Th effects of being behind the FYP dont really hit until we publish the statistics at the end of it and we also finish factories that give more PI just as fast as we use bureaucracy option that take it away

No! No giving up on planes! Depending on how the rolls turn out, we might be facing a stronger German airforce. We need to keep working on our own in order to close the gap!
 
Getting plane factories set up now might not make enough to make a difference in 41, but it will make a difference in 42. Plus its not like were using that aluminum for anything else right now.

If everything goes well, America will become the land of democratic sexism and racism. Proponents of the Equal Rights Act and Civil Rights Movement will be jailed and stamped out for suspected (and proven) communist sympathies/ties. The Soviet Union will point at it as the example of the evils of liberal democracy.

Our female comrades can serve the union in a variety of rear echelon and specialist units (snipers, intelligence, administration, logistics, communications and internal policing). If we need shock divisions we can ask for volunteers from the Ulag system.
