True, true. Still, I would rather see other names being voted for for a bit.
Partly because that will make me less of a singular target for blame if a plan goes wrong
You keep a part of your attention on the thing as you move back towards the water. You try and sense if there are any fish nearby and though there are a couple of different small ones, there isn't anything of significant size beyond the large fish. You move towards a larger cluster of fish, but the second your foot touches the water, the thing you are tracking starts slowly moving towards you. You step back out of the water quickly, and it stops and starts ambling around again. Can it tell where I am on land?
You move about twenty metres to the side and slowly lower your foot towards the water whilst closely watching it. It starts moving a split second before your foot touches the water and you immediately retract it. Ok then, it known where I am on land and that is totally not ok. You are starting to get seriously worried about this thing now. If it can follow you onto land then you are going to need to keep an eye on it at all times to make sure it stays where it is.
You spend the next five minutes or so trying to work out hard far it can sense you, but you don't manage to work anything out. Your investigation is interrupted by it suddenly turning right and bolting down the lake at high speed. It drops into deeper water, but stays fairly close to the edge as it goes. Uhh, what? Firstly, that thing can really get a move on. You aren't sure how fast it was moving, but it was a good bit faster than you could run, even when using magic. Secondly, is that what happens when someone stays in the water too long or goes too far?
Your best guess is that someone else swam out into the lake and it's off to go do something. You decide against thinking about what it is going to do and walk back into the forest with one eye over your shoulder. You quickly make your way over to your sister, grab her by the shoulders and stare her in the eyes.
"Do not go in the water. Ever." She tries to say something back but you just tighten your grip on her shoulders.
"Ever" You wait until she nods to you before you release your grip.
Minor emergency avoided, you make your way back to your cave slightly calmer, but still keeping a part of your mind on the waterside in your range. While you are walking back your decide to try something quickly, you reach out as far as you can with your sense and try to manipulate temperature at a distance.
(Cerys: 54 + 5 = 59)
It is... very difficult. You can change the temperature at the same rate as if it were next to you, but reaching out that far and changing it is hard to focus on. Your body is constantly reminding you that you are here instead of seven hundred and twenty three metres that way. A lot of the time your focus on the temperature you are changing is lost and the heat promptly spreads out quickly, but you manage to react fast enough to recollect the heat a moment later. Oh man, this is giving me a headache.
The idea you had about stopping a gun from firing seems possible, if it was fairly close to you. A quick trial has you grabbing a piece of air and locking the temperature as it is, then you move a summoned flame into the space.
There is a slight moment where the flame burns, before it is snuffed out and the heat it was radiating returns to the set temperature. Mmmm. You think that might be able to stop a gun from firing, or at least muffle the blast behind the bullet so that the shot goes wild. But you don't exactly have the chance to test that right now.
You shake your head and decide to move on to your next idea as Una settles against her tree. A quick smile and you throw her your hoodie to sit on. You don't really need it to keep warm, but you like the look.
Your first idea this time is to test how many things you can change the temperature of at once. Not how large of an area, that's not a problem. But how many little areas you can do.
(Cerys: 91 + 5 = 96)
You aren't sure what you expected, but you are pleasantly surprised to not really have any problems. Sure, once you go past the several thousand mark, keeping track of all of the areas is a bit of a problem, but it's not like you can't make more than that. Just that they start to merge into larger areas to simplify things. Still, good news.
You decide to try and work at controlling your 'flight' assisted jumping. Actually being able to fly is something that you desire, deeply. But for now you are going to have to work at jumping around like a lunatic.
(Cerys: 54 + 5 = 59)
You make... progress, would be the word to use. You manage to alter your own weight even more than you had been before, but you still aren't flying. Just jumping really high, cool as that is. Controlled falling, that sounds much more accurate. Ignoring your sisters continual quiet giggling as you hit the tree in front of your with your face you decide that now would be a good time to move on. You most certainly don't respond by forming a small snowball and dropping it down the back of her shirt. See, there is nothing there at all, you didn't melt and dry it instantly, no sir.
In a much better mood, you move on to something along a similar vein as your flight, trying to use raw magic to push things around.
