@DragonParadox, for the consecrating the temple scene, will the Dauntless be getting anything nice too?

R'hllor will help fix it, but unless you want to consecrate it to him the Red God has a limit on what he can grant to a structure that size

Also, on the subject of stuff I found reading today that should belong in fantasy (or SF), meet the world's only photosynthesizing animal: Elysia Chlorotica, the name even sounds like some sort of druid celestial.

A part of Zherys was fascinated with the notion of using conceptual dominion over the roads of the Reach to allow the Azure Fey to travel instantly where they willed along them in search of their ancient charge to prevent the influence of the Far Realm. It would also supposedly make the roads safer and swifter in some way for mortals to cross. However, the Lord of Volantis thought it hasty to assume that the Azure Key could even enact this portion of the ritual on her own, and doubly so that it could be done without the mental effects that spurred the Court of Stars' destruction.
@DragonParadox. What this was basically.

Ah, the Ways. Traversing the leylines themselves.
For all the fey bullshit they had good systems like the Devil/Abberation/Demon detector and the ability to teleport anywhere in the Reach.

There are standard ways to do that, the spell teleportation circle comes to mind, as for doing it like the fey are doing it, well you would first have to figure out the precise mechanism
Getting the Azure court just became more interesting then. Was the Azure Court also responsible for the strange detection system the fey had or was that another court?

Don't forget that the Teleportation Chamber will be coming online at the end of next month. Sure, it won't be available for everyday citizens, but it will let us deploy people anywhere on the planet at a moment's notice.

Well I did not exactly get the most interesting vote possible did I? I thought there would be more debate than this with the potential of safe Valyrian colonists on the line. Hopefully tomorrow's blessing and the beginning of the coronation arc will be more exciting.

BTW did breaking up the interlude like that work for you guys? Should I do it again in the future or is it too jarring?

I certainly enjoyed it.
