Taken to the logical extreme, completely arresting motion is basically just reducing the temperature of the target to absolute zero. Sound is vibration of molecules, can't issue orders either.

Sound requires air, yes. If the air isn't moving you cannot make sound. You also can't breathe. You also can't move. She would breathe out… and find herself unable to take more air in.

It's, um, being buried in solid rock while being able to see everything happening. Cruel, but very difficult to do anything about with the metahumans she has on hand if we can change the effect from "sight" to "awareness"

Also the heart would not be the most effective target for that. The most effective target would be freezing every single neuron in her brain too. She wouldn't even know anything was happening as her body promptly dies.

I am coming more around to the idea of using Apiary in the powerset. Extreme raw power plus the irony of beating the power-copier at her own game. We have our own clone army, only it's better and is an actual hivemind instead of having to issue verbal orders and can also possibly hijack/assimilate her clone army.

Apiary required ramp up time we aren't likely to get, which is troublesome if we can't ditch that particular part of how it worked.

It would also require interacting with a Red power.

Well, this is as good a chance as any to test the waters with regards to the red keywords, isn't it? We don't need the full ramp up, we'd just need to be able to hijack her clones and she's kind of screwed. I wonder if there's any plausible/synergistic way to throw Indemnity into the mix, because I would still like that healing.

That would be a pretty interesting limitation and a way to keep it somewhat balanced, I guess? Can't use the exact same combination each time, or maybe there's a cooldown on calling for specific heroes since requesting their aid exhausts them or whatever. If you use a power sample, you can't use it again until an issue or two has passed.

Just me throwing ideas on the wall. The Apiary clones can be made as mini-healers/damage transferrers, while the main hospital/user is guarded by a barrier of unmoving time
 
One quick thing to note is that Silvio will probably be getting a good look at our trump card, though there's not really much we can do about that. It might give him ideas though, possibly even let figure out the secret behind the project.
 
@Bitterman I'm excited for the future conversations we're gonna be having with R-Train. Less so with the likely inevitable battle against the Named-Ranked Behemoth likely either by the shoreside or in the middle of the sea of goldnine, which is gonna suck. I hope the funny dialogue with the giant transformer make it worth it.
 
This update has awakened something inside of me. I keep getting ideas. It's 4 am. Help. I'm having fun against my will.

Eastwood + Solferina + Nox Esurientem = Actually you don't want to fight anymore aka Gatekeep Gaslight Girlboss

With dynamite i could easily see this being buffed to just complete emotional manipulation, add Nox and you get whatever powers you want whenever you want as well as the ability to drain people.
 
The more I think about it the better Cisma looks as a component. Justicar has a range limit so sticking her in a pocket dimension would neutralize her. Even Monarch couldn't get out from Cisma's prison so if we stick SB in there she won't be able to pull some bullshit and escape.

Maybe pair her with Zeno and Astrologian for maximum amounts of 'you can't do shit'
 
Oh yeh forgot about Cisma for trapping our enemies even for just this fight,

Honestly Cisma woth Zeno either leads a Stasis Dimension or a Realm where time is under your control since we knwos gets blended up.

Also funny that Mysteries seems to think EB is from Lady in Blue. Guess it makes sense they underestimate Nora and doesnt know about Prometheus.

If time fuckers have been messing around with the timeline.

But we still need to fight Astrologian and Silvergirl Clone too.

So I think Telepathic Attack might be best since clones are Braindead enough that we should be able to order them.

I'd probably prefer to use Apiary + Justicar + Seraph for this? Similar or higher baseline of power, synergistic keywords for hijacking control (construct creation/matter transmutation).
 
Apiary needs time to ramp up like SM so I dont shes a good pick. But well if that wins id be intersting atleast.

Edit: At the very least its bringing the biggest gun we have and combining it with the Clones likely weakenss to telepathic commands that Justicar and Seraph would give.

hmm by the looks of things we didnt use the other Trumps so I thnk that was another bad call.

At the very least we could have used Power Null to stop Memoria Teleport. So a part of the plan should have been use Power Null to prevent Memoria teleport.