(Cerys:42 + 5 = 47)
You have somewhat more success this time, for a word. You can now use magic to push something with the force of a three year old, progress! You're not sure what the measures out to, but it's more than a gentle breeze at least and you can form it into any shape you want. You're sure you'll find some use for this.
Now, you are down the last idea that you'd had today. It was the most inherently risky, which is why you'd left it for last. Your transformation. You remember that it made your Aura flare to full strength without restriction, not exactly a good state of affairs considering your current location, a forest. Still, the urge to transform and use your power fully had been nagging at your for a couple of days. You wanted to so badly. So you were going to. You send Una further away, even though she is out of range from what you know, your powers have suddenly grown stronger in the past, no point in risking it.
You let a sharp smile come to your face as you thought about the words that you knew were the trigger for your transformation. You could probably do without, but right now the urge to say the was stronger than ever before. A deep breath.
"I AM THE BEGINNING, I AM THE END! MAGICAL GIRL IGNITION KNIGHT!"
The words come out quick and strong and they are followed with the resurgence of your Aura.
(Cerys:40 + 5 = 45)
You manage to clamp down on it before it rushes past a metre, but that still leaves the immediate area around you ablaze, the dirt itself burning slowly into a molten slag. A second later you've squashed the last of your Aura back inside you, letting it flame gently under your skin instead of trapping it in a ball again. The feeling of being transformed is amazing, letting your Aura loose for that moment had felt so freeing and your magic was quietly thrumming stronger than you'd ever felt.
You stretch your arms above your head, luxuriating in the feeling when you see the armour all along your arms. You didn't have a good chance to look at it before, but now you inspect it thoroughly. It is mostly black, though it has several smaller highlights of light blue and a lighter grey. It covers almost your entire body bar your shoulders and, embarrassingly, it presses your bust together and displays them rather openly. You are sure that it has some sort of push-up effect, because you were sure your breasts weren't this big before. Still, it was skintight and felt very sturdy. You gave your leg a solid hit and while you felt it through the armour, you didn't feel it anywhere near as much you thought you would.
Still, it didn't seem to offer incredible levels of protection. You'd have to do something about that, maybe there was some way of strengthening it? Despite your examination, when you think about any sort of weaponry something seems to come to mind. It takes but a push here and a gathering of magic and you feel it slowly form in your hand. There is a slightly fuzzy flash of light blue-purple light and suddenly you can feel it's weight in your hand. You are nearly pulled off of your feet by said weight, it takes a moment before you adjust your grip slightly and can get a good look at it.
It was huge. The blade was easily over a metre and a half long and must have been a good twenty centimetres wide. The edges glowed slightly and it turned air into plasma with the heat emanating off of the blade alone. The handle was long enough that you could comfortably fit both of your hands in the grip if you so desired and there was a slight shield over the grip on the outward facing side. Despite how heavy it was in your hands a moment ago, now it felt significantly lighter. It still had a decent heft to it, but it was light enough that you could swing it around with issue.
You do just that a moment later, and watch as it cuts straight into the ground without issue, parting dirt and melting it into slag as you go. It takes a quick bit of work on your part, but you manage to cool the earth back to normal as you withdraw your sword. A moments thinking about a holster and you try to attach it to you back, it wouldn't fit anywhere else. When the edges move close to you, they stop giving off mists, they still glow but you feel confident that you could touch the blade itself and not come to harm.
Still, when it is almost vertical on your back, the handle poking out over one shoulder, it seems to kind of stick to your back. When you twist, it moves with your back, though when you take a step it slaps you in the leg. No harm done, but it seems like you are going to have to get used to actually wearing it. It was probably a better idea to just dismiss it back to wherever it came from to be honest.
You take the sword back into your hands and hold it in what you think is a swordsman's stance. It looks a little clumsy but it's not the first time you've held a weapon, though it is the first time you've ever held a sword. If you could call the gigantic thing you were currently holding a sword. You send a quick pulse of magic through the sword and watch as lines burst into existence all along the black parts of it and the edge glows even brighter, it's only a second later when you notice that you yourself had lines running all along your body.
It honestly looked like someone had taken a circuit board and printed it onto your armour. The lines only extended the barest of distances off of your armour and onto your skin. You weren't really sure what that was about but it didn't seem to be harmful.
