Also would we have chosen this, Bloodraven would have been a mentor early on, no? What can you say @Artemis1992, for choosing practicality over lore all those years ago?

If you had chosen the raven there would have been more of a possibility of a faster connection there, but I'm not going to say it would have been instant. It would have been rather unfair to you guys to throw you in on the deep end of divine politics before you were even level 2.

-[X] "The second question has to be how the law and it's enforcement could prevent such events from transpiring in the future. The acts we have heard recounted today were the result of a weak and incapable king, whose presence was barely felt outside his throne room, leaving his vassal to scheme, plot, murder and defile in his absence.
I don't want to nit pick, but since we're claiming Viserys was actually the real king of Westeros the whole time is this a good point to be making? Anything that can be said of his leadership can also be said of ours for "allowing" it.

For a considerable portion of that time we couldn't actually do anything about it for one reason or another, but highlighting a period of relative weakness by implication seems sort of unfortunate.

He does not because I think he is a cheap FR coop out for when they mess up their own canon. Tolkien is IMO the only author who managed to pull off an omnipotent god in high fantasy and that is because he made the fact central to the plot and not just another detail tossed in there.
I kinda meant like how's he doing and not derailing the quest and also more like he's there but also not there by not interfering and because magic is returning so it will be a long time for him to come

Blergh... still cannot sleep so I might as well explain what I man about Ao vs Eru. Ao is a GM for the Time of Troubles, he exists so that there is someone to order around gods, but thematically he does not do much and he has not real character.

By contrast having Eru/Iluvatar exist in LOTR is very much necessary since it makes Sauron not an idiot. The main themes of the books ca exist very well even without him, mercy and hope and redemption do not need an omnipotent god, but unless you want to go with the old chestnut of evil being unable to understand good (which is very bad since Sauron used to be good) you cannot have him think 'they cannot try to destroy the Ring'. Rather it is the more insidious 'no one could destroy the Ring' and but for Golum, but for chance that was more than chance and moved by a hand greater than Sauron's he would have been right. That is how you do omnipotent good in High Fantasy, acting once all mortal power has been spent and hope followed to the bitterest end.

[X] Plan The End

The Imp is a nice touch. Though I wonder if the other Imp might like some parting words?

Hmm.... Hey @Azel, can you change the "I grant you the title..." with "I charge you with the sin of..."?

I feel like that might lead to some psycho titling themselves "*Insert name here* The Slaver" or something like that

Hell, "I name thee Oathbreaker, and Murderer, and Slaver," would probably be better than what we have here, IMO. The 'title' thing just doesn't really make any sense to me.

Also, [X] Azel

Wait, wasn't Garin's Mythic Rank basically for cockblocking Tywin's Mythic Rank? If so, what was he going to do that would've earned him a Mythic Rank? 😨 I remember that Tywin was trying to use a scroll, what would that scroll have done?

Basically kickstart the plot of DOOM.
