@Duesal @Goldfish
Cikavak Ritual, Awesome beyond belief.

Mirror Sight, tv relay like the spirit but better, no channel limit and with Mirror Polish you can have bodycams.

Carrion Compass, anyone making undead we want to find for one reason or another.

Jungle Mind lets you merge your mind with the jungle, select one type of animal and you can tell location, movement and size within a mile, as a full round select one individual within and detect it's thoughts and use it's senses.

Oath of Anonymity is a fantastic Cantrip, spying etc.

Warging, no really that's basically what Marionette Possession does.

Mindlocked Messenger is infosec dream.

More later maybe if I'm not too late.

Edit:

Create Mindscape would let us have a long conversation with just about anyone, just about anywhere. Viserys + Long Conversation = Nuff Said.

Climbing Beanstalk can support hundreds of pounds directly, can be used in construction and will remain permanently if cast on soil that can support it, Greening SD.

Forest's Sense is a good companion for Jungle Mind, it leverages the plants themselves to find a target with something as vague as tracks or clothing texture.
A great reason to Green SD.

Secure Shelter :: d20srd.org Is a level 4 option, and much cheaper :).

Edit: If we had it. @Duesal, can we haz it on our 'to-buy' list please?
It just doesn't compare to Magnificent Mansion in terms of security. There is pretty much no way into a Magnificent Mansion unless you're allowed in. This, while nice, is also basically just a somewhat secure cottage. The main "defense" is that the shutters and doors are sturdy, and that there are areas protected by an Alarm spell. That's it. A determined animal could break inside if it wanted to.

No reason not to add it to the wish list, though. That's an excellent spell for mid-level wizards.

@Goldfish, can we have Lya scribe scrolls of Magnificent Mansion to give to the people on the Sothoryos trip?

Sorry, but that would be an incredible waste of resources. 7th level scrolls are expensive, 455 IM after Lya's discount. That means it would take over two days to create one and it would only last 26 hours.

A much better alternative is to buy a scroll of Rope Trick when we visit the Plane of Air, then have Valeria use it to create a Page of Spell Knowledge for Maelor to use. That would let them retreat to rest in a safe space for just the cost of a 2nd level spell slot. It's also a great spell for him to have (along with anyone else who can cast it), considering the shenanigans he and Glyra often get up to.

I'll add it to the crafting schedule and spell wishlist. Don't let us forget to buy it.

I nearly forgot Wall of Eyes

So this one takes a tiny bit of planning to be an absolute gem.

Duration: Instantaneous

The caster causes a flat, vertical wall of living, glistening eyes of all different sizes and types to spring into being.

This wall can be used to seal off a passage or close a breach, for the wall inserts itself into any surrounding nonliving material if its area is sufficient to do so.

At any time, from any distance (even across planes), the caster can take a standard action to look through the wall of eyes, seeing in all directions from the wall as if she were actually standing there.

The trick is to build towers with a cylindrical top that has a depression carved into it to cast the wall, these outposts can be checked by Viserys as a standard action, no spell slots, no material components etc.

It's like our own mini Eyes of Sauron, we should have several in every city and place them in important locations, as they can be melded into any shape basically so they make good hidden sentries in ruins too.

With this approach it's really not unreasonable for Viserys to check Essaria burial a couple times a day, we will become very hard to catch off guard.

I love this spell.

Edit:
Note the language used is "as if [we] were actually standing there" meaning we get the benefit from any bonuses and exotic vision types.

3.0 Spell, and even if it wasn't, DP likes to use descriptors as inspiration for consequences. Maybe suggest a higher level, slightly better version that avoids any [Alignment] descriptors?
@Duesal Do we have a list of Mia's spells known?
Do you mean Mia Baratheon? Isn't she a recent acquisition? I doubt Vee has had long to explain magic to her yet.

Nope. I only ever got that for Alysande. I can try to get it from DP tomorrow, and I'll make sure to keep tabs on it once I have it.

