It should be impossible. Alinor's office would have been warded, and Bonifer wouldn't have that kind of clearance. He's nowhere near important enough to have access to top government officials like that.

He could Teleport into the Library and beg the Erinye on duty to help, but that has a fairly high failure chance. And would he know that there's an Erinye there?

I thought most of our castle was under Forbiddance, with a password known to most people?
Even with a known password, dimensional travel ought to be impossible in most of our palace.
Oh... I must be misreembering then. Can anyone find specifically where you voted to ward it? It's pretty important if it is warded ince it extends the time to reaction considerably, practically leaving the whole thing on the Wyvern pilots.

With the keep warded, @DragonParadox, Rhaella would have probably gone for a Sending Stone immediately rather than attempting to Teleport.

Or the Inquisition office. Bonifer showing up there raising hell about the Queen Mother being under attack by an enemy Dragon would fit in perfectly with @Crake's omake where communication was cut off with the home Inquisition office.

Maybe add it to the threadmark? AFAIK Goldfish wanted Forbiddance effects with publicly known passwords (some everyday phrase?), or something. No, because just using Sending risks failing easily if the person you called doesn't know where you are, or can't teleport there (hasn't seen the hangar before).

She finally retrained it during her latest level up, which was pretty recent. Of course we don't need her to apply Blood Wards now that we have access to various warding spells of our own now.

IMO this should run into the whole "Talking is not a free action" rule. The Shadow Dragon should be smart enough not to give her the chance to use a sending stone in the first place. He knows full well he's in the heart of enemy territory and very much on the clock.
We should get a list of what warding schematics we have access to at this stage.
That's an interesting question, would anyone have told Ser Bonifer about the teleporting librarian devils and would he know the library well enough to show up next to one of them?
