Brockton's Celestial Forge (Worm/Jumpchain)

On another note this is actually a pretty big new thing with the process and not just Joe discovering a new element (Dragon). Tetra got the ability to stay connected to everyone she has touched to boost or drain them as she pleases. Aside from being able to be independent without the avid glove she touched and drained March to the point of burning her during the ungodly hour. Based on how it works there's a chance she could notice March is still alive and that could even help with locating the pocket dimension where she, Bakuda, Uber and Leet are all holed up.
Wait, did it mention this working retroactively? I thought this only applied to new connections made. Can you please highlight where you found this?

Aisha: And here we see a Weeb Ring Wraith with the power of Greek Gods and Anime on his side making a blood drinking horror from beyond space into a Real Girl.

Joes: After all we did that is what you focus on!?

Wait, did it mention this working retroactively? I thought this only applied to new connections made. Can you please highlight where you found this?

It doesn't specify that's why I said based on how it works there's a chance she could because it's unknown if it works retroactively which it might given it comes from the 600 point perk Craftsmen of the Gods and boosted by numerous others.

Meanwhile, in Boston...

Alena sighed out the smoke in her lungs, grinning as she turned to her friend "You're a fuckin... lifesaver Sally."

Sally shook her head "It's chill, it's chill... I knew I needed some, and you've had a waaaaay shittier week than me."

Alena nodded as she took another drag from the rolled-up weed in her right hand, then blew it all out a second later "God knows... Can only fuckin' pray Apeiron doesn't make things any worse."

Sally cringed momentarily, the now-infamous title surfacing in her mind, before she shook her head and giggled a bit "You're an atheist, 'Lena..."

Alena snorted, then threw her arms up half-heartedly "Guess I'll pray to the man himself."

Sally frowned "Mr. Enigma?"

Alena snorted again "Fuckin... Lord and Saviour of the city, no?"

Sally giggled, before turning over and sighing.

Alena leaned back on the couch, and then blinked. The sweet haze in her mind turned into an odd clarity, and when she opened her eyes, she knew they were looking far beyond her body.

...There was an Island, unseen, from which rose a pinnacle of Flame. Within it stood a Man, a Machine, a Monster, a God.

Flesh formed of Metal and Shadow, gigantic and bestial; Primordial, and yet, Divine.

Countless hands, Boundless hands that could shape Worlds, reached forward, grasping a spool of Thread that was not; Blood and Fire bound into string, hungry and cunning.

Power and Power and Power and Endless Power streamed forth, infusing the Thread as the God-Machine wove it, shaped it into something greater; Something so terrible, yet oh so beautiful to behold.

The shape emerged; a Dragon, roaring into the abyss as it arose.

Alena jumped up, her eyes back in her skull. She briefly glanced around, before throwing the joint in her hands down and stomping it out. She sighed, then snatched the joint out of Sally's hand, and stomping it out aswell.
"Hey!"

"Don't know what this is, but it isn't just weed!"

"What?!"

"Oddest fucking trip I've ever had..."

I liked how we got to see Joe's thought on the Celestial Forge and his thoughts on the ever increasing threshold he's working on. I love it, Roust!

I like that he while he acknowledges that every action has at least one consequence, he doesn't let himself become passive, so he gathers information and just like you wrote could put countermeasures to those problems. I think this goes a long way to assure readers that Joe doesn't let his enemies dictate the pace too much.

Thanks for the chapter. I'm grateful for your work.

After Garment I donned the Glove of The East. Thanks to Armor-Shift Manufacture the glove could adapt to any change in shape, including something as drastic as my current hybridization. It meant effectively layering Garment between me and another glove, but she didn't seem to mind being in the middle.

Okay, I know I was picking up a sense of amusement from Aisha over that. I elected to ignore her and focused on the task in front of me.
Handholding-sandwich. Too lewd for this world.

Tetra's core wasn't bound to her physical state. It extended through every aspect of her existence. The only way to end Tetra would be to target her core and destroy it completely on every conceptual level.
My first thought was "is this foreshadowing her 'death by Sting'?", but then I remembered that Sting is neither spiritual nor divine and therefore cannot permanently harm her.

It was about connections. That was the purpose of every advancement and structure that life fibers formed. Forming and maintaining connections. Extending connections. Enriching connections. Finding new connections. It was a constant battle, something intrinsic to their existence and fundamental to their purpose. And it was that purpose that I focused on, extending it to a single principle.

The thread would not break.
And there is Tetra's Wham Line. Actually two of them now that I think about it. She was long overdue for it.

Depends on how fast he(?) is killed. Doesn't Ward have more Entities that show up because of Zion's death scream, or something like that?

Not really Ward has a few things that could be causing confusion here but there is no summoning call as reminder Scion got bullied into giving up, turning off his defences and letting himself be killed by Fletchette who he had ptv set to auto trigger to auto dodge to open the portal to his real body so the tinker collective could shoot their giant gun at it (Doormaker's power having run out so Taylor lost control of most of the capes a while earlier). Ziz's precog showed that another entity would eventually arrive on Earth a very long time later and that in order to last that long it would have to cull humanity to one city and enter power saving mode. Shardspace was also explored where the shards have their avatars and Amy also created giant versions of certain capes with tweaked powers.

After scion died the network also started deteriorating which meant triggers could violently fail by mid to late Ward it could go a step further and people could become titans. Titans are sort of like Kephri but with a big monstrous body too they also gain regeneration, durability and alterations to their power such as possibly getting extra powers they could have been given or how Victor became Nemean and his drain became a fast acting shaker AOE field centred on himself. For some reason recently the idea they are stronger than endbringers has recently appeared despite the initial view being the opposite due to how small groups could fight them fine, titans slow down as they take damage and aside from Nemean getting punted into a deep canyon type thing he couldn't get out of there was one that was on the verge of being killed by Vicky's small group before they had to go deal with an urgent problem because in addition to the half a dozen or so starting titans more cropped up as it went on and both Ziz, the machine army and other groups were causing problems.

Man, all this Ring Wraith is making me picture Joe talking like Celebrimbor and Talion. Wonder how that'll go over the public when Apeiron once again takes to the field.

Those kind of merge are temporary, and I'm pretty sure Apeiron will NEVER go in the field without looking at least human. It would be a Public Relationship suicide, not to mention he have about a bazillion ways to hide his own appearance.

(Shadow of war is a great game by the way)

I fully expected to see a last second power that would require a major redesign of the Kamui.

All major powers that are "on creation only" have already be gained by Joe. He might have to update Tetra, but with his perks, updates are quick and painless.

All I was thinking was, finally it's over with...and does Joe even need this? Will he ever need to use Tetra? He's one or two steps shy of omnipotence at this point

For regular parahuman, yes, Tetra is overkill. She's for entities and maybe Endbringers.

dumped upon Athena in quantities that would probably qualify as a poisoning attempt

I can just imagine Athena, a few multiverses away suddenly getting a metaphysical keg dropped in front of her, and it's probably during a council meeting. Cue the Olympians getting Iris and Hephaestus to set up the tv again to watch what that demigod who sends them fantastic booze is doing this time.
