Can you give us Jon's stats, @DragonParadox? I realize he's still a kid, but I mostly need to know what numbers are even and odd, so I can work up a plan for some a couple pieces of custom gear for him.

Mostly thinking hitting him out with an upgraded version of the standard Scholarium Combat Sorcerer's gear package, with better stat boosters, various charms, etc.

Sure:

STATS:
8 (-1) Strength
18 (+4) Dexterity
14 (+2) Constitution
18 (+4) Charisma
15 (+2) Intelligence
12 (+1) Wisdom

I'm going to have to change some other stuff about his sheet when Lyanna's gone but the stats will stay as they are.

Ok, first part done...

We haven't told the Martels yet, have we? Oh the nest of vipers it will be. Tyene knows, I think?

Now how would Rhaenys react to her younger brother who's bigger than her?

[X] You have this list of gear set aside for Jon and Lyanna already, or added to the top of your artificers' work schedule.

[X] With Starks being targeted by the Others, little Arya might be in the greatest danger of all due to her connection to the Old Gods and the Greendream. Dany will give her a Ring of Soul Vault, Ring of Protection from Evil, and a Possession Trap Charm, and attempt to impress upon her the importance of always wearing them, for both her own sake and that of her family.

[X] Permanently ward one of Lord Stark's chambers with Mage's Private Sanctum and leave a Whispering Brazier here for regular contact.

[X] Commission an Imperial Warforged body for Lyanna with the Adamantine template.

[X] Make plans for what kind of Defenders you will have forged this month for the Starks.
-[X] A Vigilant Hunter will be invisibly posted around each Stark at all times, the most unobtrusive yet deadly defender you can think of at the moment. (x4 Vigilant Hunters)
-[X] You need a good way to test Winter against your undead soldiers but you must also be careful. The same kind you left at the Wall piloted by a Greater Bloodclot Mold would suffice as a defender. Should the mold ever begin to lose control it will activate a wildfire device embedded in its chest cavity. (x1 Black Champion, x1 Greater Bloodclot Mold)
-[X] You will have two dozen Verdant Wolves forged for patrol and tracking purposes. (x24 Verdant Wolves)
-[X] You will leave two dozen Advanced Plant-Imbued Shadow Cats to wander the Keep, regularly informing Lord Stark and the Inquisition liason about happenings. (x24 Plant-Imbued Shadow Creature Cat)
-[X] A dozen Verdant Ravens and accompanying Kingfishers, to serve as scouts. (x12 Verdant Ravens, x120 Verdant Kingfishers)
-[X] Three Advanced Sorcerer, Cleric and Druid Lotus Leshys each, of similar power as the one Brynden left in Lord Stark's Solar. (x3 Advanced Sorcerer Creature Lotus Leshys (+8 Racial HD), x3 Advanced Cleric Creature Lotus Leshys (+8 Racial HD), x3 Advanced Druid Creature Lotus Leshys (+8 Racial HD) total)
-[X] You will leave a defense group around the Heart Tree similar to the ones you have left elsewhere. (x1 Heart Tree Defense Group)
-[X] You will post an additional dozen Vigilant Briars around the Keep. (x12 Vigilant Briars)
-[X] A Herald and three Fire Wyrmlings Constructs, buried in a snowdrift or waiting in an outbuilding blocked off from snoopers by a half dozen House Guards or something along those lines, you'll leave the details to Lord Eddard. (x1 Herald, x3 Fire Wyrmling Constructs)
-[X] Half a dozen Greater False Ravens and two dozen Lesser False Ravens, for messaging and spying. (x6 Greater False Ravens and x24 Lesser False Ravens).

[X] Temporary Garrison (until replaced)
-[X] 1x Fallen Shield Archon
-[X] 3x Fallen Hound Archon, 3 levels in martial class
-[X] 2x Fallen Spyglass Archon, 4 levels in Rogue
-[X] 2x Veteran Erinyes
-[X] x12 Advanced Druid Creature Lotus Leshys
-[X] x24 Plant-Imbued Shadow Creature Cat
-[X] x1 Herald and three Fire Wyrmlings Constructs, buried in a snowdrift or waiting in an outbuilding blocked off from snoopers by a half dozen House Guards or something along those lines, you'll leave the details to Lord Eddard.
-[X] x6 Greater False Ravens and x24 Lesser False Ravens.

@Goldfish Any way to improve that list?

@DragonParadox, would the Lotus Leshys be able to man some of the wards more active defenses, at least in part?

Edit: Also, what can we leave here now?

Without going above CR 15, I think that's the best I can come up with @Goldfish, and I'm a little leery of going wilder than the Black Champion and Greater Bloodclot. Worst comes to worst, the Herald can explode out of a nearby shed and burninate.

Am curious on how Ellie and Rhaenys are gonna react to Jon and Lyanna. Hopefully the family dinners aren't gonna be weird. Do want to see the family dinner though. Rhaella probably happy Jon is here.

