Several of the stronger creatures are types of Eldritch Abominations. Not saying anything more on them though because Cosmos and Void are the only things that'll be even remotely relevant with the Quest. Might have been different had another path been taken but hey, them's the shakes.
For the purpose of Core Connect, no.
For all intents and purposes, you are. But when it comes to defining upgrades or ability effects, the answer is no.

There are some personifications and the like floating around, yes. Beings on Gaia's level tend to either be a kind of divine entity or sentient celestial body. Gaia knows a number of them and is currently in active conflict, but that's peripheral.
In a way yes, but only remotely. They're borne of something else entirely where Void is more a personification of the 'empty' space between celestial bodies.

Pretty straight forward. If they're certain enough a guy who thinks they're supposed to be a girl can wind up like the Sailor Starlights on Sailor Moon and change into girls when they transform (leading to almost all of them remaining in their Magical Girl state) and girls that truly believe they are male never awakening Magical Girl powers. It's become a way to weed out the fakes and true believers in passing as you could probably guess.
That dubious title goes to Red Rose. She is oldest at the ripe age of 21 and has been going since she was 12. She's considered the senior of all Magical Girls: if anyone needs advice, they go to her.
A girl that went by Magical Girl Black Cat. She was 18 when she turned, went to the Darkside, found out they lied about the cookies, and tried killing the Darklord at the time. Then the Drives busted in and killed everyone in the room.
Passing stuff that gets passed on in school these days. Mostly that their home realm was spawned by all the Religions' collective beliefs and are vehemently opposed to Thirteenth Hell. More to be revealed in story as it becomes relevant.
That's actually due to a lack of information. They're sending them to get field experience with veteran angels in command. They're pragmatic, not monsters. It's also a different culture and species so it's not nearly as bad as it sounds... sorta.

Only if they believe they'll get more from having however many girl are in the team in one spot then splitting them up across the line. They prefer to match girls by personality, or MG Names if they can get away with it.
If Judgement Core wanted to stick around and Join your Team they wouldn't have a problem with it because she's an independent. If you tried to get Blue Sky to join your team they'd deny it because it would be a poor match up and a seeming waste of resources from their end. If Truth wanted to join though they'd have less of a problem because you synergize well with the information they have.
It's a case by case basis.
I've been having trouble with it to, so I'll just change the coding to something different. I'll have it fixed soon.

They're either all sister jokes, or heaps of TRAUMA! to get piled onto poor Nepgear.

But it happened early on in the Goddess' careers, before they became really well known, but after they reached the 'pretty much unstoppable' point. Ichi and Rei got the genius idea to get Ni and San drunk with a bunch of appropriated alcohol, and set them loose on one of the Unified Darkness' strongholds.
To us? Yakety Sax is good accompaniment. To the poor sods that had to survive them? Hellraiser looks like Teletubbies.
