Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest!

Couldn't judgement core activate a core purge of her own? That would count as a spell, right? So get behind the demon king and activate it, which should be enough to grind her hitpoints down quickly.

Maybe, but with the number of procs if Maw of Destruction there are, it's really more effective and quicker to just use The End to kill Sixth Heaven.

-[X] Judgement Drive will cast Sword Beam
Pretty sure that we're better off having Judgement Drive cast Clothing Break right at the start, which reduces the Demon King's Resilience from 5000 to 1750.

Edit:
Derp, meant Solid Drive!

Also, what are your thoughts on making Samael or Aquila attempt to Synchronize with one of Lucky's spells?
Couldn't judgement core activate a core purge of her own? That would count as a spell, right? So get behind the demon king and activate it, which should be enough to grind her hitpoints down quickly.
That would activate Progenitor Frame, which is an I Win button, but reveals our ultimate trump card. It's also an Active Ability, not a Spell.

That hint is what made me bring up James' ridiculous tanking abilities.

This is why I've suggested things like having JD do a ramming attack by teleporting above the Demon King and then falling with style, and stuff like having Samael steal one of Sixth Heaven's spells.
Or Using Lucky's Avatar of Arcana to open up with multiple near simutaneous spells to get her off balance, followed by The End Game, more spells and/or a hail of bullets.

Then there's the fact the Soul Severers have Juggernaut, which cancels the Demon King's 125% damage bonus, Samael's Libras might pull out a useful spell (and also has Juggernaut) if he survives another turn, and James can dodge anythig she throws at him.

We actually have quite a few options to throw Sixth Heaven off her game.

This is an extremely crazy plan, but it may be Crazy Enough to Work.

Can Judgement Drive teleport inside the Demon King in order to attack Sixth Heaven directly? The teleport into the Demon King would be initiated from outside of the effect of Overwhelming Presence, so Judgement Drive could then cast Drop Slash as a sneak attack the moment the teleport finishes, before Sixth Heaven can react.

[X]Plan I Hope to Judgment Core This Works
-[X]Solid Drive uses Clothing Break on the Demon King.
-[X]Judgment Drive casts Changing Faith on the Demon King to force it to ignore Judgment Core and her actions
-[X]Judgment Core casts End Game on the Demon King and Sixth Heaven
-[X]If the above doesn't instakill Sixth Heaven, James goes ham to tie up the Demon King.
-[X]Everyone else opens up with everything they have. Preferably Spells, but otherwise just their rifles will work.
--[X]Work together to make openings that can be exploited to deal as much damage as possible.
I have misgivings about trying to strip a skeleton -- what's left to remove? It's also a complication in a plan that doesn't need to be complicated further. Judgment Drive uses her confuse spell to keep Sixth Heaven from swatting Judgment Core then Judgment Core sends Sixth Heaven down the highway to hell. Waiting on Clothing Break gives another opportunity for trouble on a plan that doesn't need the spell.

Otherwise a fine plan, I'm in favor of letting Judgment Core cut loose. When Nepgear finishes digging herself out of the hole in the ground she'll get to see Uni preening about her awesome attack.

Here's calcs of what will happen when JC casts The End.

(The End: 11,500 Base Damage, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto,+1150 Full Auto, +100 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 70,830 Total End Damage

Burst Stream of Obliteration Activates!

Total End Damage = 211,140

Yeah, the Demon King's dead, and most likely Sixth Heaven is too.

It makes it easier to kill the thing is the point. I'm leaving it in.

So guys what's.....huh. So that happened. Also the Thread is on fire. Huh. Am I in the right Tab or did I click on over to Sage quest by accident?

*Looks Up*

Nope I'm in the right place. The Flames are just spreading. How lovely.

