Genius Loci
A powerful crystal that draws upon the geomantic energy generated by the city to which it has been bonded. This crystal hovers high above the city, orbited by carven stone slabs that depict Slann from ages past. The crystal is, in a sense, alive, and protects the city on its own. It is capable of powering, activating, and directing the enchantments and geomantic energy of the city at any intruder it perceives as a threat, or can be directed by Skink Priests or Slann mage-lords. The Genius Loci, is not primarily a weapon. Instead it acts as a battery and capacitor storing geomantic energy for the purpose of fueling great rituals, and as an emergency power source in case the web is ever disrupted. The Genius Loci is capable of projecting a barrier over the city, and can cooperate with other cities, bearing other crystals, to project a barrier over a wide geographic area, or an entire planet. The Genius Loci is also capable of operating the Teootl Tepetl in both offensive and defensive activities.
In some ways, the Genius Loci is itself alive. It will act to thwart and deter any potential threat to itself or its lizardman masters. It is aware of its immediate surroundings and can act on its own to intervene against these threats with no direction or attention from the Skink priests or Slann.

Giant Stone Spirit
Massive engraved statues made from various stones, bronze, and precious metals. Generally, these monuments are carved from interlocking stone segments that make up the limbs, torso, and head. Their eyes are made from obsidian glass, or precious gemstones or crystal. The head, heart, and gut are often made up from bronze alloys, gold, and silver and covered in hundreds of thousands of tiny glyphs and covered in stone. Their stone limbs also hide bones of bronze covered in similar glyphs. Strangely enough, these statues do not depict any sub-species of the Lizardmen. Instead they seem to be depictions of humanoid entities. These statues, ranging from several stories to several dozen stories in height, are normally inactive. In their inactive state they do not respond to any stimuli and are as inanimate as their components may suggest.
However; when infused with geomantic energy, these statues glow with an inner blue light. They crackle with the magical energy, and lines depicting glyphs and enchantments begin to glow. The statue becomes motile and begins to move about.
The Teootle Teptl are mobile hubs of geomantic energy. Most often, they are associated with the Genius Loci which will activate them and direct them to deal with threats that might be more then a Saurus can deal with alone. They can connect to the geomantic web and can vent the energy as deadly beams of blue light out of their hands and eyes. They are also capable of manipulating this energy via their bronze skeleton and can project shields and barriers as needed. So long as they are close enough to the web, they can also draw upon the magic of the web to facilitate limited self-repair.
When away from the cities of the lizardmen, they can be piloted via ritual. The skink priest would project their soul out of their body and into the Teootle Tepetl. Once within they could have access to all of its capabilities and magical energy. While they eventually run out of energy for their more esoteric abilities, they will always have the charge needed to move about under their own power. Teootle Tepetl also often carry massive enchanted weapons in their hands, as a backup when they run out of energy for their ranged and support abilities.
