It should be impossible. Alinor's office would have been warded, and Bonifer wouldn't have that kind of clearance. He's nowhere near important enough to have access to top government officials like that.
I thought so.

He could Teleport into the Library and beg the Erinye on duty to help, but that has a fairly high failure chance. And would he know that there's an Erinye there?

Yss does not exactly wake up on command because a random mortal starts shouting at him.

Yes to both, her office's location is public and you guys did not put up teleportation wards.
We didn't??? I didn't realize this would be something that wouldn't just be abstracted. Do we need to hold a vote for what counts as important enough to ward?

Oh... I must be misreembering then. Can anyone find specifically where you voted to ward it? It's pretty important if it is warded ince it extends the time to reaction considerably, practically leaving the whole thing on the Wyvern pilots.

But Zathir might be there?

I thought we did ward the keep against Teleportation?

idk man for me right now Zethir seems like one of the best shots besides anyone else with a sending stone we know of

With the keep warded, @DragonParadox, Rhaella would have probably gone for a Sending Stone immediately rather than attempting to Teleport.

Then again, in the heat of the moment, it's an easy mistake to make.

Then the Library seems like the best shot.

The Erinyes there will certainly know the next possible adress.
Otherwise, Hermetia's solar might be an option.

Or the Inquisition office. Bonifer showing up there raising hell about the Queen Mother being under attack by an enemy Dragon would fit in perfectly with @Crake's omake where communication was cut off with the home Inquisition office.

Never mind, from the reaction it's clear wards are in place and I'm forgetting stuff, sorry
Maybe add it to the threadmark? AFAIK Goldfish wanted Forbiddance effects with publicly known passwords (some everyday phrase?), or something. We discussed using Teana's blood wards (like the ones she out on the Scholarium) during the renovation, too.

I could be misremembering too though, the search function had failed me.

Does Teana even still have that feat? I remember @Goldfish wanting to get rid of it at some point.

No, because just using Sending risks failing easily if the person you called doesn't know where you are, or can't teleport there (hasn't seen the hangar before).
IMO this should run into the whole "Talking is not a free action" rule. The Shadow Dragon should be smart enough not to give her the chance to use a sending stone in the first place. He knows full well he's in the heart of enemy territory and very much on the clock.
She finally retrained it during her latest level up, which was pretty recent. Of course we don't need her to apply Blood Wards now that we have access to various warding spells of our own now.
We should get a list of what warding schematics we have access to at this stage.

I'm actually thinking of where Bonifer would go, it's not like he can teleport to a person specifically. He could go to Felzath and be guaranteed to find him, but he does not have any means of teleportation. The golems that guard the scholarum are another option but they do not take his orders. I actually think he would go to someone with a sending stone, like Alinor who is in her office right now and have them call for help. That's three rounds until help arrives.
Yss.
Edit: Who else can immediately inform anyone else suitable?

That's an interesting question, would anyone have told Ser Bonifer about the teleporting librarian devils and would he know the library well enough to show up next to one of them?
Bonifer wouldn't have been important enough to explain these things to. If anyone bothered telling him it would have been Rhaella, and it doesn't seem like she got around to it.
He worked with a pair of Furies not long ago.
Never mind. When was this?

In any case, even if he knows about Furies, he probably doesn't know the library itself.

This month. He was hunting Fey with a group including two of them (Uriah and Ilias, specifically).
