I wonder if the ritual would get a power boost if the Emperor did it instead of Pandora, though that would probably take a lot more favours then just one.

Asurmen at the very least does have a personal ship called Stormlance.

We did just get that Favor for bringing back Sanguinius, so we can cash that in if we need to wind up spending a Favor. Ideally, we won't need to, but hey, if we gotta, then we can just grit our teeth and spend it.