Afternoon...
[] Relax with Una and read some books with her
[] Try and practice more, though you are feeling pretty tired

As much as it amuses me, while said person did roll really badly to catch it's attention, the rolls I posted were for someone else entirely.
They are slightly more important than this unlucky person.
Say, should we name our weapon? I think we should.
Seeing that I am heading to bed in a moment, I will only throw out a few ideas to enjoy myself.
So, let me see...
We are Ignition Knight, the beginning and the end.
Our power is fire, heat and everything we can connect to it.
What could be a fitting name for a dark sword with a blue blade that emanates heat so strong it turns the surrounding air into plasma?
Hm... I believe it should be something quick and not too dark. Sadly, I doubt either of the sisters knows latin, so the ominous names are out.
I was thinking about going for something from mythology, but they are both children; I doubt they would know the more exotic legends out there, so those are out as well.
Which leaves only one choice left: I take two words and mash them together until they sound good and epic.
-Burning Glory [Incorporates fire element and a strong symbolism to being a hero / committing heroic deeds]
-Blue Lily [Incorporates colour as well as a symbolism to lilies, the flowers of death [does not sound really fitting]]
-Eternal Blaze [Incorporates beginning/end as well as fire thematically; shameless ripoff from that MG-show's opening theme]
-Hell Cutter [Incredibly cheesy; connection to fire due to name-dropping Hell, but also to fighting evil/demons with how it is worded]
-Ignition Blade [Boring option, but sounds okay]
I could go on, but this would probably not lead to any better results. Maybe those ideas inspire someone else to find a good one.
We can then put a "[] Name your sword as XY" on top of our votes and everything is good in the world.
I am not good in thinking up names... or rather, everything else I had would have sounded arrogant, should we ever tell the name to anyone else who is not Una.
Also, for the votecrafting: we can either push out a few hours of way, maybe regain some energy by virtue of Alpha and Omega, or stay the remainder of the day to train some more. I do not mind either, but people were in favour of leaving.
So we can control temperature, take things and break them down into energy, and we're both the beginning and the end.
Wild guess: Our power is actually control over the laws of thermodynamics. Entropy is our bitch.
Anyone got a sword name related to entropy? I'm struggling to think of one, but in that awful way where you know there's a really good one you just can't quite grasp.
Wait a minute.... *googles that* This isn't bleach Courier, besides unless this is a name coming from Una I don't think Cerys would know such a name.
I'd rather wait just a little bit before trying to come up with a name for it. Maybe it'll do something that we could draw inspiration from and give it a fitting name. But just to offer a cheesy name like others, how about Infinity edge?

I do not mind waiting a bit, but I doubt we will get much use out of it before we get into another fight. Which would be pretty bad if it happened anytime soon.
Additionally, I get the feeling we will collectively forget we wanted to name our weapon.
Also, Una. She will probably have two dozen cool names running through her head and insist we name it.
Besides, this would give us a chance to discuss something silly for a change.
Aside from that... @Rukia, I do know that this is nightmare difficulty and we are supposed to work out how things work ourselves, but could you not at least give us the ability on our weapon as a freebie? We have no good means of actually finding out what it does to begin with...
And I will call you out on it if it is not Armor Pierce or one of its derivatives, considering the blade is superheated and probably cuts through metal like butter.

"Prepare to die! No one survives Una!"
"Hey, let go of Una!"
"S-Stop that! Give Una back!"
All the while Best Little Sister stands right behind the fight, not sure whether she should find it cute or be embarassed about her big sister for the first time ever.
Still no plan? We we're planning to leave our current location after training.
[X] Plan Travel
-[X] Start packing up to leave this location.
--[X] Have Una continue reading the survival guide while you're preparing.
--[X] Eat something before leaving.
-[X] Take your time while traveling toward the border. You want to recover the energy you lost from training.
--[X] If she want to, Una can continue reading the guide while traveling.
--[X] Do not stay close to the edge of lake nor the road. You don't want to take any chance of being found or attacked by that mysterious being underwater.
-[X] Stay alert. You don't want any surprise.
Edit: Should I add to eat something before leaving?
