Alternatively, prepare to come upon them like a bloody wind and blow their motherfucking houses down should they be our enemies. :V

[X] Goldfish
Of course. We come with the draconic claw of friendship extended, but have no qualms about melting your fucking face off with nuclear dragonfire if you mess with us. :drevil:

Xor and Mereth should be good for this.

As a side note we've really got to start using Velen as well.

DP says Hero Units can take one free combat action a month without impacting their main action's progress. So you really don't gotta hesitate if you want someone to get XP. Even Teana could technically take a combat action right now, and she's really busy for someone with multiple bodies.

True...

Mereth then? I always like when she is out killing stuff with Richard.
Teana would be my preference. She needs more XP badly.

She's also a perfect explorer. She can create three of her Shadow Trace duplicates and send them into ruins, dangerous areas, or even monster lairs, in order to gather information with no fear of harm.

Combat wise, what can her Shadow Traces do besides get out of jail free cards? Are they able to use scrolls?

My preference would be getting a ruin explored by baby adventurers at least every month, and then calling on stronger PCs in need of XP after they've scouted the area and singled out a boss monster. I feel like we're underutilizing our PCs at the moment.

@Goldfish, bringing Teana for this would be great. I hope there's a strong monster for her.

They can do everything Teana can do, except cast spells. That was a sacrifice DP required so she could have the template at all, but using spell scroll or other spell trigger items was never discussed. We should clear that up with him tomorrow.

They do have other benefits, though. If we armed each one of them with a Launcher and a bunch of Alchemical items, they could be pretty damned effective at making nuisances of themselves at the very least.

Worse case scenario, you said that they had all of her skills, including Spellcraft. When we eventually get around to buying Stat Manuals, four points to Intelligence would be enough to max out Use Magic Device, and then she could be a Poor Man's Lya or a Peasant Beholder Mage by buffing or blasting or Save or Sucking through the dread powers of WBLomancy.

Unfortunately, by Word of DP, there are no such thing as Stat Manuals in this setting.

That doesn't mean she couldn't pick up the skill at some point, though it would detract from her other important skills advancing.

BTW, @TotallyNotEvil, I found a way for my hypothetical Warlock/Unchained Monk to survive in the MCU, Snap or no Snap (and a lot of other things, too).

The 20th level Qinggong Ki power which duplicates the 9th level Akashic Form Psychic spell. Since Qinggong powers are effectively spell-like abilities, I could just spend 3 points of Ki each day and write myself into the Akashic Record as part of my morning routine.

  • [X] Plan Preliminary Scouting
-[X] Viserys will use several Spectral Scout spells, along with a Riversight spell, each cast using his Grimoire, while Vee uses her Runestaff of the Dawn to cast a Forest Sense spell in order to seek out the largest Fleshwarped creature in the area. They will use them to get a better understanding of the layout of the overgrown city, what creatures live where, what ruins may still be intact, etc, then use their respective staves to send Conspiracies of Ravens to investigate further.
--[X] If we cannot find signs of any intelligent inhabitants, we will wait for nightfall to see for ourselves the lights observed by passing sailors.
---[X] If we do find signs of intelligent inhabitants, fleshwarped or otherwise, attempt to make peaceful contact with them.

Damn, but makes sense. Still that means if you want to stack Wishes onto a stat it pretty much has to be your primary casting one... and trading them for feats if you have that many to throw around is plain better.
