You could also try to revive the Valyrian gods by recovering their shattered Divine Sparks and mending then through and act of magic so grand it would shake the foundations of the earth and the vaults of the sky.

To play devil's advocate: do we want to bring them back? Last time they were around, someone exploded Valyria pretty thoroughly. Maybe it was their fault, maybe it wasn't, but such a black mark doesn't look good on a god's résumé!

The Valyrian gods are very Draconic, and Dragons in the D&D sense do have gods, they could be grateful for us bringing them back they might even be in our debt.
Dead gods can have worshipers... sometimes they even stir ever so slightly in their otherworldly tombs.
