[X] Plan Building An Army Worthy of Mandalore, but hiding our trails
The bonus paper pushers gives us compared to the exposure cost really isn't worth putting just the one dice on it. Only 64% chance of completion with one dice. I'd rather put two dice on it for a 95% chance of completion if we ever get a free moment.

In Research I want to try to complete Phase 2 endurance and progress on Slowed Ageing. With Phase 2 endurance it should compensate for any problems from the female clones in terms of performance.
Oi. There are going to be exactly zero problems from the female clones performance wise with or without enhancements. Might I refer you to what Jango's stance is on it?
On the issue on women soldiers, Jango's stance is to generally either ignore or beat up the di'kut who thinks that a woman can't fight just as well as a man as the circumstances dictate. As a Mandalorian who has fought alongside plenty of female Mandalorian warriors in the past, he has no patience for anyone who thinks the Mandalorian girls he will be raising and training to fight won't be as good as their brothers.

[-] Expand into Tidema City (Stage 2)
Tidema City is a secondary major settlement located in the southern regions of the planet. You have expanded your operations to Tidema City, but there is still plenty of space that you can make use of over there.
(100/200, 15 Resources per Die) (++++ Facilities)

This quarter expansion is into Tidema City as you pay the longnecks to clear out more space for you to use. It goes well enough until the longnecks run into an old project, one that got discontinued for a reason. Unfortunately, the old project wasn't probably disposed of and the biohazard got loose.

Nobody died to it and clearing it up shouldn't be an issue, but it will definitely cause delays to the unexpected extra work.

[-] Construct Indoor Farms (Stage 2)
With all of these clones that you will be making, you are going to need to feed them all. While purchasing all of it from the nearby Abrion sector can be done if it proves necessary, you can hide just how many people who need to feed by constructing some farms on Kamino.
(278/200, 15 Resources per Die) (78/300) (-- Facilities, +++Logistics)

The second wave of indoor farms is finished off without any difficulties. As they come online, Kamino will be producing fruit in addition to the mushrooms and vegetables already in the diet. While the clones are still too young to appreciate your work, they will be thankful for the more varied and tasty menu.

[-] Begin Local Blaster Production (Phase 1)
With access to both designs and local factories here on Kamino, you can begin to locally produce some blasters to supplement your externally outsourced production.
(27/25, 5 Resources per Die) (2/30) (-- Production) (-10 Resources per turn) (++ Blasters per turn)

Having purchased some blaster designs from Concordian Crescent Technologies, you are finally able to put the local blaster factory to work. Programming the droid workers with the new design specs that they will be producing, you quickly set them to work because you are going to be needing those blasters if you are to keep the Sith happy. Not that you really want to make them happy, but if you are going to piss them off, you would rather it be on your terms.

[-] Begin Local Armour Production (Phase 1)
With access to both designs and local factories here on Kamino, you can begin to locally produce some personal armour to supplement your externally outsourced production.
(62/25, 5 Resources per Die) (37/30) (7/35) (-- Production) (-20 Resources per turn) (++ Armour per turn)

Just like with the blaster factories, you are finally ready to bring your armour factories online. As you set them up to produce Mandalorian armour designs, both factories are swiftly brought to full capacity as the droid workers and by the end of the quarter, Kamino is producing suits of armour.

[-] Develop Kaminoan Blaster Factories (Phase 2)
You have already completed the construction of a local blaster factory and if you want to increase the local production, you will need to build another blaster factory on Kamino.
(228/200, 15 Resources per Die) (28/300) (--Facilities, ++ Production)

As you begin local production of blaster weaponry, you put some credits and manpower behind finally getting that second blaster factory online. Fortunately, additional credits and manpower is all that is needed and by the end of the quarter, the longnecks have the blaster factory finished and ready to be put into use.

[-] Expand Clone Production (Phase 4)
You have completed the initial batch of clones, but the army is still going to need plenty more soldiers. Now you need to work on expanding the current cloning operations to allow for more clones to be produced at once.
(221/250, 15 Resources per Die) (- Facilities, --Logistics, -- Trainers, +++ Clones)

Continued expansion of the cloning operations continues apace as you herd the longnecks into getting things done. More cloning centres are brought back online and transferred over to the project though the process isn't as quick as you would like. An unfortunate aspect of the job is that the longnecks need to double-check and reset all of the equipment to avoid risks of contamination and mutation.

