Knuckles sent out one of his heroes to basically canvas green hills. He didn't ask anyone, he asked EVERYONE, the hero talking to the common folks and looking for any signs of the hedgehog, but finding none. He didn't talk to any big names, just the people of Green Hills.

I see...so he didn't have one specific source, but rather did a review through the entire area instead...

This is still odd. Sonic is a loud type. Even people who don't know him would notice him running through the hills.

This makes me believe he truly is not in Green Hills. Maybe he left awhile ago. Maybe the Shattering put him in a different place.

She's not Buggy until she's mistaken as in charge through PR alone.

Everyone is convinced that Eggman is the latest model of D3-COY that's convinced it's the real deal.
