Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest!

Whilst listening to songs I come back to in a blue moon or so, I was listening to the Yu-Gi-Oh! English Season 2 opening. The main antagonist of that season had in his employ a group called the "Rare Hunters," various people garbed in dark body cloaks for the specific task of hunting down rare cards. I then came to thought about this Quest and so I ask:

Is there an equivalent to this setting? Magical Girl Hunters, I mean. Are there specific and/or infamous groups/cabals/squadrons that exist within the setting; whose sole purpose are to track down and hunt Magical Girls?
Well I made a Dark MG that's pretty much a Fate Jack The Ripper Expy, and it's canon, so there's atleast one. Speaking of I wonder how scary Magical Girl Silent Murder is by now?

I hope not. I made her specifically to kill anyone that didn't have a Epic or Divine Affinity, so long as she had time to Get Good, then she should have fucking wasted Red Rose.
Not a chance.
Literally, no chance. Red Rose is the MG killer of the setting. Murder might give her a challenge, given enough growth, but Red Rose wins 99 times out of 100.

No.

Honestly, aside from being sneaky, SM doesn't really have much in the way of MG killers. Heck, she doesn't even have an MtR-analogue spell.
I know but that's because her sheet was from when she first transformed. She should have gained a damage bonus against women, the actual Maria The Ripper Spell/Curse, and generally been a fucking magical girl shaped ninja.

The Update said:
Even after the dissolution of the countless nations of Humanity into the Akashic Pillar, and the creation of it's current system, it was amazingly easy to get lost in the system. And subsequently, be labeled as dead. The fact that Sega had been dead was besides the point, because the stop gap in place to allow those people that had been labeled as dead to clear up their status made it easy for Sega to reinstate her everything.

The downside though, was that this meant a lot of paperwork. A whole lot of paperwork.

Your big sister had spent the four days you were on vacation running appointments and stacks of paperwork around. She was lucky that Firebase Momo had nearly every department she had to interact with in order to pull this off. For the few places she had to go that weren't on base, Rei had packed Sega and San both up and drove them to where they needed to go. Then used that chance to pamper her sister and get to know your sister at the same time.

The problem with this though was Rei, being Rei, told absolutely no one that she was leaving base with the recovered girls. And while you could almost hear Commander Mason's teeth grinding from across the base, you also found out what frustration in Sega felt like. It was very surreal.

"So... Rei took Sega and San... what?"

"Goddess Gold took Goddess White and Solid Drive both a few miles down the road to celebrate Solid Drive's reinstatement as a citizen of the Akashic Pillar. I heard they went to a club called 'Happy Cat' or something." You stare at the guard in disbelief for a moment.

"... But isn't Sega under age?"

"No actually. The drinking age for this region is 19 instead of 21 like it used to be."

"I'm going to have a drunk sister when they get back... Who did I piss off in a previous life to deserve this?" You had the misfortune to experience a drunk Sega one before in your life. One Christmas she had gorged herself on eggnog and gotten tipsy.

"I need to find a fallout bunker or something." Never again if you could help it. Sega without her inhibitions was a truly frightening thing, what with the fact you were pretty much her sole motivation in the world. You didn't need death threats getting mailed across half the continent again.
*pokes head in*

Whats going on?

 Unfortunately for her/you, Red Rose is the same, minus that weakness, and has had plenty of time to Get Good.

Would Nepgear stand a chance against Red Rose?
No, because Red Rose is one of the only magical girls around who can actually compete with Nepgear's bullshit damage negation.

Nepgear stands a much better chance against Angel WEAPON than against Red Rose.
...
...

Not wanting to leave many spoilers, but I'll leave this:

Red Rose, when it comes to MG-on-MG combat, is so far ahead of the curve she plowed through the red light, house, and launched herself off the cliff.

Honestly, aside from being sneaky, SM doesn't really have much in the way of MG killers. Heck, she doesn't even have an MtR-analogue spell.
MtR? ...

Never mind.

That'd actually be neat to see.

So what are Solid Core's chances in a fight against Blue Sky? Since we'll be fighting her and all. Possibly Crystal and Inferno Mage as well.
Other then Blue Sky being a speedy bitch we can't hit? She can't do shit to us. Hell she can't even scratch the paint, while a single blast from us has a good chance of one shooting her thanks to The Insurmountable Gap, but again we can't hit her do to her speed. Our best bet? Let her get close and Purge the bitch.

Or an Apocalypse attack from our Purifier Beam, if the battle is somewhere where we won't accidentally anything important.

I wouldn't count on it. We never even trained with the Purifier Beam when it had Collateral Damage, let alone Apocalypse, so the second we pull the trigger our rifle is going to start flailing around like a high pressurized hose with no one holding on to it.

I know.

On the plus side, that level of AOE is difficult to dodge even if you can see it coming, but on the down side, ALL THE ACCIDENTALLY-ING!
