@Azel I used the build for her that has her with 13 Strength and 15 Charisma at 4th level. Is that still correct? I've included +1 Strength and +1 Charisma items to round those attributes up to the next level.

Is a monetary reward of 200 IM enough? Or too much?

[X] No Spectacle Please!

With the amount of land we are getting, we will need all the help we can get. Viserys is still constrained by our greatest enemy: time and schedules.
Very true.

We should have Waymar and Ser Richard spend ~1 week next turn to get that Knightly Griffon order started up to help out the Lawmen and the Inquisition. DP told us we need a month total of both their time for that.

Similarly we should boost the number of hippogriffs and move them to the Imperial Stables.

Da

Maybe we should not make it eiser for people to learn who inquisition members are unless these are public heros.

Masterwork razor sharp adamantine greatsword?
The idea is to only engrave people there who are publicly known as Inquisition members anyway and did something sufficiently noteworthy.

We need secrecy for the small cogs in the machine, but everyone who becomes a full Inquisitor will be well known pretty soon in the circles that matter.

Oh i know! We should hide the statue!
Make It a beautiful work of art, that can only be seen inside a secluded courtyard from a tree a block away, or by navigating the alleys and lockpicking an iron Gate!
We should hide other Easter eggs around the city, works of art under bridges, artistic arrangements that can only be seen from above, Hidden coves in the cliffs.
Just to give people a sense of wonder and adventure while in the city.

And definitely not so entrepeneuring monkeys can make a quick buck from wide-eyed tourists.

Yep, I've didn't change anything on her sheet and I'm glad that it's not me who hands all that stuff to "my pet NPC".

The money is very plenty. That's... 5 years of her current wage.

Eh, it's fine to overpay her. We're getting a level 5 PC with no softcap for the Inquisition out of this deal.

If she's smart she'll see about making investments to keep that money flowing.

I wouldn't want anyone to think we're playing NPC favorites. Anya is getting geared pretty well, but no more than Mia did last turn when she reached 5th level, or our new 5th level Wizard is this turn. They both got the following:

Ring of Protection from Evil
Boneward Belt (+2 Constitution)
Ring of Sustenance
Circlet of Clarity (+2 Intelligence)
Earrings of Arcane Acuity
Anklet of Translocation

I'm glad we're in the position where our lowbies can actually be geared halfway decently, unlike how we ourselves were for so very long.

She will probably drop 195 IM of that in the Iron Bank and get very, very drunk from the rest of it.

...

This will most likely result in a commiseration session with the local expert on fooking grumpkins.

It's really not playing favorites at all, no worries. This is standard gear we give to most PCs who claw their way to level 5. As proof, just look at the gear we're having the wizards who reached level 5 this turn craft for themselves. It's almost identical to everything we're giving Anya.

Heh. Though it'd be smarter if she found someone trustworthy to actually manage her investment portfolio for her instead of just having it sit in the bank.
So not 200 a month then? I'm in favour of not paying 200 a month. :)
This is just a one-time reward. Her salary will presumably increase in proportion to her effectiveness in the Inquisition.

@DragonParadox, could you roll her HP?

I assume she'll be putting her bonus attribute point into Charisma at 4th level?

"To those watching from the shadows, so that we may live in the light."
Now I've definitely heard this somewhere.
So long as she's proficient with it, I guess.

But wouldn't it get in the way of her casting?
You can remove a hand to cast no problem. It'd only be an issue if she were using Spell Combat.
Is a monetary reward of 200 IM enough? Or too much?
Well, techinically she is already getting:
- PfE - 4000 GP
- Amulet - 2300 GP
- Belt - 750 GP
- Sword - 6450 GP
- Armour - 5100 GP
- Anklets - 1400 GP
- Earring - 3400 GP
- Ring and Glove - 2000 GP

That's 25400 GP, yo. Nearly 8th level wealth.

Mind, we can just make the chainshirt Casterarmour to bring it down to 5%, and if possible, Feycraft to bring it to 0%, without paying for Twilight.
we're having the wizards who reached level 5 this turn craft for themselves.
Which is actually pretty awesome in a "graduation test/ceremony" way.

I kind of want to make a map of Sorcerer's Deep since it doesn't appear we have one. Could I get a list of everything there. I know the population is about 15,000 level so its a small city (I think? if the pathfinder population levels are being pushed upwards). And @DragonParadox could I get a rough idea of how the place is set out (with the keep, Scholarium location, arena, docks etc etc) that I can flesh out?

Yeah, but we have no basis for knowing that kind of stuff yet. Just like we needed an example to be able to create Thinblades.

And doesn't Feycraft require the crafter to be a Fey?

Right! That reminds me, we need to hunt around for fey smiths to get that neat feycraft bonus whenever we want.

Yeah, I also really liked this idea as well. Funded by the Imperium, as they finally graduate they literally forge their power into their own personal equipment. :D

Though that said we should really start adding Quills of Scribing to the graduation packages for all Wizards and Archivists, @Goldfish. We can mass-produce more scrolls that way.

Our Archivists don't get the regular Scribe Scroll feat. Our Wizards do, however, and I've already got a Quill of Scribing for the new 5th level Wizard as the first thing Leila crafts this month.
