Crystalwatcher's Magical Girl Quest!

Actually I bet we come across Blue Sky and Co attempting to kill Truth. She just has to be near them and their cover could be blown. If I was a spy, and I knew there was someone in camp that automatically made anyone around her speak the truth, I would kill them the second I had a chance that wouldn't/couldn't be traced back to me.

[x] Hunt down Truth. You haven't seen her or Carnage in a while.
[X] Visit Rei, San, and Sega. Your sister might need you to help clear some paperwork.
[X] No Xp Spending

Changed to no xp spending, I kinda forgot we don't have a higher rank in High Speeds. We should probably get the next tier or two in it soon-ish to avoid any speed blitzing us.

It's next on MY LIST, after we get the next level of purifier beam, but I couldn't really say for anyone else.

War Book: METEOR
Level N/A
Base Damage: Target Health x100
Magic Modifier: Target's Health
Affinity: Fire | Wind | Earth | Magic
Ability: Auto Max Charge | Target: Army | Unstoppable | Apocalypse

As you can see, this ain't no kiddy spell.

Incidentally Nepgear can still survive this.
Meteor: 200,000 Base Damage, + 2,000 Dice = 202,000 Total Damage
Solid Core: Resilience Negated

202,000 Total End Damage

Indestructible Core: 99% Reduction
No Longer Human: 50% Reduction

1,010 Final End Damage

Solid Core: 2,000 - 1,010 = 990 Health Remaining
(Huh... she scratched you...)
Sure loosing 50.5% of her Max Health isn't great but it's quite survivable, even disregarding the one/turn no-selling of death.

I'm basically going with Gore's list.

Ah, I was like 'well we're actually kinda fairly powerful right now... we just need to make sure we can hit things first...' after I re-read the bit on High Speed which makes me think that it should be first, followed by another attack or attribute boost to our main weapon.

What's his list?

Sephiroth Eat Your Heart Out! Also she/he is suing Lucky for copy-right infringement.

Unless you can summon up 1800 xp to raise Flight to 20, Speed-Blitzing will always be a major issue (and it'd still be a big issue even then, honestly).

But that's why we have a Big Sister!

[X] Plan "Spend Spend Spend"

I admit, we should eventually raise our speed and HSC. The thing is though, is that should definitely come after we've raised IC to a higher level, like 20. We'd be much harder to kill, and we'd be no-selling most weak enemies attacks even without IC's negation abilities.

You forgot to take into account "Unstoppable", which bypasses Indestructible Core, and possibly No Longer Human.

Flight 10/15 is perfectly reasonable though. I basically want to get everything to 15 and then go for Lesser Gods.

Well.. I'd think Flight 10 would let us deal with everyone who hasn't spec'ed in Flight + Speed-Blitzing... while migrating Speed-Blitzing from being a major issue outside of like, truly speed-blitzed characters (who I'd assume would have low enough DPS for INDESTRUCTIBLE NEPGEAR to ignore).

Flight 10 for me. Repeating my list:

Anyway, my priorities:
1) Increase Purifier Beam to 15 (140 xp)
2) Increase Indestructible Core to 10 (290 xp)
3) Increase Starshine to 10 (350 xp)
4) Increase Flight to 10 (350 xp)
5) Get Severace: Echo (250 xp)
6) Get Omni-Caster (????? xp)
7) Increase Celestial Severance to 10 (300 xp)
8) Get Lesser Gods (550 xp)
9) Get Segarite Core (2000 xp)

Note that my list has been edited to avoid spoilers.

Or Flying Nepgear. Who straight up doesn't have a fuck to give about whatever damage your dealing.

@crystalwatcher If Nepgear fought in Outer Space would she be permanently invulnerable? The cheese would be delicious.

2) Increase Indestructible Core to 10 (290 xp)
This is the only part I have an issue with. I'd personally like to get it to level 15, as we would have 4000 health and 1600 Resilience. The latter combined with IC's damage negation means that even without Supremacy Zone's OPness we'd brush off attacks from minor enemies like they weren't even there.
Hmm. I really hope that's the case. I don't want all the hard work we put into getting INDESTRUCTIBLE CORE to be negated by something as simple as a direct hit by a meteor.

How good is Nepgear's ability to dodge? How can that be improved, in case enemies possess armor-piercing abilities?
