@Goldfish I need a list of buffs we can apply or imprint on Quick Potions that will make our girl a fucking champ at target shooting. We will definitely need to cloak her in Khyber, too.
Most of @Azel's list is good, except for Hero's Feast, which won't stack with Greater Heroism. True Strike is problematic, as she would have to consume the potion immediately before making a shot. That's a bit too obvious for what we're attempting.

I would also add Blessed Aim and Moment of Greatness. That's another +2 Ranged Attack Bonus, and she can cancel the Moment of Greatness to double the bonus from Greater Heroism one time for a really difficult shot.

Also, don't forget casting Magic Weapon on her bow. That's good for another +5 attack bonus.

[X] Crake

EDIT: @Crake, if we can get the timing right, Divine Agility would be an excellent option. It's only going to last a couple minutes and it's level is too high for a potion, but it's good for a +10 bonus to Dexterity.

Heroes Feast lasts longer though. It's meant as a fallback.

Some of these Spells are under the impression of needing to timed it right.

How the heck was Viserys supposed to cast those sorts of Magic under the nose and gaze of several dozen Feys that are in the vicinity? Couldn't they... IDK, sense it being cast in the arena?

That's why we shouldn't try to use anything with a duration of less than a minute per caster level unless we're absolutely certain we can get away with it.

[X] Meet the Fossoway girl, and as you had aided the heir to House Mallery, so might Buttercup aid the girl in crowning herself in glory, and to follow it a song of the blunderous and blighted Ser Fossoway, rotten to the core, made a fool by a green apple finally ripened.
-[X] As far as the competition itself, you intend to make a name for yourself as a scoundrel and a jester, but also someone clearly sticking up for the little man, so when Ser Fossoway makes a clear villain of himself at the competition, you narrate events in song to make it certain people remember him that way.
-[X] Should the Knight like his honor avenged, ensure it is made known beforehand that someone had signed the minstrel Buttercup up for the melee as some kind of joke, though given the man's character one he is likely foolhardy enough to dare.
--[X] Start by giving her
Greater Magic Weapon, Cat's Grace, Heroes Feast and Greater Heroism along with Moment of Greatness as a reserve or in case she needs an extra boost to start, as it doubles morale bonuses. Then a potion of Blessed Aim right off, followed later by another potion of Divine Favor and then hit her with Brilliant Inspiration, for a more crucial bout, explained as something he received as a gift from a fey maiden who's heart he stole (though implied more jokingly--or pitifully--as something he was handed to stop making advances towards her). You'll disguise all of that, as though only two of those spells diverge from the Bard spell list, and low level ones at that, you kind of want her to get away with it, too, using Cloak of Khyber and Magic Aura. You will use two Mythic Power to make Greater Heroism Extended (lasting 40 minutes) and Cat's Grace persistent, as casting 9th Level spells sends too big a wave to magical senses (not to mention it being a waste of high level spells, not that you ever cared about that) so as to remain more subtle.
-[X] Because of the caveat of you having to be subtle about your spellcasting, you will apply all long duration buffs right off the bat to ensure she is benefiting as much as possible from spell effects throughout the competition while out of sight of anyone who could detect such. Any further spellcasting will only be conducted if you are absolutely sure you won't be found out, using divination to determine well or woe of that if necessary.
---[X] This way, she should have at least a +13 bonus to attack rolls throughout the competition, up to +16 for a more important bout, potentially up to +18 during with Moment of Greatness for some mad bulls eyes, in addition to a best of two rolls from Brilliant Inspiration. Even supposing she had real competition in this contest, she shouldn't expect to be defeated by anything less than a extremely specialized PC who is similarly cheating.
----[X] Why go so far to help some girl he's never met? Well, aside from wanting to see her succeed since he's got a soft-spot for the underdog trying to prove themselves to the world, liking the idea of writing a song (when don't we?), Ser Fossoway was an utter ass to Buttercup. Now, you can insult Buttercup's friends as you please, because they'll probably prove you wrong and they're more than capable of taking care of themselves, but no one makes fun of the bard. The lute is the most deadly weapon in the world, and you intend to show people why.

I like how this whole arc is basically just Viserys trolling people. There's honestly no other purpose to it. We could have met up with Lord Owen and shook his hand and talked about inconsequential things like hunting and tourney hosting and maybe some more pedestrian things, depending on how he reacted to us.

Instead we stomp in with more chaotic energy than our body can contain and absolutely zero fucks on hand.

To be fair to this one, over half of it is dedicated to gratuitous buffing. The other half is waxing poetic about how we're going to make a man's life completely fucking miserable for mildly irritating us.

Yeah, we often go for the long wall of text buffing schemes when we get serious... or we are trolling as I see now.

If the Fossoway girl does get buffed hard enough in this potentially momentous situation to awaken some sort of magic, I wonder what it will be?

Maybe an Eldritch Archer variant Magus?

Just out of curiosity... how? Heroes Feast isn't exactly inconspicuous.
We can definitely get into private quarters, but more importantly the amount of food, furniture and service generated can be modulated downwards from the maximum number of creatures provided for, meaning we would take up no more space than a small room and feed a single person. House rule states that we can dial down even our damaging spells, though not things like our Breathweapon.

Along with not getting caught by Fey and any other magic users here......But mostly trolling and Viserys having fun.

I would just love it if one of the Chosen came around and immediately realized who Buttercup is. Then they spend the entire tourney trying to convince people that the bard is obviously the Dread Sorcerer Visery, and no one believes them.

Chosen: That bard is the Dread Sorcerer Visery! Good people we must kill him now before he turns you away from the Seven.

Buttercup: My good Ser do I look as handsome and dashing as the famous Visery?

Peasant: Nah that man can't be a King, he's just a traveling bard. but did you here about that Fossoway girl? I heard she can shoot the wings off a fly from across the Reach.

Honestly expecting the Fossoway girl to try joining Ser Geralts adventure party. Even when we aren't looting someone they want it to happen.

Also this is a maybe but also expecting her to flirt with Buttercup. That charm Buttercup has is strong.

Got the impression the Fossoway girl is probably Dany's age, or only a little older...
