Derp. Forgot that the Health cost needs to be rounded down in the middle of the calculation so that it can be subtracted from Nepgear's current Health.
Instead, I did Floor( (Max Health * 1.75) * 0.05 * 75) ) = Floor(19,687.5) = 19687
Either way, a difference of 37 base damage on something that gigantic is negligible. That's exceedingly unlikely to ever be meaningful.
If the UD doesn't bring Juggernaut Drive Goddess Grey to Operation: Soul Hunter, then I extremely easily see Core Purge turning the tide of the battle extremely quickly.
On that note, @crystalwatcher, now that Nepgear knows IC that Command Seals are a thing and that destroying them frees people from the mental corruption without killing them, is it possible when using Core Purge for her to define certain undead Magical Girls as non-enemies while also defining their Command Seals as enemies?
The flaw with that, of course, is that it would be far less effective on undead Dark Magical Girls (like Sixth Heaven), but since it sounds like most of the undead here will be super famous and Nepgear was/is an MG groupie, she should know which ones were already evil.
No, because her allegiance is to Nepgear, not the Counter Force. She's more like an Independent who follows Nepgear around.
I do however think that her and the Judgements should be moved closer to the top of the list of other allies. Maybe move them to the very top of that post, leave Goddess Gold right below that, and then move Goddess White to right below Goddess Gold?

Her knowledge of Magical Girls shows up in the narrative at times. She was part of the crowd that was a lot more interested in the older names, so she knows more about them then the newest girls.
She'll be catching up on that crowd first chance she gets

So yeah. Based on these two answers, Operation: Soul Collector is a place that Nepgear can make a massive difference extremely quickly (with a good chance of activating Progenitor Frame too).
Operation Artemis though still has the issue of Gaia's "Passage of Time" and "The World Egg" abilities effectively making it impossible for any humans to interfere against her will, with the exception of Divinity magical girls (who aren't technically human).

