Yeah, I have a feeling that we are not getting this guy.

Can the Madagascar penguins work though. Martial/Intrigue. Even if they aren't a part of Disney.
... Does Disney have anything in Madagascar though? I know the latter half of that movie isn't likely to work out, but that doesn't mean they can't show up if it's approved.

Wrong time period, sorry.
Dinosaurs? Is this land before time or something?
Look up "Disney's Dinosaur". I personally think it's a decent movie, but it didn't have the greatest reception apparently.

Put out suggestions for hero units for the different categories, and why they fit in those categories.
Let's see:
Elizabeth Swann (desiring to be Turner née Swann ;)): Decent diplomacy, good intrigue, good learning, average stewardship, average martial (trending up)
-Since this is post Dead-Man's Chest this is the woman that managed to trick Jack Sparrow while now being able to hold her own in a fight. She's not the pirate queen of World's End yet (but still has a way with words) and when it comes to magic and such, she's a believer (now anyway) but has no background in the matter. Learning and stewardship come from her upbringing. Overall, something of a jack-of-all-trades.

Captain Jack Sparrow: Very high intrigue (with a trait like 'One Jump ahead' only he can apply it to Diplo actions as well), good martial, good occult.
-As he was once called; Witty Jack. This is a man to whom pulling crazy tricks and manipulation in combat or discussion is a way of life. I tossed in occult because he's quite knowledgeable about the various weird and wonderful things in the world (and how to use them to his advantage).

Norrington: Excellent Martial, decent Stewardship, probably has a trait like "Stiff Upper Lip".
Tia Dalma: major (but shackled) Occult, probably one of the top 5 Occult figures if her bonds were broken.
Barbossa: Great Martial, good Diplomacy, generalist everywhere else.

Few more come to mind.

Beast/Prince Adam: Great Martial, good learning
Belle: Good learning and diplomacy, decent stewardship
Lumière: Good diplomacy and decent stewardship
Cogsworth: Good stewardship and learning
Mrs. Potts: Good stewardship and decent diplomacy

-Beast's martial is more due to his inhuman form but as nobility in that era I could see him having at least some combat and command training (he'll have to blow the rust off though). As for the learning I'm cribbing a bit from the 2017 where it was implied that the library that he introduced Belle to was not just for show:
Belle : Have you really read every one of these books?
Beast : No, not all of them. Some of them are in Greek.
Belle : Was that a joke? Are you making jokes now?
Beast : Maybe.
-Belle's an avid reader, a good conversationalist (though you'd need god-like Diplo to get Gaston to back off) and managed to keep the house intact even with her father's various inventions.
-As the maître d' of Adam's household, Lumière not only directs the various servants but is the one to serve as their collective 'face' when interacting with guests or the master.
-Meanwhile as the majordomo, Cogsworth is the guy making sure everything runs like clockwork while respecting the master's wishes. So while Lumière is the guy directing this grand banquet and outlining the menu etc, Cogsworth is making sure there are enough plates, knives, forks and spoons and that everything is in the correct position. He's also something of a history buff based on his comments during the tour they gave Belle.
-Potts is the housekeeper and as such knows her business. As for diplo, she technically should be subordinate to Cogsworth and Lumière but she never hesitates to talk back/poke holes in their notions/ideas. Heck she managed to talk down Beast a couple of times when he was angry.

He was typically a kid when he got changed into the beast iirc. Or maybe looking at the time line makes it work out to where he was scary young?

Either way his martial is probably average for a decently athletic man with good instincts if he doesn't have his beast form.

Also if were talking people to get on our side I really would be happy with half the people I mentioned ony list of women other than jasmine that'd be cool for Aladdin to be with.

Da fuq is this bullshit? Merlin would be an Occult unit, considering he's the world's most powerful wizard.

Arthur: Pitiful stats, but large potential for improvement plus a "Diamond in the Rough" trait and something that emphasizes his kingly status
Kay: Decent Martial and Stewardship
Hazel: Also weak stats, but with a trait that allows her to provide a lot of support to Arthur
Taran: Stats similar to Arthur, with his own "Diamond in the Rough" trait
Hercules: Insane Martial, good Diplomacy, decent Occult, has Pegasus as an ancillary
Meg: Great Diplomacy and Intrigue
Phil: Great Stewardship and Learning, good Martial, "Teacher of the 'Yesses'" trait, trait related to his temper

Beast/Prince Adam: Great Martial, good learning
Belle: Good learning and diplomacy, decent stewardship
Lumière: Good diplomacy and decent stewardship
Cogsworth: Good stewardship and learning
Mrs. Potts: Good stewardship and decent diplomacy
Maurice: Good stewardship and learning, he's pretty good at building various inventions and he did manage to keep the house afloat despite his eccentricities. Probably his lowest would be martial and diplomacy.

I'd have to do some canon review on Dinosaur to recall every character's stuff, but at least I know Aladar would probably be a diplomacy/martial hero. The martial would be more a consequence of him being a dinosaur on a human scale though, on a dinosaur-based scale he's probably a bit below average.

And calling back to my Chinese mythology post:
-Madame White Snake: Occult hero, she's experienced enough in magic to take human form and also seek out a magical cure for her husband, and all her fighting is basically done via magic. Probably a secondary in intrigue since she manages to pass for human for fairly long.
-Hou Yi and Chang'e: Hou Yi would definitely be a martial hero with a specialty in bow and arrow, maybe diplomacy secondary since he was a ruler for a while. Chang'e is probably Occult-focused, maybe some Intrigue since in at least some versions of the myth she manages to sneak behind her husband to steal the magic pills before he becomes an immortal tyrant.
-Zhou Chu: Definitely a martial-focused hero, seeing how he solves most problems via beating things up.
