I mean honestly, I just roll with things at this point in Fate. Playing FGO has greatly raised my immunity to crazy shit happening. I am excited to see Circe appearing though. It does raise questions on if she was in the current time period the whole time, is she a servant, is there an Apocrypha or is there more than that? I'm looking forward to seeing more.

These are not mutually exclusive. She is thick with divine blood, burning golden ichor rather than our rich crimson, and the rules are different for such beings. Death means different things to those too much like the gods and the gods are less dead than distant.

I don't doubt that she could sit on the throne, stand upon the reverse side of the world, and walk our own at the same time.