Uber's suggestion was beautiful. And when he gave it, it damn near made my entire night worth the trouble I went though. The following is a bit changed from his idea, but I'm wanting to make it as easy for the readers as I can while not spoiling story relevant details but giving a far better idea of how important each choice is:
The Path to Hope: Major missions of high importance.
[Not Yet Available] Operation Answerer:
"This is it. It's the Last March of the Light. This whole thing will be do or die for us, the Eternal War ends here, win or loose."
Choose this to launch the Final Mission. The Unified Light will throw everything they have and then some in one last assault upon the walls of Elysium, if you fail here, then the Unified Light fails the war. There is no going back.
Difficulty: Absurd. Even if you're here there's still a chance it'll fail. Launch Date: Day 40 Known Allies: Everyone Known Enemies: Everything Possible Combatants: Everyone is in on this. If they're not dead, they're fighting.
[] The Road to Elysium (Operation: Charon)
It was the greatest portal Humanity has ever made. A permanently open gateway to Hope, with a two-way highway twenty lanes wide. Thousands moved through it daily, both ways. Rush hour was a bitch, but we didn't care. It was a monument to our future, a symbol of what awaited us all... but now it lays dormant. That cannot stand. The Highway to Elysium needs to be reopened, but doing so presents a risk that we can't reasonably take without proper preparation. We need forces, a lot of forces... and we know exactly where to get them.
The Fairy-Elf Fortress at Milidia has been all that's held Earth's flank ever since Reluxus fell. Forty thousand Elves, Ten Thousand Fairies, and nearly an entire division of Human soldiers hold it against an endless tide of raving demons. But its true strength lies in the more than fifty Magical Girls that man its walls and turrets. It's a concentration of power that has held Hell itself at bay for half a decade now, but we need those Girls if we're going to retake Hope. But we can't leave Milidia undefended, otherwise the Fairy Home Realms will be overwhelmed. So we're going to insert a strike team to close the Hell Gates that feed the Unified Darkness reinforcements and rip their legs out from beneath them in one move. But it's not going to be easy.
Difficulty: Low. No foreseen problems cropping up. Launch Date: Day 26 Known Allies: Crimson Hood, Flawless Paladin, Sumire Saber, Sakura Saber, Madama Morte Confirmed Enemies: Hell's Seventh Legion Possible Combatants: Army of the Apocalypse
[] The Reluxus Super Gate (Operation: High Tide)
The Elves' Super Gates create a trans-dimensional super-highway that allows them to move resources and manpower across their kingdom at a rate that is nearly equal to Humanity. The problem is that there are very few of them, and they are nearly prohibitively expensive to build. Reluxus, before it's fall, had the only Super Gate the Elvin Empire had at the battle front. If they are to bring their full might to bear against the Darkness, this Gate must be retaken.
The Elves are unable to build a new Super Gate in time for the Offensive, even with the aid of Humanity. So if they are to help pull this insane plan off, the Reluxus Gate must be reopened. Otherwise, the Unified Light will drown underneath the sheer numbers their enemies can bring to bear in their place.
Difficulty: Extreme. Do you even have to ask? Launch Date: Day 40 Known Allies: Variable. (Currently: Carnage, White Knight, Goddess White) Known Enemies: Hell's Second Legion, Hell's Third Legion, Hell's Fourth Legion, The Fortress of Tears Possible Combatants: ????
The Memory of Peace Secondary Missions of little importance that aren't currently relevant.
[] The Victorious Dead (Operation: Soul Collector)
Do you remember the Old Guard? They were the first. The Originals. It was their era that gave birth to the List, the Rankings. Some of them are still around, but others are long dead... and even today some of their names are still known household by household. Whispered in awed reverence, or with a tremor of fear. White Soul, Red Rose, Sixth Heaven, Silver Hero... Before the Goddess Four. Before the WEAPON. Before the Maidens... They were the legends, the names that everyone feared coming across on the battlefield. And they're coming back.
Team GEAR's run-in with Goddess Red at the West Wall Memorial Cemetery brought to light a very disturbing fact. The dead aren't staying that way. And their clash against the Nightmares in Boston revealed something even worse: they're not on our side. We've collected lists of where some of the most terrifying Girls of their times had been interred for their eternal rest. Most of them have already been hit. Red Rose is on the move, hunting down old friends, and enemies alike. She has her apprentice with her, but we're not sure if she can do it alone. Even if she is the Avatar of Victory.
Difficulty: Unknown. Possibly Variable Launch Date: Day 27 Known Allies: Red Rose, Insight, ???? Confirmed Enemies: White Soul, Silver Hero, Grey Champion, Solar Radiance, Lunar Radiance Possible Combatants: Goddess Red, ????
[] The Pale Light of The Moon (Operation: Artemis)
Can you hear the whispers? The voices of the beasts upon the wind? They whisper of hate, and a desire for the end. To be alone in the cosmos with the one they love.
Something is happening between Gaia and Shiva. And no one has a clue what it is. Their last clash would have ended in failure if it wasn't for Team RIOT's intervention, but they were almost killed regardless. The girls of any strength capable of standing amongst these gods are few and far between, but we need someone on the ground, with eyes and ears capable of telling us what's happening.
Difficulty: Low. Unlikely anything is going to go wrong. Launch Date: Day 25 Known Allies: The Four Horse(wo)men Confirmed Enemies: ???? Possible Combatants: Gaia's WEAPONs, Maidens of the Apocalypse
I see that many more characters have nicknames listed now.
Hmm. Was Goddess White's Overwhelming Presence ability listed before?
The (Deceased) tag is missing from the title of Grand Archangel Gabriel's section (next to her name and allegiance). That's how other deceased characters are denoted.

But setting yourself on fire is always a good idea to avoid any ninjas that might be sneaking around.
Can you put what 'Date' it is at the top of the page/updated voting block so we don't lose track, and does each mission cost a 'day' or will some cost less/more?
@crystalwatcher ,The new mission selection/voting is great. Also a question, this has been ask a few times but we never got a proper answer. It is possible we can split Team Gear up to handle different mission? Based on they current stats and abilities, the mortal member of Team Gear should also to be able to handle some of the mission include the important one where Negear is needed alone. If come to worse and they need some kind of trump card , they could summon the Progenitor Golem.

If we vote for an option with a Launch Date in the future, do we timeskip to it? If so, what kinds of things happen in the meantime? Or is "Launch Date" actually "It'll go off now if you vote for it, but this is the date it'd go off if you remain uninvolved"?
