Also we are Viserys, half of that outcome was ACTUALLY our choice.
What I was afraid of: terribly written romance and/or a relationship that's entirely offscreened and consists of nothing but sex jokes.
@DragonParadox, when is Lord Redwyn's son supposed to show up?
Ooh, excellent. When can we meet with him? He's just arrived actually. He will be participating in the joust.

What I got: a believable awkward teenaged relationship, that matured into something better (with a generous helping of actual believably written friendship, which is great!) and some damn nice dates. Seriously, "wake up alongside my girfriend" chapters are common as dirt. But a relationship that has actual chemistry?

We need to take Lya on more diplomatic or adventuring actions, by the way.
No worries, that'll be automatic. We should have the mages ready to heal people. God knows that there is going to be a lot of blood.
That issue is specifically covered in the main Festival planning vote we had last month. Everyone will be healed between their matches. We should have the mages ready to heal people. God knows that there is going to be a lot of blood.
Excellent. I'm satisfied with this. We have about 2500 people fighting? That issue is specifically covered in the main Festival planning vote we had last month. Everyone will be healed between their matches.
I believe that's the number DP gave. Not sure if that is across all events, mage duels included.Excellent. I'm satisfied with this. We have about 2500 people fighting?
And it's a totally subtle hint of what it will mean fighting legions ...That issue is specifically covered in the main Festival planning vote we had last month. Everyone will be healed between their matches.

Also Tyene and Waymar.
Xor X Reality OTP!
Did mages figure out how to duel dramatically enough yet?All events including archery, which is the most populous by a decent margin, then fighting on foot with jousting coming second to last and mages fewest of all.

If not might I recommend...

Westeros and Essos have parchment. If paper exists, its likely from Yi-Ti, being the china expy that it is.Pathfinder has performance combat rules.
Also...does Planetos actually have paper? And if so, who produces the best form of it? This is HT relevant.

It can be assumed that Yi Ti is where it's mainly produced, though.Books, scrolls, parchment, and paper have been described throughout the novels as in common use. No society has ever been mentioned that use printing presses, or even wood block printing.

Is that any good?Xander [Quest], Thread Twenty-Four: The End (of the Eighth Year) Has Come! - Q | Page 885
No? You can't assume that as gigantic libraries are common in Westeros, dating back thousands of years even.It can be assumed that Yi Ti is where it's mainly produced, though.
Don't waste time with paper. Let Viserys discover Excel. And it's going to be pretty crappy compared to modern paper, then. Thanks!
And in medieval Europe, those books were written entirely on parchment. No? You can't assume that as gigantic libraries are common in Westeros, dating back thousands of years even.
