So @crystalwatcher, could you please explain what the differences between Auto-Assualt and Autonomous Combat are? They seem like the same thing to me, but I noticed that Goddess Red's Black Knight has both, so...just made me curious is all.
Auto Assault is a given weapon/spell's ability to operate without direct imput from the user. They can respond to a limited number of situations automatically as a kind of quasi-sentient construct.

Autonomous Combat is a spell/weapon's ability to exist completely separate of it's user and away from their presence. As in 'doesn't even need to be in the same dimensional zip code to be used'.

A weapon or spell with both can both exist and operate bereft of their owner's direct intervention. Like Red's Black Knight.

Banished From Death - When Grave Walker falls in battle, her body immediately disintegrates into dust. She then reforms in the closest safe spot, fully recovered, sometime between 8 and 12 hours later.

Ancestor Spirit - Grave Walker has a spiritual companion in the form of an unnamed ancestor. This ancestor was a skilled tracker and archer, skills that have been partially imprinted into Grave Walker as well. This constant tap into the spiritual plane allows Grave Walker to ignore physical damage not backed by murderous intent (for instance, jumping off a building would not harm her, but being stabbed or shot would).

Whirlwind Melee - Grave Walker is nigh-impossible to overwhelm with pure numbers. Her skill in melee combat is preternatural and augmented even further by her Ancestor Spirit, granting her semi-literal eyes in the back of her head.

If it's not obvious, Grave Walker is patterned off of Talion from Shadow of Mordor. I figured since she's literally unkillable, her growth affinity should be fairly low.

In terms of backstory, Tally awoke as a Magical Girl fairly early and was involved in an early push deeper into demonic realms. She got left behind when her squad was wiped out by a Demon Prince and command scarpered before she could reform, which was not a thing they knew she could do. She's spent the last however long behind enemy lines doing her damnedest to wage a one-woman guerrilla war on the United Darkness so that she can find and kill the Demon Prince that killed her squad. She's recently gotten information that he's moved towards the front and is planning on aiding in an offensive push against the Light.

This is fairly obviously how she awoke, and slightly more information than the Unified Light has on her abilities. She's definitely grown since they last saw her, developing her bond with her spirit companion considerably and becoming something of a boogieman to the UD in her AO. She doesn't entirely trust the UL any more since they "abandoned" her, but she'll never work with the UD because of what happened to her squad.

A note on his spells: Those are the ones he can use. He knows the metaphysical ins-and-outs of a veritable library's worth of different spells for all kinds of affinities on top of that.

He would probably be very interested in meeting Sam.

Nepgear is going to become some kind of boogyman for Unified Darkness. Send an Army after her and she'll whittle it down to nothing, get with range of Celestial Severance and she'll hit you with an unstoppable beam of death, tearing everything it hits to pieces; get closer and you suddenly start BURNING from her CUTENESSCore Purge; if you somehow prove tough enough to hit her, your attacks are nearly USELESS and completely negated; and if you somehow manage to overcome that, just to fuck with you her body would simply refuse to die. If you somehow manage to stay alive, overcome all that bullshit, and finally kill her, just as a final fuck you, her soul will go nuclear and vaporize you and half the dimension.

She's like some kind of final boss from Hell's version of Hell.

Alright, when I first read Choco's comment my brain had this image of the head of the Akashic Pillar's military being this really big guy with a love of oversized cannons because nothing else can hold up to the abuse he puts his guns through.

He's not compensating for anything. Everything else is compensating for him. So in the spirit of this thought I went and googled 'big badass black guy anime'.

You mean canon. Cannon would mean he is a cannon. Which would be awesome, but that means that he wouldn't be human unless he had really radical surgery done to him.

Actually, when I saw Chocolote's post about Authority Equaling Asskicking my mind went straight to the President of the United States and made me wonder if he has a Giant Robot stashed under the White House in case his VP decides to try a Coup. Nevermind that Akashic Pillar is the World Government now.

Sounds about right.
Blame it on his ability to do this. And the fact he might be able to use you to feed his Ophanator.
 
Yeah it's fine. I'm just used to seeing someone with a Dutch pic played straight with the source character. No big deal.