[-] Cloning Operations (Phase 1)
As you get more cloning operations online and running smoothly, you just need to set things up so the longnecks are producing more as required without requiring your direct input.
(221/100, 10 Resources per Die) (126/125) (1/150) (-5 Resources per turn) (+ Clones per turn)

After the hiccup last quarter, getting more cloning operations running without your direct involvement goes real smoothly. Having got a good system to produce male clones and female clones in equal numbers, the longnecks swiftly take over the day to day operations in full. By the end of the quarter, tens of thousands of clones are being produced without you having to do a thing.

[-] Construct Training Facilities (Phase 2)
You will need somewhere to train your clones to fight and use their equipment. Set up some locations on Kamino for the clones to receive training.
(192/200, 15 Resources per Die) (--Facilities, -Logistics, ++ Trainers)

To give your clones some more varied training when they are old enough for it, you arranged for the construction of additional training facilities to allow for different sets of training simulations to be run. The nature of Kamino means you are limited in just how realistic you can make things, but more varied training can only be good for the clones.

[-] Recruit Mandalorian Trainers (Phase 3)
You have recruited some fellow Mandalorians to join you as trainers for the clones, but there are still plenty more out there that you can recruit. Each out to more Mandalorians to see if they would be willing to sign up with your project.
(464/250, 15 Resources per Die) (214/300) (++++ Trainers)

Recruiting more of your people to the cloning project continues apace as you hire more and more Mandalorian trainers to teach the clones in the art of waging war. It has gotten to the point that you currently have more than enough Mandalorians to cover the current training obligations while you also have plenty of options to get more interested Mandos arriving at Kamino should the situation call for it.

[-] Reflex Enhancements (Phase 2)
Look into improving the physical reflexes of the clones that you will be producing. Primary focuses will be reaction times, reflexes, and adrenaline.
(485/400, 20 Resources per Die) (85/500)

Continuing with her research from last year, Doctor Tanasi Desnos is looking further into ways to streamline the adrenaline response. The improvements aren't too major, at least to you, just mainly ensuring it is more likely to only go off when needed and not needless stress out the clones. Doctor Desnos and the longnecks also enhance the boost that the adrenaline gives, allowing the clones to do more when their adrenaline kicks it.

[-] Expand Blaster Contracts (Phase 1)
While you have contracted Concordian Crescent Technologies to purchase large quantities of their blasters for your clones to use, the current order will not be sufficient in the long term. It will cost more credits, but you need those additional blasters and it isn't like you are spending your own money.
(50/40, 5 Resources per Die, +1 E per Die) (10/40) (-15 Resources per turn) (++ Blasters per turn)

Knowing that you will need far more blasters than your current order will provide, you contract Concordian Crescent Technologies to expand your order so you are getting more blasters per a quarter. It will cost you more credits of course, but at the end of the day, it isn't your money and the Sith want more blasters so they can pay for more blasters.

[-] Expand Armour Contracts (Phase 1)
While you have contracted various armoursmiths to purchase large quantities of Mandalorian armour for your clones to use, the current order will not be sufficient in the long term. It will cost more credits, but you need those extra sets of armour and it isn't like you are spending your own money.
(34/40, 5 Resources per Die, +1 E per Die) (-25 Resources per turn) (++ Armour per turn)

While you have reached out to different armoursmith business, you are having trouble getting the deals through. By the time you convince most of them to produce Mandalorian designs or that your credits are good, there isn't enough time in the quarter to finish hammering out the deals.

[-] Burying Secrets
The clone army is supposed to be a secret which means this whole affair is supposed to be secret. When too many things begin to start pointing in your direction, you need to bury them before people come looking.
(130) (DC 20/40/60/80/100) (-1E/-2E/-3E/-4E/-5E)

It is nice to get out of Kamino for a bit even if you are on business. You have created a fair few leads that could be traced back to you and your project over the last year and that means you need to turn some of those into dead ends. After a few arsons, an EMP pulse, a couple of assassinations and even organising a pirate raid, you have successfully reduced the amount of things that could lead someone back to Kamino and what is going on there.

