But its main thing is that its a homing attack and it gets stronger each time Archer fires it to a limit of 5 ergo the first shot is the "weakest" and look how it took one of Herc´s lives.
About Invisible Air it was not a NP attack so Herc´s endurance tanked it.

Im thinking of binding his arms a la enkidu(with flaming chains) while throwing spears(that are on flames) at his head and limbs and conjuring a spear to detonate on his elbow that is strangling Nanoha while using chain barrier to protect us from the attack....

Naw, its still a weapon. Saber vs. Lancer in Zero shows off its utility pretty well too. Its pretty much hyper-compressed air, there's a lot of nasty stuff you can do with that.

It has an offensive mode called hammer of the wind king.
Ekindu only works on herc because it has durability that scales to divinity and is literally unbreakable for someone with Herc's rank in it. Koko's chains ain't gonna do shit.
it's not regen though, it's time fuckery like DAs have, so shoving things in the wounds will just get them shoved out when the wound reverts.
