"Eh, I can take her." - Is this the one?*insert Skitter's catchphrase here*
*No, not "copacetic". The other one.*
*No, not "BEEEEEES!" either.*

No, that's the phrase directed at her. I think SW is talking about "must be lunchtime".
Nope and nope! No, that's the phrase directed at her. I think SW is talking about "must be lunchtime".
I'm going to (probably incorrectly) guess-
If they are Brutes, they will not be pulled in, period. So your question should be 'do we have super-hard Brutes'?Do we even have Brutes who both are capable to withstand rocket fire and will not be sucked into the Recursion field?
Being Taylor Is Suffering?
I'm pretty sure Taylor, Sam and Jotunn have Brute ratings. If they are Brutes, they will not be pulled in, period. So your question should be 'do we have super-hard Brutes'?
In order: No, sort of, IIRC yes.
I'm going to (probably incorrectly) guess-

Still nope!
All three have Brute ratings. Taylor and Sam have it for the same reason as Glory Girl; their Barrier Jacket and Inherent Forcefield give them greater than normal durability. Jotunn is a Breaker who grows larger, stronger, harder, colder, and bluer the bigger he gets, which nets him subratings as a Brute and Striker.
Oh well, had to try.
Is it 'Don't underestimate me'? Because frankly, it makes sense in hindsight:At this rate, I'm tempted to give a training/Inspiration point if someone can guess the phrase before I close the poll. 'Course, it might be funnier if still no one guessed it right.
Good reasoning, but still no.Is it 'Don't underestimate me'? Because frankly, it makes sense in hindsight:
Ah, the good old days when one could cut out the eyes of an unbeatable foe.Is it 'Don't underestimate me'? Because frankly, it makes sense in hindsight:
1. Canon Taylor said that to Lung.
Any of the above?
- (To Triumph): "Sorry. I didn't want this to go this far."
- (To Doctor Mother): "I know what that's like, I've walked down that road. Maybe not so ugly a road, but I've gone that route. All the way along, I told myself it sucked, but I wouldn't do it differently. I did everything I did for a reason. Except now, having reached the point I was working towards, I finally do regret it all. The last two years, the way I treated my teammates, leaving the Undersiders... I'd change it all in a heartbeat."[97]
- (To Tecton): "Being good or bad was never a thing for me. Not really. It was all about the actions I was taking and why."
- "I didn't follow that stuff, didn't buy into the hero worship. I'd always found the capes interesting, I'd followed the non-gossipy news about them, but with the exception of a phase around the time I was nine where I'd had an Alexandria t-shirt and had my mom help me find pictures of her online, I had never really got giddy over any particular hero." - Tangle 6.7

Is it 'Don't underestimate me'? Because frankly, it makes sense in hindsight:
1. Canon Taylor said that to Lung.
2. You've explicitly compared Cadejo to Lung.
3. Folks have regarded both as basically unbeatable.
Seriously guys? this is obvious!
Absolutely agree. Miss Militia and Cailleach would definitely look great together.[X] Take down the minions. Your allies will be Miss Militia, Cailleach, Cinderella, Mishmash, Slo-Mo, Circus, Gush, and Shard.

:lol Nowhere close.*edit- Is this it? "I have no idea how the fuck I'm going to do it," my voice was a low snarl, barely recognizable as my own beneath my anger and the noises of the swarm. "But I'm going to make you regret that."
...:lol Nowhere close.
You're all going to feel really dumb if I have to reveal it. It's a readily recognizable quote that is said multiple times in the book.
I think I'll be nice and give you a hint: it's a valid though not explicit answer to the initial question.
