@Snowfire, are you intending to show us sacrifice directly?. If so, um, max social buffs? Also, @DragonParadox, for reasoning/story-consistency, if we are showing this, you might need to edit this line in the preceding chapter somewhat:

SF: Potentially make mention of the Daemons in Tyrosh also? (Unless you have already decided not to).
It's just a projection of Viserys for the purposes of the speech. He cuts the spell off after the address. So no, we're not going to be showing the sacrifice process. We're also cloaking the power of Blood Magic behind the veil of 'Dawn Age shit'. It serves multiple purposes.

Talking with Shaitan Spymaster and telling him about the Efreeti Doomship;
Visiting Jinn researchers and telling them that the entity behind Others likely caused the whole shebang with Spheres misalinging (thanks Jazzirian!);
Dealing with Faith congregation in Reach;
Resurrecting Valyrian dragons and taming the biggest;
Upgrading Oathkeeper;
Meeting with Moonsingers' Goddess and The Weeping Lady, to plan against Timmie, and make a church for Weeping Lady in SD;
Trying to find some remaining power/influence of Storm God;
Learn more on how to create our own deity from both OGs and Yss;
Learn what Yss has to say on resurrecting Gods of Valyria (we asked, but he needed to sleep on that);
Dealing with Rina's father;
A whole lot of neat stuff to look for on OV and AK's markets;
Scrying on Archmaester Marwyn;
Trying to scry for that Advodaza with Yss' help...
...And that's just the stuff I'm interested in!

The pale wood of the staff is wrapped in lines of golden moss, that can radiate light up to that of a torch at the wielder's command. As a Legendary Item, the Runestaff of the Dawn has access to a Legendary Power pool of 3/day, increasing to that of its wielder when they complete a Mythic Ascension, with the charges recharging at sunrise.
Once bonded to a Mythic Creature, the staff reveals its Legendary Powers in the following order as its wielder acquires further Mythic Ranks: Perfect Surge, Powerful, Light of Dawn.

All darkness spells within 100 ft of the wielder are immediately dispelled. Until the end of the encounter, the wielder is considered to have total concealment. The light which creates this concealment is considered an Extraordinary effect.
The Runestaff of the Dawn grants the following spells to its wielder as a standard Runestaff:
- Summon Swarm (Ravens only; Can see through their eyes as Chain of Eyes; Counts as a level 3 spell)
- Forest Sense (Counts as a level 4 spell)
- Tree Stride (Includes Weirwoods; Treat as oak, ash or yew; Counts as a level 5 spell)
- Unyielding Roots (Counts as a level 6 spell)
- Rain of Roses (Takes the appearance of a rain of Weirwood Leaves; counts as a level 7 spell)
- Earthquake (Counts as a level 8 spell)
- Undermaster (May be cast as swift action for 1 use of mythic power; Alternatively gains a duration of 5 minutes for 3 uses of mythic power; Counts as a level 9 spell.)

Just doubling down with Tree Stride and Master Earth for someone who already has both Teleports seems questionable.
Replace one of them maybe?
Also I think given what we are creating here a Call of the Twilight Defender would be very thematic, though not overly impressive next to Vee's other summons.

I think Return to Nature was nice.
Blasts Aberration with good damage and blocks all their SUs and SLAs from use.
Blasts Outsiders with less damage and blocks some of their abilities.
Has various lesser effects against other unnatural targets.

Won't work on Others as they're technically Fae. It's a nice spell, but not fitting imo.
I've swapped Master Earth out for a modified Fire Storm which deals damage as if it were Flame Strike. Seems more in keeping with Dawn, especially when Sunbeam is pretty bad

That's fine, it just means that our attack will be even more of a surprise.
How that can be possible when we're controlling about half of the upper echelons of government while also keeping the head of state alive and fighting regular attempts of said state from imploding in on itself in an incestuous orgy of violence and anarchy is hard to imagine, but I'll be damned if we won't pull it off anyway.