As our most powerful baby wizard I fully plan to give her a Quill of Scribing and use her to churn out useful scrolls.

That's why I need to know what spells she has. She can only scribe spells she knows, so it's hard to plan for her without that info.

While we're at it we might as well get a list of spells that wizards of the Scholarum are expected to have learned by a certain level. That should definitely help us out in the future with planning.

Scholarum mages are currently planned out to either level 5 (wizards) or level 6 (sorcerers). Basically by the point where they become mages of the third circle. After that they branch out into other organizations, like Mia with the Inquisition. What I'm thinking is that we just come up with a standard set of spells that these mages should know (I believe the sorcerer thing was already taken care of, but wizard is understandably an ever-changing battle) and just keep a record of that somewhere.

Lya/Leila scribes a scroll, one wizard/Archivist learns it, they teach another the spell, and so on, do this for a few of the most useful spells each level, and then we can have "assumed spells" for the study casters.

Again, would like to replace all instances of light cantrip with more useful spells, like mending.

That's pretty much what I had planned, and the reason I pushed to have Quills of Scribing made in the first place. ;)

I especially want to spread Junglerazer to the Silver Eye, and am greatly looking forward to buying that spell.

Negative energy descriptor leads to icky fluff, but eh. They can always just not use it if they dislike it.

I really wanna see if we can get any Archivist with Theon for a bit, get those juicy mystic Ranger spells out of him. As soon as he hit first level spells in that class, he became an easily exploitable resource :D

We should get around to doing so.

It's very much not a spell to be abused, more a last resort than anything else. An excellent last resort, though. Imagine if we'd had this spell against the Bright One. :o But seriously, magical law enforcement in a high-density city for fey need a spell that is capable of devastation against them. There are plenty of tough evil fey that would make this necessary, and more than that I fully trust Alysande's judgement on when to use the spell and when not to use it.

Not a bad thought at all. More than anything I wanted to get both him and Valaena up to level 7 or so quickly so we can then snatch them to teach for a bit in the Scholarum. They're our best shots at more Maguses and Mystic Rangers.

Just realized I had not rolled for Rhango's success the previous month so I did so now. Results bellow:

Rhango's Raiders:

Leader: Rhango Two-Lives (Scout 9) and his Istaheq Stalion Bone Breaker

Soldiers: 1351 Veteran Dothraki Riders, 1466 Dothraki Screamers

Camp Followers: 5100

Cost: N/A (Oathsworn)

@DragonParadox Do we have any contacts right now who could source us limited numbers of destriers? Non-suspiciously.

The problem with that request I'm seeing is that Dorne has specialized for their environment because of their own terrain concerns, so I'm guessing that heavy warhorses are a niche demand, mostly satisfied by the Stony Dornish.

The Stormlands is noted for being foot heavy. Which is to say, I'm guessing horses enough to satisfy the needs of the unlanded and landed nobility, but no further.

The North has plenty of light cavalry but we don't have significant inroads there yet either, and they wouldn't be a statistical improvement over Dornish mounts in any case given most of the fighting we're doing is in southern climes.

The most viable thing I can think of is to task Dalla with capturing them from Andali Vale lords and landed knights, which remove any suspicion on our contacts there. They might grow suspicious about what they're doing with all of those horses, but if they disappear, they might just assume she was trying to deny them to her enemies.

What does Viserys think about that? Any alternative ideas he could think up?

The only other place noted for heavy cavalry doctrine is the Reach, and we have no inroads there.

@Duesal @Goldfish Another minor action to fit in. Equipping Rhango's expanded warband with more steel equipment.

Just a reminder: Asavir – d20PFSRD
He and Bonebreaker can be even greater together.
Wait for the Anti-Grav Vessel. Cast Featherfall on them. Watch as Rhango charges out of it to properly crush his enemies.
And that's one more reason for Thunderous Charge, make the earth quake when he hits the ground.