[X] Plan Upgrade 2.0
-[X] Purcgase Lesser Gods (550)
-[X] Purchase Segarite Core (2000)
-[X] Upgrade Celestial Severance to level 10 (170)
-[X] Upgrade INDESTRUCTIBLE CORE to level 20 (1450)

[X] Plan Kill the Skeleton Bitch
-[X] First, Judgement Drive will cast Changing Faith to make Sixth Heaven think we're on her opposite side.
-[X] Next, Solid Drive will cast Dress Break on the Demon King.
-[X] Then, Judgement Core will cast The End.
-[X] The soldiers, including Team GEAR and M.E.C.A. Force, will all rain synchronized fire upon Sixth Heaven and her Demon King.
--[X] Gabriel will switch to her Soul-Severer and join in the firing.
-[X] Lucky will activate her Avatar of Arcana ability, then begin spamming Wing Blast and Dragon's Breath all she can.
-[X] Judgement Drive will cast Sword Beam after Judgement Core casts her spell.
-[X] Solid Drive will defend Solid Core. If things look like we're going to lose people, then she will activate ???? near Solid Core.
-[X] Solid Core will continue fighting to consciousness.
-[X] If Sixth Heaven dies, everyone is to focus on finding and killing any UD members, in addition to looking for any pieces of Sixth Heaven that could be used by Goddess Red to revive her.

Wait. I messed up my calculations. 20% of 11,500 is 2,300, not 575. And 2,300 causes each Full Auto bonus to become 4,600. So her damage would be way higher than 70,830, and that number would be multiplied by 3 in order to calculate The End's Final Damage. Yeah, Sixth Heaven is dead, she just doesn't know it.

So here's some trial runs of attacks by all our allies:

James' Soul-Severer: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 3,780 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +1,875 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 23,375 Total Damage

19,595 Difference, Demon King wins.

Demon King: 19,595 Intercept Damage, No Dice, +300 Legendary Power, x5 Existence Bonus = 99,475 Total Damage
James Robert: 2,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, -1,500 Juggernaut, +500 Divine Existence, +64,658 Echo of Peace = 65,658 Damage Reduction

33,817 Total End Damage. Trigger!
25 Strain Damage

James' Health: 5,000 - 25 = 4,975 Remaining

Return to Sender: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +10 Surprise, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 3,790 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +1,875 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 23,375 Total Damage

19,585 Difference, Demon King wins.

*Repeat Ad Nauseum*
So. James can stand there and tie up the enemy for the rest of his life, 200 or so repeats maybe more depending upon how long each repeat takes since Aura of Light would be healing him 500 damage (+20 repeats) every 10 seconds, but not actually do any damage.

Michael's Soul-Severer: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 3,780 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +1,875 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 23,375 Total Damage

19,595 Difference, Demon King wins.

Demon King: 19,595 Intercept Damage, No Dice, +300 Legendary Power, x5 Existence Bonus = 99,475 Total Damage
Michael Rodriguez: 2,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, -1,500 Juggernaut, +500 Divine Existence, +64,658 Echo of Peace = 65,658 Damage Reduction

33,817 Total End Damage.

Michael Rodriguez: 5,000 - 33,817 = -28,817 Health Remaining
Michael is pretty much boned if he gets hit by the skeleton arm. He's doubly immune to the fireball, armor and A Memory of Light, but unless the Skeleton hitting him (somehow) counts as a magic attack he's completely useless.

Samael's Soul-Severer: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 3,780 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +1,875 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 23,375 Total Damage

19,595 Difference, Demon King wins.

Samael Balier: 2,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, -1,500 Juggernaut, +500 Divine Existence, +64,658 Echo of Peace = 65,658 Damage Reduction

33,817 Total End Damage.

Samael Balier: 5,000 - 33,817 = -28,817 Health Remaining

Spells:
Purge: 750 Base Damage, +125 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 2,155 Total Damage
Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

0 Total End Damage

Life Drain: 1,000 Base Damage, +125 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 2,405 Total Damage
Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

0 Total End Damage
Much like with Michael, Samael is completely useless here.

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +12,375 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, +3,125 Godlike Strength, 5x Existence Bonus = 91,500 Total Damage

6,690 Difference, Angel Gabriel wins.

Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence, -1,250 Armor Pierce = 4,050 Damage Reduction

2,640 Total End Damage

Demon King: 25,000 - 2,640 = 22,360 Health Remaining
...Well. Once gain Gabriel is the most badass member of Team GEAR. Admittedly it's not much damage, 10.56% the Demon King's HP, but it's more then anyone else so far. She'd have actually done twice as much damage if it wasn't for Judgement increasing her Base Damage.

Super Heavy Assault Bow: 3,000 Base Damage, +375 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 4,655 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +2,250 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 25,250 Total Damage

20,595 Difference, Demon King wins.

