It's fine. I just hate that one particular option gets hints that basically broadcasts 'Do Me Or Regret It Later!' While the other options don't.
Oh I fully expect Paleblood Moon to attack Gaia too, but Gaia is like the Nepgear of Divine Entities, and is so fucking durable it's insane. Plus only doing a 2/5ths PFrame activation, for the first time, with only the Defensive Parts, and no idea what it can do with any combination of parts, seems like a Bad Idea with beings of that magnitude fighting it out.

are magical girls locked at 3 or can more be developed if given enough time? IIRC practitioners started out with one but if they were gifted developed a second?
also what makes a divine being divine? is it a matter of power, ability to project power over vast distances, embodying a concept, ascending to godhood?
you know i don't think i've seen anything from the Olympians side of things, would zeus count as a divine being or what? did the gods exist or did they come into being as stories of them were told
à la campione style?
did heaven and hell come into existence at the same time? and did they predate existence? also are these heaven and hell's the multiversal one or a small portion of the local dimensional cluster? wonder if heaven and hell have anthropomorphic personifications?

Considered PFrame is an Unstable Existence I wouldn't count on us being Immune to a Full Powered Divine Being's Auto Kill Spell.

Nothing so dramatic thank god. Divine Beings of their scale, usually die with a massive release of energy, and a breakdown of whatever it is they have influence over.
For example, if Flora dies then Moonlight across the LDC will dim everywhere, and any creatures that are strengthened by it will lose that boost, and creatures that are weakened by it will no longer. Any benevolent aspects of moonlight will also become harmful as well, so on so forth.
Just want to let you know that each of the Cores powers one of the PFrame's weapons.
Not saying which ones though.

Even just speculation it still better than no information. Just the very basic and we are heading in blind... it always a bad idea.

I see...what would happen if a Divine Being later came into existence with the same general portfolio? Like, if Flora were to die, then some however many years/decades/centuries/millennia later a new Moon Divine Being we're to be born, what would happen?

It would likely depend on the new Divine being. Flora has a pretty wide area of effect, the new one might not.

Also I had a terrible omake idea stemming from the 'make empowering a Magical Girl cheaper' that ends up with everyone congratulating Summit and Solid Core for getting married. Summit: "We swapped rings and kissed so I could get a power-up! Really!" Gabriel: "I have knowledge of human customs from my birth, that's a wedding."
