Prince Aladdin Quest (Disney Villains *Almost* Victorious)

Aladdin's Get to Know You actions were very comfy. It feels like Aladdin is becoming a true friend of Iago; greater but different then the series.

"I am called Tai Lung, my Prince."
You forgot a trait:
Rage at the Black and White: Any time Tai Lung encounters a panda (or a being resembling a panda), he must succeed a DC 50 diplomacy check at -15. If failed (1d2) he will either refuse to participate in the presently assigned task or will immediately attack the panda.
:D
- Leah is surprisingly adept with a sword, shield and bow,
Funnily enough, the Princess is shown to be a better combatant than Cavin who was (at least in thoery) training to become a knight of the kingdom.
But would Iago want to put in the work required to make use of it?
I'm going to go with "No" for $500 Alex. :p

I know everyone is cheering at getting Tai Lung as a hero (I am too), but is anyone else wondering/worried about the other KFP villains showing up? Then again, they're more likely going to be Shan Yu's problem then our's.

And now that we got enough heroes, I say it's time to take on an adventure next turn. Anyone else agree?

We do have enough heroes to pull it off without causing things to stall at home. But before that we'll need to see what the rivals are doing and if we need to respond/shore up our proverbial/literal walls.

Precise punches, kicks and strikes with the knees and elbows laid them low. Every gap in their defences was picked apart, dismantling entire groups at a time. When the fighter was hard pressed and the bandits had brought in spears, he actually ran up the wall and then kicked off, sailing over their heads to land at their backs with only the faintest of whispers, before lashing out with pinpoint strikes to the backs of the spearmen. Unless Aladdin's eyes were playing tricks on him in the heat of battle, each strike was accompanied by a faint wash of blue light emanating from the point of contact, before the person struck dropped in a convulsing heap.
"You're within the range of my divination!"
"I am called Tai Lung, my Prince."

Hero Gained!
:o Holy crap!!!
Is this the mentor from Monte Cristo? Nice.
Haroud has made contact with the Forty Thieves! New Options Unlocked!
Holy crap!!!

Wow...

Absolutely incredible turn. Did not expect this.

Let's face it, Tai lung is a one-man army.

Yep. 20 martial normally. 40 if he is in personal combat. 50 if he is trying to take the person he's fighting alive.

I think he's probably going on every adventure...

Anyone wanna take a guess as to how he's here and not serving as a chi battery for Kai in the Spirit Realm?

No clue. I don't think I had seen any kung-fu panda elements till this update.

He could be the surviving villain from the Kung Foo Panda series. If we consider, just the movies, then there's no way Kai would tolerate the machinations of an Albino Peacock. Likewise, Lord Shen, Mr. Panda Killer, wants a kingdom to rule which he can't do with Martial Artists running around. There could have been a Kai vs Lord Shen vs Other Warlord fustercluck, and Tai Lung has learned a great deal from the wreckage.

Assuming it's a martial heavy adventure. Not every excursion involves punch-ploding people. Also he's not exactly the most subtle of individuals and there will be cases where getting in and out unseen is best.

Yes, yes, if we take out everyone no-one iwll know we're there (heard that line before). You know what I mean.

Tai Lung also has thirty learning when it comes to herbal medicine and martial related items.

We could get a lot of use there due to our unique circumstances being focused on medicine and natural stuff as a kingdom.

Plus if we need to figure out any higher tech martial stuff.

If it is possible, it would be a good idea to get some land around the ariaban cost for the sweet sweet port cities. It should also get us the ability to creat ships and engage in more trade.

Yeah same some coast for trade and to project influence would be important of course then we'd need a navy to protect our trade and of course we'll probably require us to conquer some coast in the first place.

YESSS! That was an awesome turn! Northern Satraps conquered, check. Dragon slain, check. Tons of opportunities with the Guild, check. First contact made with Dad, check. New Hero units (THREE of them!!!), check. Intel gathered, check, check, and check! Also, I love Haroud's title - "Haroud the Shadow Hand".

Although, I gotta say, is anyone else as worried as I am as to the demon that was chasing Holly? I'm not familiar with their home setting, but they put me in mind of Facilier or The Big C.

Anyway, great update! As for the next turn, what do you guys say as to an Agrabah-focused turn? Trade agreement, Spies, and Embassy?

Definitely (depending on any fires springing up or anything).

Especially with Sherlock and Watson arriving there.

We should also do pirate stuff if possible. Leverage Wills stuff there and get in contact with more friendly people like Sinbad.

Oh damn this was a good turn. Love all the new hero units we've picked up. I'm most interested in how Tai Lung's arc is going to go here.

Tai Lung and Leah, research partners!

god we have won a cute kitten i really love it.
well the hunters are an asset I hope the paranoia does not lead us to go against them.
I don't know who Abbe José Faria is and from what Google tells me is a character related to Count Monte Cristo, Disney has something related to this book.
It is the good diplomacy of using others as mercenaries to improve our relations with another faction without putting us in danger. Typical CK TH2 Averture
And now papa offers himself as a mercenary too, although he also has some suspension rights. (we can try to match him with someone and seek to have a younger sister)
And another hero unit in the form of Leah, we are arming our own ¨ avengers ¨ I hope that other factions are also arming heroes or this will seem a bit unfair to me.