Demon King: 20,595 Intercept Damage, No Dice, +300 Legendary Power, x5 Existence Bonus = 104,475 Total Damage
Aquila Riven: 800 Base Resilience, No Dice, -600 Juggernaut, +500 Divine Existence, +67,908 Echo of Peace = 68,608 Damage Reduction

35,867 Total End Damage

Aquila Riven: 3,000 - 35,867 = -32,867 Health Remaining

Aquila is completely useless. I was so hopeful after Gabriel actually managed to do something...

Type (F-7) Rune Blade: 1,000 Base Damage, +20,000 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 22,280 Total Damage

So excluding Meteor, which would be a pain to calc, Lucky is devastating against the Demon King with her Dragon Breath being a OHKO if she gets a good roll. Running the numbers there is only a 26% chance of her not instantly killing the Demon King.

If Lucky Star uses Avatar of Arcana then in the one action she has per turn she can cast War Book: Dragon Breath five times. That's enough to assure she'll kill the Demon King and Sixth Heaven. The only question is if she can survive long enough after the first casting to kill Sixth Heaven.

Well. JC dies if she tries to attack normally but The End hits for ludicrous damage and OHKOs Demon King. Honestly given the fact Sixth Heaven is inside the Demon King and just how much excess damage there is, 151k, odds are she's obliterated along with the Demon King.

So yeah. JC could pull off a one hit kill on them right now. This could be JC's moment to shine!

So Judgement Drive is utterly screwed if she tries a normal attack but her Slash Hell is an guaranteed kill on Demon King.

What's better is this doesn't factor in whatever boosts Team GEAR will get from Small Gods. So unless I've missed something, quite possible, we can finish off Sixth Heaven without having to resort to Progenitor Frame or whatever. I think our best bet is probably having JC use The End with Lucky standing by with a Dragon's Breath ready to go if Sixth Heaven somehow survived.

Here's calcs of what will happen when JC casts The End.
I already did this.

There's a few issues with your numbers. First is that 20% of 11500 is 2300. Also you changed the stored 45 "+ 398 Full Auto," ticks into +1150 somehow. Looking at the ability should clear these things up.
Burst Stream of Obliteration
-If The End is used after five triggers of Full Auto, double all Full Auto bonuses and triple Total Damage output for the spell. Reset The Maw of Destruction.
So the +2300 ticks become +4600 ticks and all 45 of the +398 ticks become +796 ticks. What was confusing me was how close you were to my answer despite the wildly different method. Where did +1150 come from anyway?

Of course, all of these calculations are dependent on the assumption that Sixth Heaven doesn't have any extra tricks up her sleeve, and won't just nuke the entire area like a suicide bomber, knowing that Goddess Red will just revive her afterwards.

Something similar came up earlier. JD could definitely use her teleport to maneuver, but without Omni-cast or a derivative like Nep's Calamity Circuit, it would take her two turns to pull it off.Someone would get smashed in that time sadly.

Kek. But really though, I mostly put it in as a 'just in case' sort of deal. Just in case things don't work out and we need all the dakka everyone can put out normally. Which, sadly, might not be enough without the Demon King's resilence getting debuffed.
What's better is this doesn't factor in whatever boosts Team GEAR will get from Small Gods. Both my plan, and Reaper's, are generally in this direction.

So here's some trial runs of attacks by all our allies:
While your efforts are appreciated, your missing a few things.

1: Godlike Strength is negated if the opposing force is equal to or greater than X5 of your Base Damage.

2: The End has Full Auto, so the 45 +'s are increased to 50, the Full Auto bonuses are then most likely changed to dealing 20% of The End's damage, which is equal to 2,300, and Burst Stream of Obliteration doubles the effectiveness of each Full Auto bonus, boosting them to 4,600.

I already did this.

There's a few issues with your numbers. First is that 20% of 11500 is 2300. Also you changed the stored 45 "+ 398 Full Auto," ticks into +1150 somehow. Looking at the ability should clear these things up.

So the +2300 ticks become +4600 ticks and all 45 of the +398 ticks become +796 ticks. What was confusing me was how close you were to my answer despite the wildly different method. Where did +1150 come from anyway?
The End has Full Auto as one of its Abilities, and I'm fairly certain that the stored Full Auto bonuses will switch to using The End's Base Damage instead of the Judge Cannon's.

