[] Sealing Art: Spiral Consuming Seal. This method of sealing creates a scroll capable of sealing away a technique, though it is costly to use and equally costly to unseal the technique - this is a defensive seal, not a fully functioning 'jutsu scroll'. It is, however, more general than Jiraiya's Fire Sealing Method.
Actually really interesting. One of the best ways to counter a 'dodge tank' is to fill the area with so much flak that you can't dodge, and this functions well as a counter-counter.
It could also be super useful for 'defense of other' situations- in many cases we're fast enough that we could get in front of an ally and activate this before they'd be hit. It sounds like it'd be faster to activate than the Uchiha Flame Formation, too, just because it functions from a single point rather than four.
Also 'return to sender' is always fun.
[] Sealing Art: Elemental Formula. This allows the user to inscribe powerful elemental jutsu into stable jutsu formula for later use. At this level of proficiency, up to B-Rank jutsu formula may be created. Unlocks the 'Elemental Seals' skill.
Not terribly interested in this one. There are uses, to be clear- B-rank jutsu are nothing to scoff at and being able to stock up on them like explosive notes could get wild. It'd take a lot of prep work, but imagine throwing out a scrolls worth of seals that explodes into a few dozen wind and fire jutsu all fueling each other. It could also be something that we can hand off to someone else to use- like, say, a horde of Naruto Clone Suicide Bombers-
And that actually gives me the thought of giving out a bunch of formulas for the Uchiha Flame Formation, which is B-rank and would let Naruto activate an effective bunker wherever or whenever he wants. I've talked myself out of 'not interested' and up to 'not quite as interested as I am in the other two.'

This network of extremely thin seals, corresponding to Hisana's muscles, allows the use of explosive bursts of chakra for physical enhancement and reinforces the body to withstand them. Each precisely controlled burst of chakra gives the user a burst of strength, acting like an early version of Tsunade's Chakra Enhanced Strength. Though inferior to beginning-of-part-two Sakura's usage of the technique, it can be improved.

Ahem. Beyond stealing yet another thing from Tsunade (she might be starting to give Hisana a bit of a side-eye about this), this has several valuable use-cases for us- The most obvious is an instantaneous increase to striking strength, though that shouldn't be overestimated because most of our striking strength comes from speed and cutting power instead.
It could also be used to break free of binds or grapples, hammer away at things where precision doesn't work, disprupt the battlefield by imitating Tsunade's favorite move and striking the ground, trap Naruto and Sasuke in inescapable wrestling holds until they say uncle, and likely function as yet another boost to speed- leg muscles are muscles too, after all.
Most valuable, though, is that it likely costs very little chakra to actually use- unlike a lot of the options we get it doesn't come with a 'massive chakra cost' disclaimer and instead focuses on the precision. I doubt it would be something that we could keep up consistently (if nothing else I'd expect it to have similar limitations to the Lightning Blood, that being that overuse damages the body), but it should definitely be the most consistent upgrade of the three- something repeatedly used in every fight rather than another secret weapon waiting for its use-case to come up.
Honestly all of these are great options and I'm gonna be happy with whatever wins, so props to that.