Then there is Jon basically gonna be treated as a prince even if he doesn't have the name for it being a Snow. Think he'll want to be a lord in the future?

Looks great to me, dude. I am eagerly awaiting an interlude introducing them to Winterfell.

Here's what I've put together for Jon's gear. The Adventurer's Kit and Alchemical items are straight from a standard Scholarium Combat Sorcerer's package, and everything else comes from the Armory.

It's all stuff we can give Jon immediately, with listed upgrades that can be added to select items later this month as time permits. I'll total the cost of the upgrades and put them in the crafting schedule once I finally move into my house and can set up my PC.

Jon is going to have to get used to being blinged out.

@Crake, can you add a link to this post into your plan?

Sorcerer's Deep Adventurer's Kit©: Bedroll, Belt Pouch, Blanket, Camping Gear (a pot & mess kit), Clothing (x2 Explorer's Outfits, x1 Scholar's Outfit), Flint & Steel, Hand Mirror, Rope (50ft), Spell Component Pouch, Tent, Waterskins (x2), Writing Implements (paper, ink, a pen or quills, & scrollcase)

Some suggestions since I have some konwlegde about the westerosi houses.

Duchy of the Mandervale: ?
Duchy of Red Lake: ?

Mandervale pretty much has to be who controlls Highgarden because it is the most powerfull fief in the area. Wich probably means the Tyrells unless they have further excellent ideas.

Red Lake should be Rowan since they have the prestige of being directly desdended from Garth the Green and have an connection to the Old Gods via their still living fey ancestor.

Duchy of the Marches: ?

I'm pretty sure we promised this Duchy to Randyll Tarly.

Duchy of the Sothern Crownlands: ?
Duchy of the Northern Crownlands: ?

I wold have suggested Valaena Velaryon for the Northern Crownlands and kept the southern ones in trust for a prospective child of Viserys.
The Pointsmen are notorously unwilling to accept outside lieges they view as weak, like the Celtigars, and Valaena being a Dragonrider should solve this.

Ok, first part done...

We haven't told the Martels yet, have we? Oh the nest of vipers it will be. Tyene knows, I think?

Now how would Rhaenys react to her younger brother who's bigger than her?

In sequence:

1) We haven't mentioned this to Doran or anyone else, no. I am actually not completely certain how many Companions know outside Dany, that would be up to @DragonParadox to answer.
1.1) It won't be a nest of vipers, because he'll be in Sorcerer's Deep, where the courtiers are... well, it's not the Court of King's Landing at all.
1.2) See 1.
2) Probably childish glee, knowing they'll have a sibling to spoil her on top of the aunt and uncles. Also, older brothers are better since you can fob off responsibilities onto them. See Dany.
3) Elia probably feels more pity for Lyanna than true anger, given... well, everything. It's hard to hold onto all of that given her own baggage, in addition to the fact that Lyanna did genuinely suffer a lot too. Too much blame to throw around to make a stink out of it.
3.1) On the matter of claims--irrelevant now, so even less of an issue to [figure 1] as well.
3.2) Everyone is happy Jon is here.
3.3) At the very least, he'll be offered legitimization as a Stark. But yeah, he's... basically going to be living like a Prince.

We are going to end up guarding the Starks a fair bit more than any other kinda-important person in the Imperium.
I don't mind, but it is a weird amount of power invested from a pure book-keeping PoV.

It's sorta arguable the city's assigned Defense Group deserves the beefing-up, but not really at the same time, not for months now.

Night, all.

We can take a look into this if you want? What deficiencies do you spot?

Arguably, it's a matter of terrain and zoning issues. Like, we've to determine if a location needs True Sight capable forces, just as an example.

Regarding Winterfell specifically... I mean it is a bit of a Strategic location. I am suggesting that large a garrison for it specifically because Winterfell's wards themselves present a significant source of knowledge via the wards' guiding mechanisms/capabilities, and may be necessary to learn more of the Wall's, Runestone's, Storm's End, and so on.

It would also help Jon's peace of mind that he's not leaving and letting the Starks hang out to dry, since his Cool Uncle is going to drop a giant army of killing machines on top of anything that attacks them.

I would include a trio of Elemental Fire Wyrmling Constructs as support for the Herald, along with some Lesser and Greater False Ravens. The Raven Constructs are inconspicuous eyes in the sky and can serve as more trustworthy messengers for Ned than regular ravens.

It's the single most important location in the North, short of the Wall itself, not only for political reasons, but for metaphysical ones as well. There is too much stuff pointing to Winterfell itself, and the Starks who occupy it, being significant in some manner for us to ignore the place, especially now that the Others have struck behind its walls.

Having a large force stationed there, in addition to the expected City Defense Group, also means we have boots on the ground we can use in emergencies that may crop up in the area.

I think there is also a good chance the castle has a lot it can teach us as far as runelore and anti-Others warding goes.

Also we want to talk with Ned about the Nights Watch plans? Would help make the transaction easier and we are here right now so might as well?
