon herself, Seryn attempts to give more specialised bodies to women who do a certain job in order to make their work easier for them.

Her first attempt at making better scouts and trackers is more successful than her later attempts at making better woodworkers and stoneworkers. With her scouts, she managed to give them slightly smaller, but still large breasts, turn their hair black, make their skin either the colour of copper or bark. As for the workers of wood or stone, she made them taller without being freakish whilst slightly broadening their shoulders.

She attempts to lengthen or shorten limbs and otherwise alter the strength of their bodies, but Seryn ran into the limits of her power as while she could easily make external, mostly cosmetic changes or add superficial features, deeper, more internal parts of the body were beyond her ability to change. Oh, she can make one strong and more muscular or increase their vigour and endurance, but your daughter has no fine control over it with most of it being doing or not doing.

And then you had the fact, that most of her followers did not want specific changes determined by Seryn, but to have their bodies looking as how they wanted them. And to your pride as a father, Seryn has been remembering her lessons on consent when it comes to altering the bodies and lives of her followers rather than throwing her weight around.

To cap off the good events of this cycle, Arwyn returned home from her long expedition into the Bydi Forest. While she had much information and knowledge with her along with all of her explorers, your daughter had two things which really stood out to you.

First was another animal spirit. Unlike the Wildcat Spirit or the Wolf Spirit, this animal spirit is not a predator, but a prey beast as it is a Stag Spirit. Arwyn left the beast alone for now, but Seryn has been making it known that she would like to hunt the Stag Spirit if you would let. Still, you could hunt it yourself or just let it be.

As for the other discovery, Arwyn discovered a supernatural well. Rather than containing water, it is filled with a thick goopy liquid that is green and glows somewhat according to Arwyn. Perhaps you should check that out.