***

For once, we don't have a vote in the results update. I can't recall off the top of my head if this is the first time or not, but we've had votes for at least the last three turns. Anyway, enjoy the results of this quarter while I work on the options for the next quarter.

Please point out any spelling or grammar mistakes that you spot. Please quote them in the thread and explain what you think is wrong so I know what you are referring to.

[] Expand into Tipoca City (Stage 2)
Tipoca City is the capital city of Kamino and where your initial cloning operations are located. You will need more room for your operations to expand and to do so, you need to clear up space in Tipoca City to be used for your purposes.
(14/200, 15 Resources per Die) (++++ Facilities)

[] Expand into Timira City (Stage 2)
Timira City is a secondary major settlement located in the northern regions of the planet. You have expanded your operations to Timira City, but there is still plenty of space that you can make use of over there.

[] Expand Clone Production (Phase 4)
You have completed the initial batch of clones, but the army is still going to need plenty more soldiers. Now you need to work on expanding the current cloning operations to allow for more clones to be produced at once.
(221/250, 15 Resources per Die) (- Facilities, --Logistics, -- Trainers, +++ Clones)

[] Cloning Operations (Phase 3)
As you get more cloning operations online and running smoothly, you just need to set things up so the longnecks are producing more as required without requiring your direct input.

(192/200, 15 Resources per Die) (--Facilities, -Logistics, ++ Trainers)

[] Construct Learning Facilities (Phase 3)
Even with the accelerated ageing, the clones will spend a few years as children so you will need to teach them some basic stuff. And even if they weren't kids, you would still need to teach them the basics.
(43/300, 15 Resources per Die) (--Facilities ++ Trainers)

[] Recruit Mandalorian Trainers (Phase 4)
You have recruited some fellow Mandalorians to join you as trainers for the clones, but there are still plenty more out there that you can recruit. Each out to more Mandalorians to see if they would be willing to sign up with your project.
(214/300, 15 Resources per Die) (++++ Trainers)

[] Recruit Bounty Hunter Trainers (Phase 1)
Over your career as a bounty hunter, you have made plenty of contacts in the community and know the reputations of anyone worth knowing. Find some people who can both keep their mouths shut and are willing to sign on as trainers.
(0/100, 20 Resources per Die) (+2 E, ++ Trainers)

[] Recruit Professional Trainers (Phase 1)
You need trainers and the galaxy has no shortage of professional military trainers from worlds like Carida, Corulag and Anaxes. It would draw some attention, but you could hire some of these professionals as trainers.
(0/100, 20 Resources per Die) (+5 E, ++ Trainers)

Research (5 Die): +7

[] Mental Enhancements (Phase 3)
Look into improving the mental capabilities of the clones that you will be producing. Primary focuses will be intelligence, will power, and quick thinking.
(106/500, 20 Resources per Die)

[] Endurance Enhancements (Phase 2)
Look into improving the physical capabilities of the clones that you will be producing. Primary focuses will be toughness, strength, and recovery times.
(56/400, 20 Resources per Die)

[] Reflex Enhancements (Phase 3)
Look into improving the physical reflexes of the clones that you will be producing. Primary focuses will be reaction times, reflexes, and adrenaline.
(85/500, 20 Resources per Die)

[] Low Light Vision
Doctor Desnos has suggested the possibility of giving our clones limited ability to see in the dark. It won't be perfect night vision and inferior to having some actual light, but it will allow the clones to see much better in darkness without having to rely upon equipment.
(0/350, 20 Resources per Die)

[] Accelerated Ageing
The clones are already grown twice as fast as they normally should, but it is possible to look into increasing the ageing rate even further. It will be costly and expensive, but it should be doable.
(0/500, 25 Resources per Die)

[] Slowed Ageing
While the accelerated ageing is desirable for getting the clones to a fighting age in a timely manner, it stops being desirable at that point as the clones will become too old to fight much sooner. Look into a way of slowing down how fast the clones age after a certain point.
(176/600, 30 Resources per Die)

[] Investigate Force Resistance
There are a few species out there that have a higher than average resistance to the Force being used upon them. Hutts are the most common example, but Toydarians and Yinchorri are two other examples. Doctor Desnos wants to investigate the possibility of applying this trait of Force resistance to our clones.
(0/500, 35 Resources per Die)

[] Blaster Development
The clone army is going to need some weapons to fight with and for the purposes of secrecy, you intend to develop them inhouse.

