And speaking about the schedule, what's our full amount of two-way communication mirrors right now?

Can we already start holding lectures between SD Scholarum, Wall, Tyrosh scholarum, whatever Dornish have for academy, and Silver Eye?

We can massively improve everyone's magical education with people we have.
We have 15 of them. They're all going to be put into service this coming month, but at least four or five of them are earmarked for Scholarium instructional purposes.

A command activated Create Food and Water item would only cost 2,700 IM to craft, before any discounts. If activated automatically every 10 minutes, it would produce enough food every 24 hours to feed 2,160 people.

That's 6075 IM (after the Feat discount) or 8100 IM (without Feat discount) for 3 meal boxes, as the food only lasts 24 hours each Castle would need their own. The Castle Larders will want to be stocked with food that will last for quite some time in case of sabotage, but the meal boxes will definitely handle day to day food expenses, especially considering that more than one person can activate the box per turn.

I wonder what a steady diet of imps does for a cat?
How do you think cats came about to begin with?

Some long forgotten Egyptian Wizard thought to himself, "I wonder what would happen if I distilled the essence of Hell into this small furry creature, which is otherwise cute and harmless?"

Upon accidentally releasing his creations into the wild:

"Ah, it appears I have created a tiny race of super predators, sadistic and unrepentant thrill killers. Oh well, what's the worst that can happen? Back to penning my magnum opus. Perhaps I shall call it the Necronomicon in honor of the furry plague I have unleashed upon the world."

Some imps do prefer cat form.... you might be onto something here.:V

Anyway I'm thinking of doing a public schools and Golden Egg interlude.

No point, since she is in the Red Keep most likely and thus behind wards.
Point is that Discern Location is the hardest to block tracking spell in the book, by RAW only blocked by Mindblank and divine intervention.

So we either learn Balerion's location, or we learn that Maeor could reproduce level-8-minimum effects in an age of relativly low magic. Propably closer to level 9 since regular Mindblanks don't work on areas and I would put a location-blank a level higher.
either would be good to know.

Just led Rhealla use a Wayfinder next month to track it down.

Fingers crossed that she is hale and healthy.
I agree with @Artemis1992 on this one. It costs is nothing to check, and it might even confirm whether or not the Blood Wards can be pierced by a Discern Location spell.

We are about to have plenty of aerial plant creatures. How about something for the water now?

I propose that we grow Advanced Gigantean Plantblooded Giant Tortoises to serve as underwater tanks!

And Advanced Gigantean Plantblooded Manta Rays as high speed assault carriers.

Each works out to 6 CR.

:drevil:

Or we could replace the Advanced and Plantblooded templates with Planet-Imbued to get some nice abilities and full Plant immunities.

I want at least a couple of Colossals to augment the airforce, there would be plenty left over.

You forget the boatload of SLAs and how a "trample" by a creature that big and that fast can essentially hit the entire party for no-save 30-odd damage.

And it's nearly indestructible and unstoppable.

It's ability to fly a bit every day at its huge speed makes it extra dangerous, too.
Missed this post earlier. With their incorrect HP fixed, they aren't quite so tanky looking now.

And they never did have the ability to fly via Sky Swim SLA. That's just something I proposed as an alternative to Tree Stride, which DP shot down.

@DragonParadox do the plant-infused drakenbeasts eat?

I recall something about them being part animal, part plant, so just diminished costs feeding it, but I might be wrong.

Rather important to know with a thousand of them coming along.

Fungal creatures are fully plants, with no animal added to the mix. The template outright states that they don't eat. I'm sure they acquire nutrition in some manner, be it photosynthesis, osmosis, filter feeding, etc., but we should not need to worry about feeding them.

In an aquatic encounter, still throughly lethal.

Way too many immunities, it's damn near like fighting a golem, but it tramples the whole party every turn for a lot of damage on a DC so high most won't make it in a Nat 20, and even the only for half. Fast Heals, and is so fast is can trample and get away from melee and short spell range every turn. Hell, it can get away from lower leveled casters using Medium range spells, even.

The one way to beat it would be to tie it down... But it has Freedom of Movement.

And is an aquatic encounter, which always complicates things.

I am just imagining the piles of bodies of monster and people alike being dropped at the forge. The awe and shock of the people who witness this.
