Schools so that our populace is better educated, which will help will tons of upgrades.

And mines to give us access to armor/weapon/other upgrades.

-[X] No 3rd Intrigue action
After seeing the Rumor Mill last turn, I feel that we should hold off on making things worse for Bretonnia for fear of causing them to actually lose. So I'm just stealing tech from them and the Empire.

Improve our human troops.
-[X] Master of the Putrid Horde
Further improve our Zombies.
-[X] Unearth Cursed Wightblades
And improve our best undead infantry and cavalry units when we get some.

Hopefully get this last stat boost.
