Thats not even reagents, that's most of a world shaking ritual already powered, we really really need to stop them.
Yeah, none of this "let's wait for them to harvest it first," they need to be killed ASAP.
They were specifically marked for 'Under the Boiling Sea' which is why I suggested them.
@DragonParadox, I think there's a mistake somewhere, because Ser Richard and Rina are both on the Goblin Market action, and the Goblin Market isn't finished yet. Was there a scheduling error when the Turn Plan was drafted?

With Duesal's suggestions, that's around twenty PCs plus elite mooks and war assets in the hundreds of thousands of IM... oh, and technically six motherfucking Dragons.

Even if they have a bottled Elder Evil, our odds wouldn't be the worst they could be.

If I were a betting man all the souls that went to hell after Valyria's colossal fuck up probably had something to do with that.
Maybe even some of the bodies that went to hell, you know, Siduri's ancestors and stuff.
They better hope it was them, because if it turns out that some assholes in Slaver's bay or Qarth brought them here they are just asking for an invasion.

I think it means to pull both of those two from Goblin Market action even at the cost of progress to Malarys' investigation.

Which really, why? Viserys could probably crack this thing wide open. Literally.

Freaking chatty Valyrians.

You've just opened up a terrifying realization, @One Autumn Leaf. All the souls that went to Hell from Valyria probably had all their secrets tortured out of them.

I like our chances in the battle, I'm just not a fan of the apparently spectacular intelligence leak. I'd hoped Valyria could stay sidelined from outside powers for a bit, but not only do they know, they know one of the most dire secrets of the Freehold.

I agree fully, keep them in the Goblin Market.

Actually @Duesal, the utterly secretive Valyrians probably had spell triggers to mind purge their secrets the moment they died.

Asmodeus had a field day with lower level intel, I'm sure, but the super secret shit couldn't have been that easy.

Isn't that bit with the Old Gods and the Others pretty literal in the actions it allows? The Others don't get anything for trees because they are paid for. I was under the impression the Others would get the opportunity to make a bargain similar to whatever the Old Gods make if they get anything at all.

If we pay the Old Gods to do something like strengthen the corruptive fire of the wastelands to the degree that it turns the efreeti feral or something the Others would be limited to a similar blessing under similar conditions (that is paid for by someone with the HD for it).

We cannot make a claim yet, but deep in your heart that is our blasted wasteland and you know it.
And soon they will know it too.
Eh personally I make no claim to Valyria, they are Efreeti so I'm for killing them anyway, but if this was an expedition by someone we weren't at war with, I wouldn't care all that much about them looting in Valyria.

It's not so much a shedding error as an IC scheduling conflict, the Goblin Market action took longer than anticipated at the beginning of the month. You guys can still pull them off it if you want.

In this case, someone would have to take something to pay for boons to them and I believe they can do that regardless of the Old Gods bargaining in this case since its action initiated by someone else.

Edit: Obviously Rina's ice magic would be invaluable to an organized attack.

And Richard is always handy to have at your back, either to gank a spellcaster or to intercept a monster.

I get that this was a hypothetical, but making Valyria more defiled for this one battle is several steps backwards.

If we really need divine intervention, Bloodraven is always watching through the Runestaff of the Old Gods. As is we should be fine, this would be about as much firepower as the Efreeti Adamantine Convoy had.

This specific loot, at the heart of the city of Valyria itself is incredibly valuable and dangerous to us. A dead god thinks some of the loot can be used to bring her back to life and some semblance of power. Anyone other than us going after that should be reduced to whey for Yss' next protein shake.

Preliminary plan. Who needs to be added, removed, etc?

Guess I need to get off my lazy ass and finish updating some character sheets, too.

[X] Intercept the Efreeti Expedition at once, gathering all available Companions not otherwise occupied in Yi-Ti or the City of Brass, along with what other powerful allies we can gather on short notice, including Teana, Lady Saenena and her Dragon, Melisandre, Zherys, Amrelath, Relath, Yrael, Bloom, Siduri, Yrten, along with Mereth and several of her sister Erinyes. Balerion the Black Dread will be allowed to take wing as well. Three Wyvern Fightercraft will also participate, armed with Liquid Ice and Explosive Beetle Bombs in addition to their standard munitions. Viserys will bring the Seeker along, armed and armored as best we can manage on such short notice, though it will be kept in a Smoky Confinement bottle until he judges its services to be needed.
-[X] The Harbinger, aided by a Herald, Glyra and her troupe, and a cadre of Erinyes will keep the Goblin Market under control while Malarys, Richard, and Rina are otherwise occupied.

As a note once we have Valyria surrounded from all sides I want to push for Operation Maximum No Chill Tree Growth. The plan is to bleed as many omosnters as possible to purify the Outer and then Inner blasted Hellscape of Valyria. As for the monsters...well that is what Legion Outposts and Mages are for.

I just realized, Moonsong will be LIVID beyond belief if we don't include her in captaining the Moonchaser for an epic battle, let alone her maiden voyage. :V

I can't think of a faction that isn't either our Ally, in line for conquest or our enemy.
Mmm ok if a fleet of whaling ships from Ibb decided to stop in Valyria I would consider letting them be provided they are not planning to go back via Squid infested waters.

@Goldfish, don't forget Bloom the Brijidine and Velen the Phoenix Bard.
