Clockwork Prism may travel to and from this dimension at will, and withdraw resources and objects under a certain size from it.
With every turn of the clock, The World Machine grows larger. It grows slowly, but surely, steadily encroaching on neighboring Dimensions.
So, Clockwork Prism. She's fairly slow to grow, but her connection to The World Machine makes her scary, and letting her grow for too long would be a Bad Idea.
She's unaligned because she neither understands nor cares about the War, she just wants TWM to grow bigger and stronger, because it's basically the only thing she can understand completely.
TWM itself isn't really a part of her powers, but more of a Patron, like Siva-Sil for the Maidens, and Gaia for the WEAPONs, that her becoming a Magical Girl connected her to. As long as she helps catalyze its growth, it helps her with whatever she wants. It's also working on making Black Knight-esque Automata to field so it doesn't have to rely on just her.

So a quick expy idea, that is simple in its execution, and broken by its abilites. Fate Assassin Jack The Ripper. Infamous murderer of woman and portrayed as a child, she would be a MG spect totally for taking out other MG's. Just can't make her now so the idea is up for grabs.

Literally just holding the wound closed with your hand for a bit. That you then stop the treatment doesn't change the fact that you've received medical attention. Of course, people will have to realize this.

... I think I like them. Essentially just wanderers who don't care about much because Trauma... well the MG doesn't. The Dragon's a Dragon. And her Guardian. She'd be UL favored I think if she had to choose, if just because she likes living as you may have noticed. Only matched by her want to not be alone.
I figured a Water dragon deserved underwater movement/combat, but I'm not sure what the descriptions would actually look like/be. Also, three weapons which I hope he can use all of them each round. Makes more sense to me that way. And yes, MGBD boosting him with her magic to allow him to attack multiple times a round like a normal weapon in a way. Only more random.

I suppose Nepgear could have just been wrong but you'd think if she knew the story about White Soul she'd have known Red Rose had been a Magical Girl for nine years to the Goddesses mere six years.
Eight years. Magic has been around for 8 years. And to anyone wondering, no, that's not necessarily a discrepancy, Red Rose could very well have only turned 21 recently.
And then immediately goes onto say the oldest is a single Magical Girl. It's pretty clearly meant to say the Goddesses are the longest serving Magical Girls still alive with the record going to a now dead girl.
As a group the Goddess are the oldest, while Red Rose is the individually oldest after White Soul before she died. Red Rose and White Soul are among the first Magical Girls to awaken after the advent of magic, they were friends actually: but WS went kookoo for cocoa puffs and decided she wanted to start killing and just keep going. No one was able to put her down until Red Rose resolved that the friend she had known was already gone so she put her down.
