Really don't think commando training is that important to get started right at this moment. Even with the accelerated aging, none of the clones are at a trainable age yet, everything's flash-training right now and doing that for commandoes seems less useful than for commanders or security.
 
We probably want to slow roll the inhibitor chip disability. I can't imagine the Sith just throw our reports in the trash and it will look super sus if our shown to be very competent biological manipulation division stops making progress but credits are still pouring into somewhere. We can make a slow down plausible but need something to hide the fuck the sith project behind. The sith need the inhibitor chips to go perfectly and know Jango hates Dooku. It is perfectly plausible Jango might sabotage the effort if he could. We need it to look like we are throwing credits into valid projects that will do the job and drain sith pockets. We can't afford to look like we are doing more than malicious compliance and are actually trying to ruin the plan.

The point is to get it out of the way now. Capital ship contracts are likely to add a decent increase to the amount of resources that are automatically deducted each quarter. With the budget party making a majority of the voter it's better to get them out of the way now rather than have to try and finish them piecemeal later in order to keep in the budget.

Dooku is busy building the CIS into an effective opposition and sidious has the most inflated and ineffective bureaucracy to drag along so there's as little red tape as possible between him and the emergency powers. We have our gene specialist burry the first few pages in a bunch of technical jargon about adjusting treatments to account for the clones more rapid aging and fill the section on training courses with mando and details on how the course deviates from standard training routine and by the time they gets to the reources spent portion they'll be too spent to read past our expanded equipment and maintenance/ storage porfolio. Ahh paperwork. Natures deterent to clever schemers.

Technically, Dooku and Sidious are busy setting the foundations for the CIS to exist.

It comes down to both if I feel that enough time has passed and if I currently have time to write.

The Invasion of Naboo has happened and it took place three years ago. However, the Separatist movement wasn't formally declared until 24 BBY and the pieces for it to be something that will gain a meaningful amount of traction need to be set up. Which is what Dooku is currently doing with some assistance from Sidious.
 
How long until the first clones are affected by the back to normal aging rate treatment? (In turns, please), thank you.
