Titans are sort of like Kephri but with a big monstrous body too they also gain regeneration, durability and alterations to their power such as possibly getting extra powers they could have been given or how Victor became Nemean and his drain became a fast acting shaker AOE field centred on himself. For some reason recently the idea they are stronger than endbringers has recently appeared despite the initial view being the opposite due to how small groups could fight them fine, titans slow down as they take damage and aside from Nemean getting punted into a deep canyon type thing he couldn't get out of there was one that was on the verge of being killed by Vicky's small group before they had to go deal with an urgent problem because in addition to the half a dozen or so starting titans more cropped up as it went on and both Ziz, the machine army and other groups were causing problems.

My first thought is that he should ship free health potion vending machines to every residence of more than 1000 people, to a minimum of one per 10k. With not just health potions, but nutrition, anti-disease, and more.
And then for the places where the government tries to monopolize them, put up a bounty on his website, "2% of a customized power-enhancing or power-granting no-maintenance tinker item for investigating and publicly reporting on the oppression of the people of X, in accordance with international law" or something.

The idea being to stick to more conventional-seeming interventions like shipping people vending machines rather than energy beings or anything. And instead of making them super inviolable or something, just keep replacing them. And use other thinkers and such as a proxy rather than showing too much personal power. Probably planning for governments, corporations, and the PRT to get most of the bounties.

The obvious downsides are a hit to the medical profession (a super-wide college/med school scholarship program with retroactive coverage could probably counter a lot of that), and issues with shipping "untested tinkertech" into urban centers. He might need to buy a vending machine company to get the licenses or something?

Maybe provide open-source super-smart forum software to PHO or something to make coordinating easier? And/or tracking of partial bounty credit?
 
I wonder if this means that tetra also has control over what little garden stole of her because they're a bunch of truce breaking bastards

In Worm tinker are able to get inspiration from other tinkers work. This has been shown in story with Bakuda getting inspiration from Leet, Kidwin getting inspiration from Apeiron and more recently Apeiron getting inspiration from Blasto's. What I'm wandering is if Apeiron picked anything up from Bonesaw.

After a year of studying the Nine I wouldn't be surprised if it advanced Joes knowledge on wet tinkering. Even if that is the sort of thing Joe would rather forget I don't think it was mentioned if it did push forward his knowledge base.

I think Joe is kinda beyond Bonesaw in terms of wet-tinkering capabilities, and has been for a while; Chimera knowledge, Star-Trek Medicine, etc.
Aside from that, Joe didn't really get any technical schematics from Bonesaw like he did with Blasto. He probably could recreate any of her flesh-horrors in his own way, but probably doesn't know the details of how she's managed it.

This, but unironically. And skip making your own vending machines, just sell your drinks in existing ones.

Acting like a soft drink company is probably the best, most straightforward and simplest way of spreading a wide range of enhancing beverages around the world. It's something other companies can already do, and they don't have the benefit of Shipping The Product and a dozen other perks.

People would be skeptical and hesitant to try some fancy tinker tech device with bold claims of being a medical miracle, but nobody bats an eye at an energy drink that says it makes you faster & stronger that you can buy at your local corner store!

Other product categories he could get into without raising suspicion could include:

* Anti-aging cream
* Weight loss pills
* Immune system boosters
* Memory enhancing supplements

Etc. Basically just take over the whole field of "sketchy 'health' products with dubious claims" and market your own "revolutionary medical miracle breakthrough formula doctors don't want you to know about" accordingly, and people will eat it up. It will take a while before the established medical industries start to notice that these new entries to the market might actually live up to their claims, but it'll be gradual enough that the economy doesn't immediately collapse or anything.

Beyond her but definitely not directly ahead of or above her given that Blasto managed to cook up something novel enough to be useful in the few days that Joe gave him.

Really I kind of expect Joe, or possibly Matrix or Survey independently, to consult various Mecha, Vehicle, and Architecture specialized Tinkers on some improvements that could be made to that Cybertronian City Ship that Joe made.

Also Matrix might want to get a consultation from Trainwreck of all people, and possibly Squealer, on how to repurpose the environment into mechanisms using minimal modification rather then outright converting everything into nanomachines and remaking it all from scratch.

He might want to start out on Earth Alph given that they probably have less laws about distributing Parahuman-derived materials and monetizing Parahuman abilities. Once it's picked up some steam over there the Bet laws would have less legitimacy restricting it.

So, we have seen what a wonder Apeiron (the Enigmatic Articer) can create when he goes all out and over the top. I was wondering if we would ever see the like again, then realized that it is likely when he gets All Spark Chosen, at least eventually. The question would be, would he start with an all new, super-overpowered creation of his own, or would he use one of the Forge-granted machines as a base, since that way there would be a chance at fiat-backed immortality, even if some of his "upon creation" powers would not be able to be used? Hope we get to find out sooner rather than later!

Also, I am not too familiar with A Certain Scientific Railgun. When he gets Hard Science, and the ability to grant that version of Psionics, will he be able to do so to any of the current members of the CF? Or are they all too magical, given the incompatibility of that form of Psionics with any kind of Magic? Or does he have some awesome combo of perks that would let him overcome that weakness? Or is it too intrinsic to that system to even be overcome or mitigated?

Edit: Or, I suppose, LordR could rule that it is only the magic from that particular Universe that Raildex Espers are incompatible with, and that it has no problem with other kinds of magic....

Normally it'd be a problem, but the key crests from symphonia get rid of that incompatibility.

Edit: And now, I sadly realize I have never read a fanfic where Taylor is given/or makes herself/ a Kamui. Or Spiral Energy, for that matter. And you just know she would be so effective with either/both of them. Would she even need to go all Khepri if she had a Kamui and Spiral Energy?

I feel like there are better solutions with the perks Joe has. Like Technosorcer from gargoyles jump let's you broadcast spells over telephone lines combo that with Mega Bomb and you can set up a phone number that heals the caller whenever it's used.

Since the Raildex Magic is made out of a collective Psychic effect Joe could presumably have both with a bit of effort.

I don't know what language this song was sung in but, it for sure isn't japanese. I can tell you that much. My guess is that it's "germanese" the german version of "engrish"

Because of you Anataeus I had the auditory version of drinking something you thought was something else, you kniow the confusion and weird feelings that can bring ...I thought I had a stroke at first...