Administration (3 Dice): +2

[] Do The Kriffing Paperwork
You are a man of action and hate wasting time on paperwork. Except it isn't actually a waste and is quite important. Important enough that you should probably put the time into getting it done.
(0/500, 5 Resources per Die) (+1 Free Die)

[] Hiring Paper Pushers (Phase 1)
Paper works need doing, but that doesn't mean that you or any of your current subordinates have to do it. Look around for some bureaucrats that have a good appreciation for discretion and secrecy.
(260/300) (+1d10 E, +3 to Administration Dice)

[] Import Supplies (Phase 1)
As you get more and more clones, you are going to need basic supplies for them like food, clothing and other necessities. While you could try producing these locally, it would be more efficient if more costly to purchase them from foreign suppliers.
(0/40, 5 Resources per Die,) (-5 Resources per turn) (+ Logistic per turn)

[] Expand Blaster Contracts (Phase 2)
While you have contracted Concordian Crescent Technologies to purchase large quantities of their blasters for your clones to use, the current order will not be sufficient in the long term. It will cost more credits, but you need those additional blasters and it isn't like you are spending your own money.
(10/40, 5 Resources per Die, +1 E per Die) (-30 Resources per turn) (+++ Blasters per turn)

[] Expand Armour Contracts (Phase 1)
While you have contracted various armoursmiths to purchase large quantities of Mandalorian armour for your clones to use, the current order will not be sufficient in the long term. It will cost more credits, but you need those extra sets of armour and it isn't like you are spending your own money.
(34/40, 5 Resources per Die, +1 E per Die) (-25 Resources per turn) (++ Armour per turn)

[] Equipment Suppliers
There are plenty of people who make basic equipment for others to buy out there. In most areas, the Kaminoans have a lack of expertise so make up for that by hiring some of these people to work for you.
(DC 60) (-2 SS, +2 E)

[] Vehicle Suppliers
There are plenty of people who make combat vehicles for others to buy out there. Instead of making your own, you could pay them to make them for you. Sure, this is a secret project, you don't need to tell them the truth.
(DC 60) (-5 SS, +5 E)

[] Starfighter Suppliers
There are plenty of people who make various starfighters for others to buy out there. Instead of making your own, you could pay them to make them for you. Sure, this is a secret project, you don't need to tell them the truth.
(DC 60) (-5 SS, +5 E)

[] Warship Suppliers
There are plenty of people who make various warships for others to buy out there. Instead of making your own, you could pay them to make them for you. Sure, this is a secret project, you don't need to tell them the truth.
(DC 60) (-5 SS, +5 E)

[] Burying Secrets
The clone army is supposed to be a secret which means this whole affair is supposed to be secret. When too many things begin to start pointing in your direction, you need to bury them before

Only one new option this turn in the Administration category though a bunch of other actions have updated per last turn's results. Not too much to say except a reminder that the Sith will be offering you options for vehicles and starfighters this turn in the result phase.

Please point out any spelling or grammar mistakes that you spot. Please quote them in the thread and explain what you think is wrong so I know what you are referring to.

Can we get either Vehicle or Starfighters Supplier done this turn ?

We're slowly getting to the point where we won't be able to do that part of the plan anymore.

@Oshha With the amounts of each good produced, expressed by +'s, does each + represent an increase of 1, or does it representing a doubling like in Ithillid's GDI quest?

For example Kaminoan Armour Factories is shown with ++++ Production - does that mean that once it's activated it will produce 4 units of armour per turn, or 16 units of armour per turn?

Also, how many turns do we have left in this cycle? I believe that we have 10 turns left but I want to be sure.