So to answer your question, I tried switching all the stored Full Auto bonuses to working off of The End's Base Damage, and messed up on the math and got 575, which I then doubled to account for BSoO's effect.

Yeah, it looks like the only ones here who are relevant are--in fact--Lucky and Judgement Core.

And JC needs to be fed the XP, and get an ego boost from saving the day. Because Demon King just one-shots everyone else on the field who isn't named James Robert, and I can see Overpowering Presence as just lolnoping Avatar of Arcana--just like she lolnoped Ana's ability to fly and Supremacy Zone.

"I get to cast five times in a single turn!"

"Fuck you, you only get one move per turn"

Basically, the problem is that Sixth Heaven is going "Everyone only gets to make one move against me per turn", and she's already shown to be capable of trumping tier scales and applicability (The fact that she forcibly grounded Ana despite Solid Core having two tiers on her and a Super Power that keyed off of her flight is telling). So whatever is done to take her down has to be done in a single move, or she goes to town and kills everybody relevant on the field who isn't named James Robert.

So, that leaves using METEOR, or Judgement Core going full Burst Stream of Destruction (And hoping to hell that she doesn't whip out a "Surprise! I do get to intercept spells" power)

Actually, looking at the wording, it seems like Avatar of Arcana is like a toggle-able OP Multicast. It explicitly states that she can cast up to five spells in a single action. The only time it mentions turns is when it say the unconsciousness part kicks in.

It alternately refers to turns and actions in the same reference, I'd rather not take the chance, especially since we're fighting someone who's explicitly unfair in how much she shuts down or counters.

And like I said, Judgement Core needs to be fed XP.

...Well. Once gain Gabriel is the most badass member of Team GEAR. Admittedly it's not much damage, 10.56% the Demon King's HP, but it's more then anyone else so far. She'd have actually done twice as much damage if it wasn't for Judgement increasing her Base Damage.
Did you try calc-ing her damage using the Soul-Severer? It is a gunblade and it does have Juggernaut, which bypasses the +125% to base damage the Demon King gets.

Avatar of Arcana lets Lucky cast five times with one action. Like the one action Overwhelming Presence limits her to, you know?

Yeah, but how much do you want to bet that Sixth Heaven doesn't give a fuck about rules lawyering in that fashion?

"I said you get one move per turn, that doesn't mean "Five moves because I only took one action" . "

Let JC charge up in peace, draw Sixth Heaven's fire (Maybe have James tank for Lucky as she starts charging METEOR?) And then suddenly Burst Stream?

...now I need to re-do his math. Eh. Not like it changes much:
Samael's Soul-Severer: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +634 Empower = 4,414 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +1,875 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, 5x Existence Bonus = 23,375 Total Damage

18,961 Difference, Demon King wins.

Demon King: 18,961 Intercept Damage, No Dice, +300 Legendary Power, x5 Existence Bonus = 96,305 Total Damage
Samael Balier: 2,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, -1,500 Juggernaut, +500 Divine Existence, +62,598 Echo of Peace = 63,598 Damage Reduction

32,707 Total End Damage.

Samael Balier: 5,000 - 32,707 = -27,707 Health Remaining

Spells:
Purge: 750 Base Damage, +125 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +634 Empower = 2,789 Total Damage
Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

0 Total End Damage

Life Drain: 1,000 Base Damage, +125 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +634 Empower = 3,039Total Damage
Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

0 Total End Damage

Armageddon Pulse: 500 Base Damage, No Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +634 Empower = 2,414 Total Damage
Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence = 5,300 Damage Reduction

0 Total End Damage

The Base Damage of the Character. I miss-wrote Gabriel's boost from her Judgement cast during the update: it was supposed to be a +4,500 instead of just adding it to her Base Damage. But I was kind of distracted.
Thought as much. But argh! Now I've got to re-do Gabriel's as well:
(Blade of Light: 12,000 Base Damage, +550 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +4,500 Judgement, +14,400 Road to Peace = 32,730 Total Damage
Blade of Light: 12,000 Base Damage, +550 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +4,500 Judgement, +14,400 Road to Peace = 32,730 Total Damage
Blade of Light: 12,000 Base Damage, +550 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect, +4,500 Judgement, +14,400 Road to Peace = 32,730 Total Damage

98,190 Total Damage

Intercept!

