I doubt they've heard of our oldest escapades in Braavos in truly accurate detail, separated from the Orphne Court by the Narrow Sea as they are. Could tell them any number of our feats there.
 
Does It own this place? Some gold would go well if thats The case, maybe by paying extra for our drinks? Can It make its own mage lights like our House Spirit? We could give him some of those.
Edit: oh i know! Its a very common tale that someone arrives to an inn, and gets to ask rumors to the innkeeper in exchange for a few coins, if It has any fey pride, it should accept.

You are taking a Sorcerer and giving him the body of a dragon, permanently and at no drawback, not even a single casting-level lost and then you complain when Dany gets about half as many goodies for a smaller dragonshape.

Except that Viserys' class can only do that one real dragon form, and it's a capstone after 10 levels.

Dany still has fuckawesome Cleric casting, turning turned up to 11, freeform casting through ideas, the entire Nightly Visitor line, templates, Metamagic reduction through ideas, and on and on.

And again, all-day Polymorph at no real cost. And let's not forget all of that is bolted onto a cleric chassis.

And you want even more?

Well, not more. Just level 7 cleric spells. :D. Like, nowish :D

And she can't use those templates or (in a change I'm perfectly fine with) the Metamagic-idea-tricks at all while being a Dragon.

Dany's class gives her, I admit, the option for several very good playstiles, but they don't combine and none of them alone is better than some of the things you have thought up, as Viserys Dragonshape.
And "one dragonform" is not an excuse if it's at any time a 6HD stronger dragon, with literally all advantages of being a dragon and then some, than Dany could be.
Who pays with 2 levels of a fullcasting progression for that. We couldbe having Regenerate and Resurrection next level, instead we are 2 away, to pay for some more versatility and lesser dragon-ness than Viserys.
 
Actually, glass is famously fucking expensive in this setting. The Myrish are the only noteworthy exporters of glass on any real scale.

A full set of glass beverage receptacles would be a Lordly gift at least, and better for the Inn's clientele.

Yeah, so far, all that this has cost her is that she is evenly matched with the the other premier spellcasters on the party when it comes to spell level. Except she has full cleric casting, making her significantly more powerful than them. It ultimately costs her 1 level of casting against the other party members.

That we are arguing if she should get benefits above and beyond persisted Polymoph, and that such is one one half a dozen class features, says something about it, doesn't it?

There's probably half a dozen templates available to her that would invalidate us turning into a Dragon entirely.

I thought it was a ridiculous idea to give the DMM Cleric a custom PRC in the first place.

These arguments that she's somehow going to fall behind are actually madness.

Only if you compare her level with the other partymembers, instead of with Viserys where it belongs.

No. To the former, Crake is a type of bird that inhabits Australia, and the name of my Charr Guardian on Guild Wars 2. The avatar is from Gunnerkrigg Court, ripped from a panel that is, to date, the most fucking hilarious facial expression in that comic. It also, I feels, sort of exemplifies what type of contributor I am to this thread in a very special kind of way. ;)

They are each strong in very different ways. Dany is still incredibly powerful despite pruning some of the ridiculousness from her PrC.

So what if she can't Dragon as hard as Viserys, she still has three powerful PrCs worth of features crammed into Dreamweaver, and all she pays for it is two caster levels. Dreamcasting alone is more powerful than what you could get in a standard PrC without taking a level dip.

To end this discussion, since I'm assuming the majority is with TNE given the total lack of support outside of me and Artemis, I'm just gonna say that I'm disappointed but mostly fine with it. I did say I backed Azel and whatever he was fine with in the first place.

And in a way, the premise of the class "Dreamweaver" is that the forms Dany takes on are lifelike, powerful in the way the real things are, but not, ultimately, actually real. Dany not being able to breathe fire or exude the instinctual aura of terror commonly attributed to dragons is sort of thematic.

I'd rather her have the breathweapon so she can actually breathe fire like fucking dragons do, but whatever.
