I honestly cannot encapsulate it any other way without looking at the end of month results of each of the current actions, see which on-going provincial actions don't require more ongoing attention, and also decide what out of our available assets actually has a purpose of being in a given place.

Who is this Maelor person you are talking about?

@egoo, the patrols of the 4x Type-B and the Type-Cs are meant to be on Planetos. The Type-Cs aren't even rated for planar travel.

Other then that, I'd throw a whole lot of Undead at Qohor. They are immune to most corruption and easy to replace.

What I kinda hate is the notion of me having to trawl through my already messy "who's assigned where"-sheet again and reassigning bodyguards/"strategic assets" as I called them, from the ground up after you throwing a counter-proposal.

Because, you know. Your turnplans never really included such forces, whereas I consider adding them really important, lest DP loses track/forgets.

If anything the Feywild should be the free action since that's mostly just going in and burning everything, and trying to slay the Queen.

And also the Ymeri fight if we end up getting a shot at it. I can smell that Mythic Rank...

@Duesal has the right of it, I'm not being literal with the burning.

So far, I've not seen much of a push to integrate these places into the Empire beyond the most basic.
Keeping some forces in the cities should do just fine to keep a semblance of order until after the Reconquest is done and we can afford to actually pay attention to them.

Again though, not discarding what you're saying, it just clashes a bit with what people proposed under the auction's banner before.

Consider yourself corrected. We want to conquer and absorb these cities, not just smash them and leave burning ruins behind. That's why I already balked at the notion of our air-force taking a free action to assist that. Conquering takes time.
 
Overall, the game plan for Norvos and Qohor would be:
1. Drop one Legion into each city by demi-plane Gate, while the airforce takes control of the sky with half of our available forces each.
2. Another one Legion per city will march on land, using Titan Tools to erect highways as they go.
3. The Darkenbeast Company will move into Norvosi territory earlier, using another Gate to deploy in a remote staging ground in the Norvosi mountains. They will then take wing and attack the city and especially every reinforcements coming from outside.
4. Most special troops should go to Qohor, especially undead. Black Brutes to counter Dark Young and Snatchers to neutralize cultist leaders and casters.
5. Once the initial fighting dies down, the Legions will fan out and take out any remaining resistance in conjunction with the air force, establishing firm control over the entire area.

This is a dress rehearsal for Westeros, hence us using all the same tactics and testing the viability of various maneuvers.