Demon King: 2,500 Base Damage, No Dice, +9,000 Overwhelm, +300 Legendary Power, +3,125 Godlike Strength, 5x Existence Bonus = 74,625 Total Damage

23,565 Difference, Angel Gabriel wins.

Demon King: 5,000 Base Resilience, No Dice, +300 Legendary Existence, -1,250 Armor Pierce = 4,050 Damage Reduction

19,515 Total End Damage

Demon King: 25,000 - 19,515 = 5,485 Health Remaining

I know that. He also stated that there was a risk of a Gehaburn copy ending up in the wrong hands. Can you imagine if this lunatic had Gehaburn?
True. But the upside is, that if either Nepgear or Uni die when within the blast radius of one another, then they both go up.

And I got a gif for that.
Eh. Everyone in a very wide area would be dead. So odds are no one will show up to collect it.

I pretty much agree with this. Hundreds of thousands of excess damage is pretty much guaranteed to burn through Demon King and kill Sixth Heaven. Hell that's what killed Sixth Heaven the first time going by how Juggernaut Drive's spear triggered off an Intercept.

Here's calcs of what will happen when JC casts The End.

(The End: 11,500 Base Damage, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto, +1150 Full Auto,+1150 Full Auto, +100 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 70,830 Total End Damage

Burst Stream of Obliteration Activates!

Total End Damage = 211,140

Yeah, the Demon King's dead, and most likely Sixth Heaven is too.
I completely forgot that the carried over Full Autos would work off The End's base damage not The Judge Cannon's. So yeah. Mega Death achieved. That said your calcs are wrong. 20% of 11,500 is 2,300 which doubles to 4,600. So it should actually be:

The End: 11,500 Base Damage, +50x4,600 Full Auto, +100 Dice, +780 Divine Inspiration (Shell), +500 Hostile Divinity Effect = 242,880

Burst Stream of Obliteration Activates!

Total End Damage = 728,640

As I said: Mega Death.

While your efforts are appreciated, your missing a few things.

1: Godlike Strength is negated if the opposing force is equal to or greater than X5 of your Base Damage.

I took that as being 5x your Total Damage.

If you'll count I have 50 Full Autos on The End. That said I did make the mistake on it trigger on The End's damage not The Judge Cannon. See above for correction.

Well, I think we can all agree that Judgement Core's likely going to be the MVP for this mission. Her spell all but guarantees a OHK on Sixth Heaven, even if her Demon can Intercept spells (and we already have explicit WOG that it can't) it still gets killed and her along with it.

Judgement Core for the win!

Yeah, it looks like the only ones here who are relevant are--in fact--Lucky and Judgement Core.

So whatever is done to take her down has to be done in a single move, or she goes to town and kills everybody relevant on the field who isn't named James Robert.
See I was concerned about this. However Lucky's ability clear states she can cast 5 spells as one action. So she'd still be obeying the Overpowering Presence restriction of 1 action per turn.

Did you try calc-ing her damage using the Soul-Severer? It is a gunblade and it does have Juggernaut, which bypasses the +125% to base damage the Demon King gets.
I didn't but there isn't any point. The only reason Gabriel can pull out the damage she can is because her Sword of Light has 3x attacks per attack.

Yeah, but how much do you want to bet that Sixth Heaven doesn't give a fuck about rules lawyering in that fashion?

Frankly, I think you are freaking out way too much about this. Overwhelming Presence is specifically worded like this.
Overwhelming Presence
-Enemies within range have their actions per turn reduced to 1.
Actions per turn reduced to 1.

Meanwhile, Avatar of Arcana says:
Avatar of Arcana (Active)
-For five turns, Lucky Star is capable of utilizing up to five spells in one action, regardless of what those spells are. After the fives turns are up, she is rendered unconscious for the rest of the Battle Arc.
Lucky Star can utilize up to five spells with one (1) action.

So yeah, Sixth Heaven can object all she wants, she's still getting five casts of Dragon's Breath to the face and she has to fucking deal with it.

Meh. She's only relevant because Nepgear decided to take a dirt nap. Level 10 Celestial Severance would OHKO the Demon King and almost certainly continue on to OHKO Sixth Heaven, hurray for Unstoppable, even without whatever ability it unlocks.
