I think we got that with the first tree. And am more certain than not with the second. He was at Westhaven too, and the Ithilid is obviously nothing to worry about sacrificing.

He may not be a proper caster, but he has good knowledge and CL available. He's great for rituals. :D
But this time was special. This time he actively manhandled the sacrifices with us and got his hands dirty. He's come a long way. :)

Tyene will have so much fun to run circles around these people. Let alone Glyra.
Not to mention having fun with her constant poison immunity. :p

Can we combine both plans? Diplomacy is fine and all, but the legion should be ready to mobilize just in case.

@Goldfish You need to blockade the port.
@Diomedon That first line is way too deferential.

Mmm, it's deliberately so to put her at ease. Something very scary just happened, but we're focusing on how we've inconvenienced her and here have some money. See, everything is fine, we're just focusing on mundane, concrete things.

Preventing her from panicking and running away is paramount, because then she'll be informing people of who knows what to who knows who.

Hrm, the party should have attuned sand. Have Dany do a sending to tell them to get in contact with us via Brazier, and then we can put them on alert? Does Dany have sending prepared?

Basically this. She'll be akin to a frightened deer at this point. I don't want to blow our chance to recruit a desperately-needed Rouge baby PC.

Thats assuming a lot.

Personally she probably went from fear, to shock, to denial, back to fear, before finally setting on 'I probably just imagined this'. The fear will set in later. Once we dont leave.

Right. Sending is pretty short, but we can use it to tell them to call us. It looks like we'll have to use Dany's Ideas to send though, editing it into the plan.
Not a huge sacrifice for us. The biggest baddest danger within Lys has just been sacrificed. Nothing else in the city can stand up to us.

Same here. The remodelling of the Fleshforge is simply the most perfect reward we could have gotten.

You know, we need to find a term for sacrificing corpses now. If sacrifice to the Old Gods means becoming fertilizer, would being fed to mushroom leshy be "Thrown into the compost pile"?
