I've edited my plan a bit. Mostly adjusting phrasing to account for the info we got from crys, and remembering to take advantage of
Supremacy Zone.
Rituals that allowed people to almost instantly build high-quality structures in minutes with materials that would have originally been considered sub-standard, to increasing crop yields on farms by several orders of magnitude. And researchers are still discovering more and more uses for Magic practically by the day. As it is right now, the only real thing keeping the Akashic Pillar's economy from imploding, or hell, keeping their entire governmental body from spontaneously collapsing, is the fact Humanity is embroiled in the Eternal War in a Good vs Evil death match that is drawing everyone's attention away from the bigger problems.
Wow. That helps explain how they managed the population boom and the extremely rapid colonization of Hope.
Functionally doing a "Sacrifice of a New Born Baby, right out of the mother's womb" to fuel a ritual that outright annihilates everything within the designated target zone with enough power to blow through planet-level morality barriers.
I really hope that only works because it's a newborn
star, because pregnant women are not exactly hard to find.
I was just thinking... it would be hilarious if Nepgear just called out to Grey Champion and asked for her autograph before the fight starts; then she flies over to get it and starts Core Purge once there.
Grey Champion subdued and free, all enemies dead and no one got hurt.
I like this idea. A lot. If she hadn't just told her mooks to attack, I'd go for it. But as it is I think it's too risky. Grey is experienced (and not a ditz like Silver), she'll recognize a trick to get her into melee range when she sees one. And while we've been told she still has her "hero" mentality, so she probably wouldn't accept and then hit us while we're flying over, the mooks and hypothetical others have no such restraint. In any case, this:
Nepgear can hit the entire thing with her Core Purge if she stands where Grey is standing.
implies (by symmetry) that Grey Champion is already in range of
Core Purge.
I'm thinking I should add a step to the plan about mopping up any remaining mooks. The question is, do we do it by flying to the middle of the courtyard while
Core Purge is active, or through normal attacks? The former has the benefit of being
fast (less than a second of flight), while the latter is slow and would let
Segarite Core build up Health. They're also vulnerable to different potential ambushes: the former to anything that needs us in the center of the room, would hit us in flight, or from behind (when we're against the wall, they can't hit us from behind), while the latter is vulnerable to anything which takes prep time (notice how Grey didn't stop singing when we came in? What if she was distracting us to buy time?) or involves a new enemy appearing and hitting us. I really hope I'm just being paranoid with the whole "ambush" thing.
Plan let it rain is also reasonable. My only issue with it is that it seems to be formulated under the assumption that we're too far away to Core Purge Grey immediately, and therefore takes two steps to deal with her, which leaves more room for problems. Also, the
Starshine is mostly pointless if we
Core Purge those mooks anyway.
Also, grammar and capitalization.

Also, if White Soul is the champion of this bossrush... why do we not just have Goddess Gold vaporise the whole necropolis once we get Grey Champion and ourselves out of it? I doubt she expects that, so she will have both her bodies inside and die. Other Magical Girls that were not yet raised would also be lost to the Unified Darkness as well.
Looking at that, it makes a lot of sense. Does anyone have thoughts on the matter, or reasons why it would not work?
(1) We don't know that White Soul is the only resurrected MG left. If we can save another high-powered girl, or just someone who matters, that'd be useful. (2) We don't know that both of White Soul's bodies are in there. She might have one back with the UD, or far away from the necropolis—if I were her, I'd never let my bodies come within a mile of each other when I was expecting combat. My hope for doing it in person is that, since Red Rose is a personal issue for her, she'll abandon careful tactics to try to kill her. (Though she could
also do that by triggering a bomb as soon as she sees us…) (3) There's supposed to be about fifty MG corpses here, and blowing up your heroes is kind of rude. Plus the other people buried here. (4) When asked previously, crys said:
They're unsure of where in the graveyard the Rezzed girls are. So just up and flattening the place is currently off the table in that regard, otherwise Rei would have already done it. They're also trying to contain the miniature skeleton-zombie apocalypse trapped within the Necropolis' walls to blowing holes in those are also considered a bit of a bad idea right now.
(5) Blowing the place up would prevent our analysts from looking at anything in there. There probably isn't anything useful, but there could be. (6) I dunno, maybe it's historically important or something?
And due to our intel being the person who knows her best it's unlikely to be wrong.
I repeat:
These are their maxed out sheets. No surprises.
