Oh boy, this guys are in deep shit.

Normal crime? eh, will sort itself out eventually, unless you are unlucky enough to get in our way.
Murder a few innocents? might send someone after you
Steal from our hoard? personal burnination.
Mess with our schedule? nothing shall remain, the seas and the skies will burn as our unbound fury threatens to collapse the very fabric of existence, no god may shield you, not plane may hide you, your soul is forfeit and your only hope is to destroy yourself utterly so that we are unable to wrench your pitiful soul from the jaws of death to get our vengeance.
The last time someone tried to steal from us and messed with the schedule, we kinda tossed a experimental bio-weapon at a major city in return.
An act that even Bloodraven seemed pretty impressed by.

So, yeah... not much of an exaggeration there...

My exact same thoughts. The greatest worry I have right now is the stupendous amount of enchanting time it would need.

I'm fine with paying the net worth of a small kingdom for the thing, but not with having Lya kept busy for half a year.

Depending on what exactly we can do with the runes, we might even be able to make a ton of minor features work that I thought up and had to toss them again due to the price.
I'm pretty sure that the Runecrafting Feat follows the same general rules as the other crafting feats in that Extraordinary Artisan is amazing, and that her Dedicated Wrights can take over for her and benefit from all the crafting feats that she does. And to top that off, within about a week we're expecting Lya to be done with the study action to get her more Dedicated Wrights and improve the capacity and efficiency of her enchanting.

Even if the runes end up costing an arm and a leg, I'm sure we'll handle it. The results will be worthwhile.

I'm mostly hoping for more elegant options to achieve some pretty minor effects that would usually take a fairly high-level spell.

Example: the drawbridge of the Imperial Palace. I would want it to be massive stone that flows on it's own between being a bridge and being a smooth segment of fortress wall. That would normally require a fairly powerful Shape Stone item, though it has a very specific use, is immobile and ultimately has at best 1% of the utility a true command-activated Shape Stone item has.

That'd be really neat.

For me, I've been looking forward to the First Men wards (right alongside the Valyrian wards and the anti-god fey wards) to all be combined in harmony in the Imperium Fortress.

Oh, and also, runestaffs. :D The great thing about this feat is that anything and everything you can think of with runes is accomplishable with this.

Man, I am really looking forward to this feat. Bloodraven is the best.

Since I can't help but fiddle with shit, I have made some adjustments to the crafting schedule so that all ten of our Erinyes will be identically equipped. That will prevent some of them from having bows without the Flaming property and some missing an Amulets of Tears. Don't want our new flock of Murder Angels to have any hurt feelings, you know?

So here's what they'll each have, between already existing gear and what we're crafting for them this month:

Nimble Reinforced Segmented Mithral Breastplate (+1) (400 IM)
Composite (+8 Strength) +1 Flaming Dragonbone Bow (800 IM)
Razorsharp Adamantine Thinblade (+1) (200 IM)
Ring of Animalistic Power (+1 Str, +1 Dex, +1 Con) (400 IM)
Ring of Protection from Evil (400 IM)
Greater Ribbon of Disguise (800 IM)
Amulet of Tears (230 IM)
Healing Belt (75 IM)

That's 3,305 IM worth of enchanted gear, plus 600 IM in Adamantine, and 800 IM in Mithral, for a total of 4,705 IM in equipment for each of them. They are very much worth the expense, IMO.

I have to admit that is a significant investment, though it is mitigated by the fact that we already have four Amulets of Tears, all of the Healing Belts, all of the PfE Rings, one of the swords, and six of the bows.

The Doom rune could be fluffed in. As for the devil skull... convince oathkeeper that the devil was aw worthy enough kill to have its skull added to the blade.
...This is not the way I imagined Oathkeeper getting more badass, but I guess that can't be helped :/

Caw.
Even blade can be made greedy for loot

@Goldfish, @Duesal, @TotallyNotEvil, we need Richard to murder a Pitfiend.

Fine by me. A flock of Erinyes is worth it.

I'm greatly looking forward to their interactions with Aradia when hunting harpyes.

I wholeheartedly approve of this.

It'll also make it easier on DP so he can get those items all on the same sheet.
On second thought...
Mammon.

No better skull, anywhere, ever.
@Duesal, get him out of the larder.
That's a Huge skull, unfortunately. It's too big for Oathkeeper.

Does It have to be the literal skull? I read that more like "you should let me add an ornament that reminds you of your victory, and skulls are kind of your theme"

If it actually works then no complaints for me. Trophy's already taken care of, the hide is being used to make the Artifact Cloak with the remainder possibly being made into Bags of Greed.

Just remove the fangs and the eyes and ears for the Fungus Forge and there shouldn't be a problem with the skull going to Oathkeeper.

If it doesn't I want to have it be a part of Azel's super-reactor.
Being the output for all the liquid evil, you see.

He is not escaping us. He shall face the doom of crafting day-in and day-out this month. Yes, I'm talking about the witch. I couldn't care less about the guys who kidnapped him.

Does sending need a verbal respond, or does mental work? Maybe run divination first?
